The staff is amazing; however Dr. Grossi is not. As a new patient, he never introduced himself and didnt even say goodbye or anything when the appointment was done. He fixed a small cavity that ended up giving me problems. When I scheduled to have it looked at, he came off abrasive and rude. I left feeling like I was a burden. The tooth still hurts but I will find another denstist. We chose him because he had great reviews and his portfolio makes him seem like this caring nice person. Apparently, he is a motivational speaker. That was definitely not my experience. Highly disappointed.

I’ve been going here for over two years and they are absolutely the best dental facility I have ever been to ! The staff is incredible from the friendly - kind mannered receptionist’s , Shelia and Zach. To the amazing women that take care of my braces every month in a comfortable and timely fashion , Angie and Nickie. The atmosphere in the facility is very welcoming and friendly. They don’t make you wait long at all and they always attend to any questions or concerns that you have in a professional response.

Dr. Grossi and his team are phenomenal. I have had bad experiences in the past and was very nervous. They helped calm me, we’re very gentle and professional. My whole family comes here and they great us by name. It’s like we are part of the family. They even do braces!! Two of my kids have had their braces done here and if the other two needs them they will be going here as well!

All four of my children have been in Dr. Grossis dental and orthodontic care for many years. My adult children still have their teeth cleaned here. I had hesitated on implants being put in because I was worried about the pain and the cost. Dr Grossi enticed me with a ‘sale’ so I went ahead. There was very little pain involved. It was so worth it because now I can smile and not have gaps where teeth were missing. I have small easily breakable teeth and with the implants I don’t have to worry because they are good for life! Also his staff has the nicest people!

I love Shelia, Angie, And Nicki are my favorites they make you feel welcome they almost are like a second family to me I RECOMMEND Grossi.

I went to the office today with my 22 year old son Taylor who has Autism. He had to get a small filling in his tooth. He went in last week and according to my son, got the worst news of his life...a cavity. He said he felt very dejected. He always works very hard every day with brushing and flossing and using mouthwash. So he knew he was coming in today to get it fixed. I explained ahead of time to Taylor what to expect and how it will go. He actually had me call after I made the initial appointment last week...he wanted me to make sure our sweet and patient hygienist Ashleigh would be there to give the shot to numb. She was! Seeee Ashleigh is the sweetest and kindest Hygienist!! Not to take away from the others who are amazing as well. Ashleigh listens to Taylor and his concerns. LISTENS!! And always makes him feel so very comfortable. So today Taylor was prepared, although nervous. She came in and speaks kindly and softly to Taylor and administered the shot to numb. Taylor did wonderful and Mom, of course got all teary eyed. Dr. Bobby Grossi came in and talked with Taylor and joked some, made him feel extremely comfortable. Made him laugh too!! They said he did really well!! I can’t thank Dr. Grossi, Ashleigh and the other two assistants enough. Thank you all for treating my son with kindness and respect. Talking to him while he is there. Thank you for treating him like the wonderful, amazing human he is. He is the world to Us and I appreciate all that you do for him, always!! You made a day where he was anxious so much better!! My sister called this office and asked if they catered to people that are very fearful and she can not use nitris. Person to answer the phone was extremely unsympathetic and was not reassuring at all to her. Needless to say she did not make an appointment And neither will I

I would highly recommend Grossi Dental. Their staff is professional yet make you feel comfortable and at home. Their office has a great energy and family feel to it. Dr. Grossi is very knowledgeable and ultimately listened to all of my concerns. He is working with me to address my dental issues overtime and at a pace comfortable to me. He has never tried to pressure me into unnecessary dental work like previous dentist in the past, and in fact has actually done the opposite by saving me from unnecessary procedures. Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and was very nervous (had a bad experience getting another wisdom tooth out) the entire staff was great and made me feel comfortable. Dr Grossi was amazing, he kept asking me if I was ok and I felt no pain at all during the extraction!!!! So happy to have gone to him and look forward to going back!!!

Literally the BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to! Service and cost are very important to me but...probably 80% of what will make me go back to an office is “bedside” manner. I’ve only experienced this office 1 time however, I will definitely be returning and plan on making this office mine and my sons primary dentist. The office staff was impeccable and the actual dentist was personable, well versed in dealing with people of my financial status, or lack there of, and not one time made me feel less than a person for having embarrassing dental care throughout my younger years. In fact, he made me feel as though the overall picture of health of my teeth wasn’t as bad as I had initially thought. My personal perception was the only affordable care for my teeth and avoidance of embarrassment during multiple office visits would be pulling all my teeth and getting dentures. This was not something I wanted to do, esp at 40. After this visit, I feel like there’s a light at the end of the tunnel for my smile and am excited to be able to keep my own teeth, with a couple tweaks here and there, for much longer than I anticipated!!!! Woohoo! 😬

Please check other places before coming here. I have been to another dentist and ortho after my children left here and I was told they did not do a good job and my daughter was given the wrong treatment plan for her bite. The office is beautiful and very modern and some of the staff are really nice. It is a bit concerning that the turnover rate is so high. Three billing people and multiple front office changes in 2.5 years. I had left a negative review previously and was asked to remove it. I had a past due bill and asked them to work with me and continue to treat my children who were both in braces and I was told that the doctor wouldn’t do so until I removed the review. If you have a balance they will not treat! Definitely think twice!

