Dr. Morse is amazing! I was diagnosed with MS last year......very unexpected diagnosis. Dr. Morse personally called me after hours, came in to see me early the next morning before his clinic opened, and talked my husband and I through the process for the next few days and answered all of our many questions. He always takes time to listen and I never feel rushed through my appointments. He told me to call or email anytime I had questions or concerns and he always responds promptly, His office staff are also great.....they always respond promptly when I need anything and are extremely helpful dealing with insurance and the drug companies. Dr. Morse is a wonderful, caring physician and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a neurologist. I feel very fortunate to have him as my neurologist!

I find Dr. Morses office and his front/back staff to be professional, courteous, accommodating and compassionate. I never hesitate to call between visits with my concerns, and I have always had a prompt and concerned return phone call. The entire office is well run. In fact, I make an effort to be ten minutes early as Dr. Morse and his schedulers are very prompt for my appointments!Im sorry that I dont know everyones name, but Dr. Morse, Regina, Debbie, Donna & Suzie are amazing in accommodating me. From the front reception area, to nursing, to tests and then for the actual physician consult, I am treated with professionalism and respect.I dont think Im an easy patient, and I have been referred to specific sub-specialists in neurology for certain aspects of my diagnoses. This office totally took care of my referral and did a follow-up.I have a sincere appreciation for Dr. Morse and his staff. I usually dont take the time to write a review, but felt as if I needed to to let them know.

The upfront part of this office lacks communication with the rest of the office.Takes way too long to check in a patientAnd get asked the exact same questions upon arrival at EVERY visit. Took over 25mins to get checked In after getting asked the same questions. Good doctors who know what they are doing! Extremely disappointed in the way the front handles check in and patient information.

Dr. Morse helped me immensely. He has always gone over and above to get a quick diagnosis. He has manipulated schedules to get met a quick MRI when it was necessary and got a quick read. He has been great.Angela and Regina are tremendous

Ive been with Dr. Morse two years and I see him for trigeminal neuralgia (TN ) and occipital neuralgia (ON). Unfortunately I am one of those patients who tends to be hyper sensitive, or allergic, to a host of pharmaceuticals and this can complicate treatment plans. But I find Dr. Morse extremely patient, very thorough, and well versed on these two conditions and pain management.Checking in to the office is simple. You can do this online via the email you provide, or check in at the front desk if you are not wired to navigate that process. I also find them to be very proactive when it comes to working with various insurances so I am not surprised by unexpected costs which may be my responsibility.EMR (electronic medical records) tends to have most clinicians typing while they are with you, but I have NOT found Dr. Morse or his nurse so engrossed in that process that they fail to interact me. Actually, I find them both to be empathetic of the pain levels I present with and compassionate when administering the nerve blocks I sometimes require. And when I break down in tears from the pain, or even from the overwhelming sense of relief, or the frustrations of these conditions, I am always...and I mean always...dealt with respectfully and caring. I would recommend Dr. Morse and his staff without reservation for neurological disorders.

My girlfriend went to see Dr. Morse about migraines. She came back with a migraine, in tears and thoroughly discouraged from the experience. She was told to lose weight (being only 110 lbs) and that migraines are a lifelong condition and basically she was screwed.I know that shes actually underweight and very fit, but she went to see a doctor for a solution to a medical condition, NOT to be told a negative prognosis and made to feel hopeless for the future. If indeed he intended to stress her into a migraine then he succeeded but he should have stated that professionally.Although he offered solutions (losing weight, etc) he did not impart his wisdom in a caring or empathetic way.

Have had great experiences with Dr. Morse. He has diligently worked with me to find a migraine prevention/treatment plan that worked. I saw some reviewers complaining about his bedside manner. I find him to be polite, professional, and friendly. He doesnt have a gregarious nature but I go to him to be treated for migraines, not to hang out and tell jokes. Hes also great about pointing me towards helpful sources of info.

Horribly rude staff especially Debbie. Most people who have to go to this clinic are in pain or are at their wits end. They deserve some compassion. This clinics staff could care less. Dr. Morse has no bedside manner but I would say is a decent Dr. Request another clinic.... Mana just wants to keep the money in their network so they refer you here. You can request another referral...I suggest you do..

Working with Dr. Morse for help with chronic intractable migraines. Ive been working with him for nearly a year now and achieving positive results. He works with you to understand the conditions and work out a roadmap for how to manage the problems. He seems very knowledgeable and patient, to my mind.

I was referred here for a neuro test by my primary care physician. Scheduling the appointment was a bit hectic as my intial appointment was canceled then moved and the staff in the front office seemed very stressed and did offer good customer service. The associate who handled the scheduling, Debbie, was especially unprofessional. She was kind of rude on the phone, and while I was in the office waiting for my appointment, she yelled very loudly at another associate about paperwork and threatened to go home early because she was upset. Additionally, there was another associate who came into the office and was complaining about another patient who requested a medication refill while we were still in the waiting room, within earshot. Also, when I went into the patient room for my procedure, there was blood on the exam table from another patient.Overall, I’m not impressed.

I was referred to Dr. Morse after dealing with chronic migraines for 4 months. I left the appointment with instructions to Google my condition and learn as much as I can, because as he stated, it was something I would have to deal with for the foreseeable future. He didnt seem interested in performing diagnostics or educating me on different treatments, and seemed to think I was ridiculous for not taking NSAIDs daily to deal with my migraines. He took my reluctance to do so as a sign that I didnt want help. He also stated that my migraines were a symptom of womens troubles. I left the appointment very discouraged and upset, feeling unheard and belittled.

My dr is dr. Moon who ive only seen once so far. But while he was on vacation i seen dr. Morse and i have to say i have never dealt with a dr who was as rude as this one was. Every question id ask he would say he dont know. He cut me off mid sentence trying to get me out of the officeas fast as possible. He made me feel like i wasnt worth his time. Lets just say i left the office crying and i dont cry easy. I woulnt recommend him to anyone.

PLEASE DONT COME HERE---I was referred to dr.morse. Save your money and go somewhere else- Dr. Morse has no bedside manners. I had to ask questions and stop him from going away because he was so short at talking that i literally had to kind of stand up from my seat to stop him from leaving the room i was in and the only thing he said to me was hi, i am still not sure, we will do more testing, come back and see me again. every time i would go to his office he made me feel like there was hope for me and that it would be the last test but every time he would come and say am not sure yet. When he finally told me what i had, i asked what is that?he said to google it. Please save your money and go somewhere else. As time passed, i soon learned that depending on how many minutes you spend in his office thats what they go by to charge you. My hospital bill was 600 dollars less than what i have to pay Morse.

I spent more time in the waiting room than I did with Dr. Moon, who is about as detached, uncaring and condescending as he could possibly be. After waiting an excessively long time for my follow-up I saw him laughing and joking with a pharmaceutical rep in the hallway. Unfortunately he is the very stereotype of a greedy businessman/doctor and embodies everything wrong with healthcare today. Dont waste your time.
