I honestly don’t know where to begin. I have been seeing Dr. Desai for months now with basically no answers, no relief, and feeling unimportant as his patient! I have been admitted to the hospital due to respiratory failure/hypoxia and having to be intubated twice in basically less than two months. I had a follow up appointment this month and I kid you not Dr. Desai never questioned me about my stay, he spent less than 3 minutes in the room with me as well. I informed him that I had a paper I needed him to fill out and he immediately responded “hand it to my nurse” without even looking at it or even seeming to be at least interested in it. I was coerced the last time to remove my NEGATIVE review but this time I will not! I do not want anyone contacting me from the office begging me to remove my review because I will it’s not happening this time!! The office staff has always been pleasant to me and treated me the way a patient should be treated….HOWEVER, Dr. Desai clearly has no concern for me as his patient. I warned him weeks ago that my asthma had been constantly flaring up, causing me issues, keeping me up at night etc. This guy was even hesitant to send me a RX for DUONEBS!! DUONEBS you guys! It’s not a narcotic, it is simply bullets needed for breathing treatments albuterol/ipratroprium (I have rather severe asthma). I was recently discharged yesterday 10/24 from a hospital stay when I was admitted 10/19 due to have an asthma attack and ending up going into respiratory failure and having to be intubated, bipap machine etc! As I previously stated, I was just at the hospital on 9/23 for the exact same thing. I even contacted him via patient portal the first time to let him know what was going on with me as well as my health issues and I never received an answer more or less no type of compassion or patient concern. I am extremely disappointed. Please find another provider to look after you if you are concerned about your health because obviously this guy doesn’t! It is so disappointing to see the medical staff more concerned about my health over someone who I am supposed to be able to confide and trust in when it comes to my health. I’ve spent more time discussing my issues with his staff than him, I kid you not ! Absolutely ludicrous!!

I am a new patient and I have lots of medical issues. Including feet issues when Dr.Desai came in the room. He spent less then 2 minutes with me didnt ask questions or anything and basically kicked me out of the room without even saying bye. I didnt even know he was done. He didnt even give me the time to talk to him about my medical issues. On top of that I need life saving medications refilled and he didnt send the refills into my pharmacy and since it was friday I now have to wait all weekend. I really hope my blood sugar dont spike and I end up in a coma over the weekend become of his neglect. If this is how he treats his patients Im not sure I want to go back.

Very comfortable experience with Dr Desai 3 months follow up! Friendly staff but strict rules to enter the office and keeping distance.rigidly enforced.Big waiting room; ; when right in to my check up. I recommend 100%. Dr Desai is Keeping me healthy for more the 20 years 😊.❤❤❤

Dr. Desai and his staff have been a pleasure to work with. The doctor has consistently understood my needs and has always met my expectations. It’s been simple to get appointments, and the telemedicine option is awesome.

The excellent medical care provided by Dr. Desai and staff is thorough, respectful and efficient. You can expect a cheerful greeting from all, including Dr Desai. They prove old school values have a place in a practice providing modern medical care.

Dr. Desai is the best! My whole family has been seeing him for years. I’d hate to have to go anywhere else!

So I have MAJOR issues with this clinic. I dont know that Ive ever seen the doctor here. I was always with a PA. Not terribly uncommon but just thought it was worth mentioning. Issue 1 is their billing department is terrible. I was always getting bills 6 months or more past the date of service. While this may not seem like a big issue for some, I have an Health Care Savings account. If you dont have one, the issue is that they will not let you draw to pay bills past the first quarter of the next year. So say for instance you get a 300+ bill for blood work 7 months after the service was provided and you get it in April, youre out of luck. Issue 2, had a close friend of mine I was deployed with died in a month after finding out he had colon cancer. Since Im getting close to 40 I requested that my lower region be checked for abnormalities. The PA was like a giddy school girl, embarrassed to actually check me. Yes PA, Im super happy about having a stranger grope me....right. After that little incident, I never returned.

Dr. Desai is very patient oriented. As my Medical Gatekeeper I trust him to help me navigate the specialties as necessary and most of all, I trust him and his judgement.

I have been a patient here for over 5 years. Whoever the PA was that just saw me needs to be fired!!! She clearly does not know what she is doing and could care less. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This lady was a white woman, maybe she has a problem with the color of my skin. Her behavior was horrific.

It was good to be treated with professionalism and care! The Doctor seemed very busy but still took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there.

Okay so I dont have a problem with this place everyone is nice the only problem was with one of the PAs I saw her a few times and she was just unpleasant acted somewhat rude and like she couldnt care less about my problems everyone I would stress an issue she would try to brush it off and make it sound like I was crazy or exaggerating I cant remember her name but I believe she was African American the only PA of color besides Dr DesaiAnd no Im in no way prejudice its just the way it is she was rude and when I had an issue with lice she spent 30 minutes on the computer because she didnt even know what to prescribe for lice and she finally gave me something but my insurance didnt even cover it and she knew what insurance I had it was like some one just gave her a license she didnt work or go to school for. She was a horrible PA I almost left and went some where else the PA Im seeing now is very nice and actually seems like she is concerned with my issues she doesnt try to rush out of the room and she actually talked to me i just went the other day for the first time since last year and I dont think that horrible PA is there anymore and thank God for that she was terrible at her job hopefully she got better training and got a better attitude wherever she is.

Wonderful office. Very clean, friendly staff. Always a pleasant experience.

If it’s the last doctor on earth mine as well tend to your problem yourself. If I could give a 0 I would Dr. Desai only care about money and not the health issues of his patients. It was fine when I was paying out of pocket now I’m not I get the run around and can’t get refills on my meds I need. Just throw the whole doctor and staff away!!!

At first when we went to this clinic they seen us very quick, When getting in the back the one main nurse came off a little rude. We had our children with us on this occasion. Their bathrooms Were not clean. The front was okay...

Dr. Desai and his staff are excellent! Been getting my FAA Class 1 there for 2 years now. No problems getting appointment.

I have been Dr. Desais general practice patient for almost 15 years, since early 2004. Consistent, excellent, competent care is all Ive ever received from Dr. Desai and his PAs and FNPs. They have all taken the time to know me, listen to me, answer my questions and provide the healthcare and great advice Ive needed along the way. In this day and age, its hard to ask for more than that!

I have been a patient here for 6+ years and in the beginning, they were ok. Over the past few years though, they have just went downhill. I saw Dr. Desai once in the beginning, the rest of the time I have seen a PA or Nurse Practitioner. Not a problem with me at all, but all the good PAs are there for a very short time and seem to leave quicker than they came. I have learned by being a nurse that this is a major red flag! My number one issue with this clinic is that the staff is very cold and very rude! Though there are a few girls who I have not had any problems with...very professional. If you call into the clinic for any problems you get transferred to someone else who is very unprofessional, very rude, she never lets you get your point out, she always interrupts you and then claims that you are being rude with her. I believe her name is Misha and She is ridiculous! At one time, she argued back and forth with me, telling me I was yelling at her and I was not, then she put me on hold and never picked the phone back up...I hung up after 10 minutes. I will never go there again!!! This clinic has more cons than pros and I would not recommend anyone go here. The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to or my post would not go through.

Terrible service checked in but the receptionist and nurse fine then put in a room anfd waitrd over an hour to be seen with no explaination finally went to the front desk to ask what the hold up was and told the dr was in a meeting and should be back soon. Totally unexceptable. I wish I could give no stars. Fo not go thete and waste your time.
