Front desk person i spoke to was quite snippy and rude. As if i was bothering her this morning. Felt like she was trying to start argument with me about insurance, and turned out she was wrong. Too confrontational for me.

Staff was all very helpful and efficient. No wait time. I saw Dr. Patel, Family Practise, and he was great. He listened to all my history and concerns, pointed out the good things, made sure I had all the screenings I needed. I felt there was a collaborative atmosphere when addressing treatments needed. Very professional. I will not look for another doctor.

I love them so much. Great with my kids. When I leave every question I had is answers. Dr. Barry is the best. He makes us feel like family. I trust him with my kids and any other kids I will have later on down the line

My son’s first appointment was a pleasant one, no complaints at all. He was scheduled for his one month appointment on July 4th although they were closed. I called and rescheduled it. The day I rescheduled it to we were unable to go because he was in the hospital. The hospital said he needs to be seen by a pediatrician in 24-48 hours. I called to make an appointment for his 1 month/ER follow up. The lady on the phone wasn’t very nice, at all. She wasn’t understanding at all and spoke to me like I was dumb. They also said he couldn’t be seen by his doctor until early next month, even though the hospital said for him to be seen in 24-48 hours. I will not be returning to this pediatrician.

Me and my wife came in for a check up. Double checked they were in network since it was a new doctor for me. Everything seemed good during the visit, but got a weird bill 3 months later from their lab. Apparently, even though they know what is in my network, they decided to just send my lab work to an out of network lab. It was never disclosed (at least in an obvious manner) they would just send it wherever. I have never had an issue with any doctor using someone out of my network until now so good job guys. You made something that is supposed to be free cost me lots of money. Never coming back.

Horrible front desk!!!! Who sits unprofessional on the counter facing patients at check out???? The big dude needs to go work at Home Depot not working around patients on an unprofessional manner. Im trying to reach Patient Relation Coordinator Markita Richard,,,,hopefully she can make a difference. People please dont work in health care with no personality and an attitude ,,,,,please go work somewhere else. You need EPIC,,,,,every patient interaction counts! Im sick of the nasty attitudes and unprofessionalism!

A couple of weeks ago I called the clinic and asked if they saw patients until 8pm or if they had a cut off time, the receptionist happily replied We take patients until 8pm. So I got up from bed and got my husband to take me there. We got to the clinic at 7:50pm, my husband works until 7pm, so we had to book it. I had dizzy spells just from standing up and they were worrying me, my husband and I had a big weekend coming up and I wanted to see if someone could check me out and answer some questions. I have insurance, really good insurance and didnt mind paying the $25 copay required, again I reiterate I was worried and above anything wanted to know I was alright. A simple blood pressure test could have been great and assuring. There was a nurse with her arms folded in dissapointment in the waiting room, clearly she was upset I was coming in. She bombarded me as soon as I walked in asking What are you in for? I then replied Ive been dizzy. Totally bombarded me, I went to the front desk and signed my name so I could be seen as I was told previously they were infact open until 8pm. The receptionist/front desk sat in a pause because the nurse went into the back of the office and apparently she was asking the Doctor if she could turn me away. Before I could exchange my intake info there the nurse was behind the front desk gal telling me the Dr. says you need to go to the ER. I at this point knew what was going on its 7:50pm Thursday night and people want to get home to their families. I get that, but you are getting paid to do a job!!! I was so upset and distraught that they wouldnt see me. I thought this was situational until tonight when my husband has been having the worst headaches of his life. We came in today at 5:30pm and they close at 6pm when we arrived we filled out the paperwork to be seen, insurance, emergency contact info the whole workup. My husband was weighed in, taken to triage, blood pressure taken, temperature, pulse and questionnaire. He was seen by the front desk, CNA, the RN and a NP! When the Nurse Practitioner came in and asked him questions he said I have the worst headaches Ive ever had and my head has been hurting for about a week. She then mentioned the word aneurysm, said they dont treat headaches and told us we again needed to go to the ER. With a huge attitude, talking over him and talking to him as if he were a complete idiot. Stating over and over See, we dont do that here. I was thinking, oh you mean treat patients? After more ER talk, she says Have you guys paid yet? You shouldnt even pay for this visit. We looked perplexed, told the NP no we had not paid as she got us out of the room acting like she was doing a favor for us. (No, NP you werent just to clarify.) The funny part about this story is that the receptionist as we were walking back into the waiting room to exit to our vehicle said I knew when he said headache we were going to send him to the ER! I didnt even put him in the system Oh you did receptionist, you knew that? Funny you knew not to charge us so it looked like we were never there s Thats amazing, this NP wasnt interested in anything but getting out of her job, that she is paid to do. She didnt try to look at my husbands nose or ears to see if this was a sinus headache, she asked no questions. Terrible service. As we were leaving, the receptionist followed us to the door and locked it. Same as when I went in before with dizziness, same exact way. They were seen leaving the parking lot before us. Its a shame when people get paid to do a job, hourly might I add, and they refuse to do it. They showed they dont care, they showed they are lazy and that us as patients dont matter. Thanks! What I want to know is 1) How can we get all the way from the waiting room to see the NP and not get charged a dime? 2) How do they get to set their own rules? 3) What else do they get away with and who else do they do this to? This is our second trip to this place in a month. The exact same treatment, thats not a coincidence. Something needs to change here.
