I’ve been going to kidz pediatrics since my son was 3 month old (moved from cali to NC) and I’m just sick of it here that I’m transferring my son somewhere else. I was waiting in the waiting room for almost an hour before my son was seen, his appointment was at 3 and I had to make a complaint in order to get my son seen. The nurse that gave him his shots wasn’t holding down his leg properly and when giving him the shot my son had moved WHILE THE NEEDLE WAS INSIDE HIS LEG WHICH IS VERY DANGEROUS! I made a complaint and they practically blamed my son and said they only have ONE nurse and if I want I can take him somewhere else then. I’m so furious because they took NO responsibility! I DONT recommend taking your children here!

Mercedes is the best! Always a pleasure to call or walk into the office and speak to her! Everyone in the facility is very knowledgeable and efficient.

My son was a patient at Kidzcare. Now my granddaughter, his daughter is now a patient. Mercedes is a true God send.

I’ve been going here for about three years and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Always welcoming and ready to answer any questions. Very short wait time and caring doctors and nurses.

We’ve been coming to Yadkin since my oldest was born. Ms Mercedes is wonderful . We feel like she is part of our family. She helps makes every visit amazing. My kids look for her as soon as we walk in and are disappointed if they don’t see her. Aside from her personality, shes so professional and knows what she’s doing. I’ve needs help on several things (shot records, app help, scheduling appts etc) and shes always been so helpful and resourceful. The other staff is always great but Ms Mercedes is the highlight of our visits.

I love the STAFF. They’ve been family and has raised my kids. Special thank to Mercades for you dedicated throughout the years . Thanks We love you All.

My Oldest has been going to this office for almost 8 years. I have seen some changes with the staff but its one staff member that stands out and her name is Mercedes. She is soooooooo amazing. She just brightens up my day every time I call. IF some else calls me and they not understanding what I am saying. I just say if Mercedes there please pass the phone. She deserve a star award. Customer service is her thing and she engages with the parents while we wait. Mercedes continue to be great at what you do.

Wonder place to bring your children. They care of all your childrens need. Plenty of location in the area in case the clinic is full you can still be seen at one of the other locations. Appointment are always available and the staff is very professional.

Kidz care is always there when i need them! Mercedes the receptionist always comes through for us in our time of need making sure to get us in. Dr. Annie is amazing on all levels and makes sure that my daughter gets thw most excellent care every time we see her!

Manager is amazing highly recommend this clinic. I moved to Virginia and unfortunately we don’t have Kidzcare in this location but I drove all the way to N.C. to the yadkin clinic for my sons 1 year check up because they are really the best and always take very good care of my son and are always kind. 😊

All five of my children has gotten to kno and love mrs Mercedes for year’s she’s a wonderful part of the staff at kids care on Yadkin rd so wonderful we drive almost an hour just for her service’s

The front desk representative Mercedes is very rude and very unprofessional. The other young lady sitting up front apparently didn’t know what she’s doing and miss Mercedes talk so bad to her in front of guest also as I walked out I called back because I was a little unsure about the information they gave me knowing my son is an asthmatic patient and she tells me that asthmatic patient have to make an appointment. when eating an inhaler or medication right then and there. My sons doctor is Dr. Na Siri which is a great doctor but just moved to a terrible location. This facility has a warm setting but not a warm welcome the two in the front should not be fired but moved.

I only like going if mercede is working, if she isnt there its chaotic and the other ladies at the desk are unorganized. Shes very sweet & professional.

My children have been going to this peds office for 7 years. Throughout the years there have been many things that have changed such as the physicians, and not always for the better. But one thing that has been constant is Mercedes. She works at the front desk and is the first face you see when you walk in and is always welcoming. She has become part of our family over the years because she is always caring and concerned with our kids well being. Even when the office isnt running smoothly she makes sure to keep us informed and assist in anyway that she can to make any wrongs right. Without her Im not sure that we would continue coming to this practice because she is such an amazing person and has single handedly smooth over alot of grievances Ive personally had with this peds office.

