The staff was extremely nice and comforting. I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and the process was so easy and fast. Scheduling and paying was also very easy and explained well. I 10/10 recommend this office for wisdom teeth removal.

Dr. Sharma and the entire staff was so very nice. We are older and they were so patient about making sure we understood everything and so friendly. I would definetly recommend them to anyone that needs them. Dr. Sharma did above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with every step of the procedure.

Dr. Cross was awesome!! He was very thorough in his instructions and made my son and I very comfortable. The staff was amazing!! They were fun and so sweet. They made the scheduling and set up so easy. Did I mention the free T-shirt!!

Staff is very nice and patient with my ten year old who asks lots of questions. They also explained the billing thoroughly for a mom who asks lots of questions. They really eased our nerves and did a great job of making my daughter comfortable. I would highly recommended Dr. Cross and his staff.

Were patient with me and answered all my questions. Didn’t feel rushed when came in for consultation. Days after surgery after hours care were prompt in getting back to me with answering any of my questions even if they were asked more then once they understood.

This was absolutely amazing! I was terrified of course, and the nurse did what she could to help me!! The doctor joked with me, Dr. Cross was a great guy! I woke up gauzed up, instructions, and feeling good! I would definitely recommend this place, especially if youre nervous. Theyre patient, kind, and they make it a lot easier to get this done!!

Was referred here by River Dental in Farmington for future Wisdom Teeth extraction. Everyone was nice. The consultation was fast. The nurse told me everything they will be doing followed by Dr. Sharma coming in and taking a quick look at my mouth. Will be back in a few weeks for the extraction.

My 13 year old daughter got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and her 12 year molars exposed today. We had a FANTASTIC experience from day 1. The consultation was fabulous and they kept us very informed throughout the whole experience. They got us right in at her scheduled surgery time and took such good care of my baby girl. She’s been raving about how amazing her experience was. The doctor was amazing at the consultation. But she was bummed that the doctor never came in to say hi or follow up after the surgery (I am also disappointed by that). But the nurses were so wonderful to her that she didn’t care too much. All together great experience.

Everyone made me comfortable. I recommend this place highly. Dr. Cross and the rest of the staff are the best.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Cross and had a great experience! The front office staff was so friendly and helpful in person and over the phone, and Dr Cross was super nice and knowledgeable at the consultation. The nurses at the actual procedure were welcoming and prompt. All in all about as good of an experience as you can have when getting your wisdom teeth removed at 30 :)

Quick and easy went in, got put to sleep, and then went out. Even got a complimentary t-shirt.

Note: this review has nothing to do with the doctors. Dr. Sharma did a wonderful job. I dont know anything about Dr. Cross. This review is for their OFFICE ONLY and specifically their office manager. Please be warned that this office will do a bait and switch on you with your bill. We ended up paying MORE THAN DOUBLE what was quoted for wisdom teeth removal. On our consultation we were given an insurance estimate which was around $800 for our part to pay. While I know it was an estimate I didnt expect a 2nd bill about a month later for more than double that amount (they wanted over $900 additional from us). This was during Covid and my 18 year old filled out the paperwork which included a piece of paper that said they only take Blue Cross Blue Shield even though they told me at the front desk that they took our insurance as well . She is 18 and has no idea what our insurance is. During this time I lost my job. My 18 year old who is a student called and emailed the office to see about setting up a payment plan for the additional $900. She was working at a minimum wage job and could maybe pay $40 a month towards the remaining bill. My 18 yr old was afraid they were going to report her and her credit would be ruined at 18. The office manager would never call or email her back. This went on for about 5 months. (PS. we were told the office manager doesnt email back - really? She apparently doesnt use the phone either! when we called her she was either at lunch, out of town, talking to someone else, etc. - always an excuse not to talk to us). I finally got another job and was able to pay off her balance but we will never go back to this business again. The doctors here really need to review their office practices and make sure their business office is being up-front and truthful. I actually called an attorney on this matter and he said it was a typical bait & switch which was unfortunate and unethical but that I would end up having to pay more if i took legal action. So I sucked it up but cannot and will not recommend this doctors office until they make some changes in their business practices. Again, Dr. Sharma is great just BE SURE TO GET IN WRITING WHAT YOUR PART OF THE BILL WILL BE AND DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERS UNTIL YOU ASK MORE QUESTIONS! ALSO FOLLOWUP WITH YOUR INSURANCE BEFORE SURGERY JUST TO BE SAFE - DO NOT EXPECT THIS OFFICE TO DO THE RIGHT THING BY YOU!!!

