I had been seeing Dr. Khasru for a few years I let few things that happen To me while there slide, but the straw that broke the camels back was when I ran out of three of my four meds, and after making call after call, and multiple visits to the office to talk to them about my meds it still took about a month of fighting before and getting so sick to the point I couldnt get up due to lack of energy he final called my medicine in. I will never be back to cross creek neurology again.

I saw this dr once and he prescribed me amitriptyline which I never did fill. He wanted me to take 3 tablets 3 times a day. No way. I was having headaches and I had anxiety that I wasnt doing anything for. The doctors answer on my very first and only visit was to medicate me. This doctor was not a good fit for me and what I actually needed.

Dr Khasru, is awesome. He always makes time for the patient and makes sure you understand everything!

Even my PCM didn’t listen to what was going on, but I didn’t mind waiting because I got the time to discuss my issue. It is clear that he cares and that he is attentive. I would much rather wait to have a great appointment then get rushed and not feel that my concerns were listened to.

Unprofessional, took me two months to even get my meds after I had to make over 40 calls to his office as well as 3-4 visits concerning my calls for my meds, now Ive been in the hospital for 3 days and still havent seen him after 3- 4 doctor to doctor calls to him , I would not recommend him at all and would like to file a complaint!!

Only doctor to ever really listen.