The office manager here is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen representing a business before in my life. My triplet nephews, had an appointment at 4pm. I arrived at 345, and was told I was late because I was supposed to be there at 3:30. I specifically called in the morning to double check the the time because of another appt that was not taken off their schedule had been left as a voicemail as “missed”. The office manager told me it was at 4. I had the hardest time even scheduling these appointments because there are three of them, and two of them are new patients. She was also supposed to call me the other day to schedule these appointments, which she didn’t, which is when I called and April helped me schedule them. April apparently was filling in from another office. The office manager let me know that day when I called to make the appts, that they don’t like seeing new patients past 230. Which is crazy do me since they close at 5, anyways THANKFULLY April put them on the schedule. I knew they were going to be upset she did that and try to do anything they could to get out of the appointment. I had ALL the new patient paperwork filled out, their medical records dropped off last week, and even though they were on the schedule at 4, she informed we were late because we weren’t there at 330 to do paperwork that was already done. She also told me she’d been doing this for years, and I think it’s about time she finds a new job. Her customer service is horrible. I will not be returning to this location. I’m going to go to the location April works at because atleast she can properly utilize customer service skills! Thanks April!

I love going here Mercede , Jackie and Acacia really help me with questions and they always have a smile on there face they make me laugh so much. They make me have no problem going to get shots.

Their schedules are messed up. They always rescheduling my son’s appts because the “doctor isn’t gonna be there” then they don’t seem like they prioritize a baby getting his shots. Those type of appts are always scheduled way later down the line. If my son turns 4 months on the 6th of the month why is his 4 month check up some days before he turns 5 months. Ridiculous. I’m finding a new pediatrician asap.

I come here very often and it is such a great experience .The women there are so friendly (Mercede,Jackie,and Acacia).They always have a smile and a positive vybe.

On October 15, 2018, I called kidscare pediatrics to make my son an sick appt. Upon arriving I was informed that I made the appt for the wrong location. Meaning I was going to have to leave yadkin rd, the location I normally have my children seen and go to owen dr location.I really did not want to do that, I was already exhausted from work and just wanted to get my son seen. The staff at kidzcare pediatrics ( Mercede and Jackie) took the time to flag me down and squeeze my son in the schedule and I was seen very promptly. No wait, no hassle. Just a wonderful blessing. Thank You kidzcare pediatrics.

Dr.nazir moved to this Dr office and when I tell you my experience here was the worse ever , he take for ever my appointment was at ten fifteen i didnt get seen a hour hald later .. he looked at my daughter and said what she had and said nothing u can do about it then walked out so Im thinking he was coming back . He did not come back he went to the next room .. while we still sitting there looking crazy ... I had to walk out and ask someone where did he go they said come on schedule another aoooappoint .HELLLLLL NOOOO this is the worst doctor office ever the lady in the front was even kinda rude another lady walked out caude she was waiting for a hour in a half this is the slowest doctor ever and i am switching my kids he suck dont take your sick child to him ... He just send medicine to the pharmacy dont even tell u what its for I have to litterally go on Google and search the medicine and find out

My husband and I went in yesterday to scout out a pediatrician for our baby, due in about 2 weeks. I wanted to see what they offered and get a feel for the place. Maybe see if we needed to fill out any paperwork prior, you know, being responsible and proactive parents.It wasnt even busy in the lobby. 2 people were sitting and waiting, so I thought it was a good opportunity to ask some questions. The lady at the front desk seemed completely confused as to why we were there to begin with, asking us if we already had a child enrolled there (NO? Thats why were here?), and looked at me like I had two heads when I said were just browsing pediatricians. She asked what insurance we had. I told her Tricare, and she acted like we had just ruined her whole day. She got an instant headache. You could see it.It wasnt until I clarified that it was Tricare Standard that she peeked up with, OH! Okay. That works then. Like, if you dont want new patients, just say so, so I dont have to stand here, wasting 3 minutes of my life.She didnt offer us any informational packets or help in tell us exactly how to start other than youll do *that* (whatever that is) at the hospital, when the baby actually gets here. I just wanted to hear something about their practice, the doctors, their stance on EBF babies, their specialties, etc, and I got none of that. She didnt care whether we came or went. Needless to say, I didnt get a good feeling from this place and I wont be bringing my baby here.In a mere 3 minutes, your front desk receptionist cost you a new patient. Congratulations, because that has to be a new record of some kind.

When we lived in fayetteville our daughter loved her dr the staff. They all were great. Wish they had an office here in ky.

Feel like the doctor is racist and I have a 1 year old who has asthma I just move here few months ago and been dealing with her and foolishness she said he dont have asthma saying I wont benefits and this and that foolishness wouldnt recommend to anyone

The doctor is racist and when we ask them questions them dont reply they are very rude I hate them and I am not taking my kids there every again and when I took my daughter there she was really sick they did not even touch her they are very rude dont take your kids there trust me