From the front desk, to the Dr (Dr. Cross), the entire experience was professional. This place makes you feel like you are part of their family. 5 star reviews are hard for us to give out, and if possible, we would give this business a 6 star review! Keep up the good work!

So you know how people that own business tell you to go on their site and give them a good review??Well this is not one of those businesses. I am doing this because this place needs a 5 star review!! The staff in the front were absolutely wonderful! So friendly & polite. In fact my 16 year old even commented On how nice they were.....WHAT??... A teenager ?The nurses were exceptional. They made sure my boy was taken care of from the time we walked in the door until we left.Doctor Cross was great with CJ. He talked with him and made sure he was comfortable with the procedure. He also explained everything that would be taking place before, during, and after surgery.Thank you so much for everything! You guys rock!

My initial consultation to remove four wisdom teeth went very well. Front staff has great people skills and happily answers questions. The nurse was so nice and always smiling. Dr. Cross seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. Despite having a lot of anxiety, I felt like I was in good hands. Due to unavoidable circumstances, my actual extraction was nine months later. My veins are very small and notoriously hard for nurses to poke, but my attending nurse was very patient and slow and got it correct on the first needle. (btw, drinking lots of water the day before will help plump your veins for poking!) Just a few minutes later (so it seemed) the nurse was helping me walk out to my ride. I was a little disappointed that the doc didn’t come see me before anesthesia, but I won’t dock a star for it. Overall they took care of me very well every step of the way and sent me home with an ice head wrap and a t-shirt. I would happily choose Dr. Cross again and recommend him to others.

The office staff was excellent with their customer service, the nurses treated me with respect and like I was a person. Dr. Sharma was amazing at the removal of 3 wisdom teeth. I couldnt be more pleased with their clinic and have recommended them to family and friends. ♡

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Cross. The procedure went well. The only thing I did not like was that the doctor did not come in after the surgery, I had a question. I tried to ask the nurse but she was dismissive, she probably thought I was still on drugs and babbling. One of the nurses stuck me twice in the arm unsuccessfully, she was going to try the third time but I did not let her. Dr. Cross came in and did my IV, which was great. The nurses are the reason I am giving only 3 stars, not the doctor. If they are not ready to set up an IV, then do not let them. It hurts, you know.P.S. Dr. Cross,Not sure about your database but I am the actual patient. I honestly would not be leaving a made up review here. You said one of my wisdom teeth was gnarly )) and the rest had unusually long roots. The surgery sites have healed well and if I had more wisdom teeth, I would come to your practice again. I do not remember the nurses name now. It was the one who could not stick a needle in my arm.

So far I have only had a consult, but it was my first time in the office and it was great.The office was sooo clean and everything looked so nice. Jennifer at the front desk was so helpful in figuring out my insurance information for me and explaining it to me so all I had to do was show up. Dr. McShane was very very helpful and accommodating. I described to him my fear of the IV and that Ive never had a procedure done and he was very understanding and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I would be comfortable! The whole environment definitely put me at ease for my procedure! Would recommend to people I care about the most!

I recently had a molar removed and Dr. Shane was the one who performed the extraction. I have very severe anxiety with dentists and doctors, so severe in fact that I have panic attacks during teeth cleanings because of past, traumatic experiences Ive had. Dr. Shane listened intently to the reasons for my fear and did a wonderful job reassuring me during the consultation. His nurses were fantastic at calming my anxiety as well. Day of the procedure I went in with no wait time and left an hour later telling my husband I just had a tooth pulled and would still call this experience pleasant. I had no pain whatsoever during the procedure, they moved quick so my fear didnt even have time to set in, and were incredibly kind afterwards in explaining how well the extraction went and what needed to happen during the healing process. I only wish Dr. Shane did teeth cleaning so I could make him my regular dentist. If you have any sort of anxiety this is the place to go, they sincerely care and can help.

I was referred to Dr Cross from Smile Center in Springdale by DR Hankins due to some complications with a root canal and wisdom tooth extractions. The team at NWAOM are amazing. You can really care about their patients and they are quick to offer comfort. DR Cross got me fixed right up the next morning under general anesthesia, and Im in pain no more!

My daughter had a terrible experience here. Would NOT recommend it to anyone. She never even saw the doctor who removed her wisdom teeth before or after the procedure. The nurses were even worse!
