Always welcome everyone with a smile and wants to do the best to bring you to have your best interest for your best of health. Hes patient and will refer you where needed for specialist if needed. I havent been to a genuine doctor that knows what he is doing and explain to me so I understand, Stern in a good way. He didnt have a problem with me bringing my toddler twins and 8 year old. He was super nice about it.

No stone unturned, doing everything you expect from your provider with professionalism, empathy to meet all your concerns and needs. My husband and I have been his patients for over 14 years and trust him implicitly to provide us with the BEST OF CARE.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for over a year. He is overall a nice man. He has always been kind especially to my children. Every appt he would bring them some kind of candy in to the room while we are waiting.My biggest complaint is when I dont feel like my health concerns are being taken seriously. I do not like the kind of Doctors that dont take my health concerns or symptoms I have seriously. If I have to make an appt just to get a referral to a specialist and then wait for over an hour to be seen just for my Dr to take 10 minutes with me just to dismiss my health concerns and my request for a referral is denied.That is not the kind of Dr I want caring for me. Why is it so hard to get your doctor to send over referrals nowadays? But yet, if you try to schedule an appt with a specialist on your own, the first thing they say is you need a referral from your primary Dr.

Doc Patel is a very caring and compassionate DOC but his office staff is very unprofessional and charge u Xtra fees thats not covered by your ins..I thought thats y I have 2 ins..duh!

Always very professional and friendly..Dr. Patel is very compassionate and capable a great physician.

My dad and I were patients of Dr. Patel and my dad originally had a minor physical issue, my dads legs were weak. My dad continuously mentioned his loss of strength in his legs to Dr. Patel and was regularly dismissed without any recommendation to a specialist or examination. Eventually, my father fell in the bath tub because of new updates regarding his heart and a prior condition pertaining to it. Had Dr. Patel followed up with my Dad and his complaints, the surgery to his neck could of been prevented and would not be rehab now relearning the simplest of tasks.