My experience here was great!My situation: I had broken one of my left-rear molars from biting on an unpopped kernel of popcorn. Given the current situation of the covid19 pandemic and stay home stay safe environment, I was going to tough it out. However, my tongue was getting cut from the sharp edge of my tooth. My regular dentist office was closed until the covid19 pandemic calmed down. I talked with Xad (office guy) on the phone. He said that they could take me in the next week.My experience: I was greeted nicely by the receptionist and talked with Xad about my situation and other things while I filled out paperwork. I was made comfortable by a nice young male dental hygienist with small talk and laughing. After some x-rays and a talk with Dr, Grossi, I was given the price of what the procedure would cost with my insurance and I happily agreed. Dr. Grossi came back and talked for awhile and setup my procedure so that I could wait for numbing to take effect; it is hard to get my mouth to numb but they were very patient and accommodating. During my procedure Dr. Grossi would ask if I was doing well.My impression:The office was very clean, the people were wearing appropriate PPE and I felt very safe and in good hands. The facility felt very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Grossi and his office for any dental emergency and am glad to be a new client! I am thankful they were open to do emergency procedures during the covid19 pandemic!

I had my bonded retainer fixed here, had a problem with the repair the very next day. I had to go back four times for the same repair instead of giving me somebody that knew what they were doing , she kept trying to repair it with no success. When I asked for my money back I was told to go back where I came from 😳Wow such professionalism.

Thank you for the wonderful care and all the wonderful attitudes displayed by all the employees. I am having surgery and had to have 5 teeth pulled first. When I called they got me right in and Dr. Grocci and Nowell got me done in no time with very little pain. Within 2 days I quit the pain pills and my mouth felt better than it had before. I would recommend them to anyone. I used to go to a dentist that had a sign in his window, We Cater To Cowards, Dr. Grocci is better!

You know... They really started off right. You are greeted by a friendly front desk staff and treated to voss water, coffee and other high end items. Then you are called back to a room with some great dental assistants who do everything they can to make you feel welcome.. But... Thats where the welcome ends. The staff on the way out and some of the dentists are rude and condescending to you. They give you a portion to pay based on your insurance and they expect that paid now. Not the worst experience right? Wrong! Almost a year later, expect to get nasty notes in the mail about how you didnt pay your bill to them and they are demanding hundreds of dollars immediatly. They charge double to triple what any other dentist charges and your insurance wont cover over charging.. They dont tell you that their rates are more than insurance will cover before hand either. My family and I will not be returning to either of this mans facilities and we have considered appropriate actions against them.

Chipped a crown Dr Grossi and his staff got me in same day had new crowns(3) in 4 days they look amazing and the staff is just awesome!!!If you looking for a Dentist this the place!,

Best Dentist EVER!!!!!

Most of the people there have alot of heart except the dentist grossi from my experience. i dont appreciate someone acting negative towards me for no reason especially when im feeling really sick. he expects you to to praise his words because hes gone to collage (he did bring up that he went to collage). the assumptions were ridiculous he isnt good with communicating at all. he diagnosed me in 10 secs and i strongly felt i had a infection somewhere but he guaranteed i didnt have an infection, week later i know for sure around my wisdom tooth is infected cause it pussed out. he doesnt understand how dangerous blood infections can get (he told me). if i didnt already have antibiotics and some knowledge about how the body works i could have died because of him.

I couldnt have been any happier with my experience at Gateway Dental! I very rarely post reviews, but I feel compelled after my visit! I had previously gone to Aspen Dental, which put a sour taste in my mouth. I was given an estimate of $3,600, which didnt include a root canal. After talking to Dr. Grossi, I instantly felt better! We came up with a plan that would cost me $1760 including a deep cleaning! The staff is so wonderful and kind! Im actually excited to go back next week for my treatment!

Dr. Grossi and his staff are very friendly and very professional! Ive been to the Swartz Creek office as well as the Flint Office and both times my daughter and I have been very well taken care of. My daughter had a dental emergency and they got us in right away, Dr. Grossi even told us that if she had any more problems to call after hours and he would answer and take care of it. There are several different dentists and other dental professionals who work in the practice and I have not met anyone yet that hasnt treated with the same respect and care that Dr. Grossi does. They are also great with kids!! Their interaction with even small children makes visiting the dentist fun and not scary. The atmosphere is professional enough that you know you will be well taken care of, but also relaxed enough to make you feel comfortable. If you are looking for a good dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Grossi and Gateway Dental!
