Dr. Jeffrey Bell and his team are hands down the best. So attentive and go over every detail! Always there for you and give you the confidence you need when doing through health issues. Dr. Bell has been my doctor for over 10 years! He takes the time to help you understand what’s going on and the best course of treatment and any changes that will be the most beneficial for your health long term! I absolutely love Dr. Bell and his team! They check in with you after you are out of the office and surgery! They really make you feel special and cared about, not just another surgery or person!

I like Dr Bell, he has always done right by me, and I wont think twice about using him in the future.I had this done at Eureka Springs Hospital because Washington Regional failed us MISERABLY 4 times in 6 weeks TOTAL FAILURE. They are not the Hospital people think they are, or as they represent themselves. I would encourage anyone to think long and hard before using them. They really are CORPORATE about turnover more than care. The term non profit is nothing more than a tax advantage, Trust me the folks at the top are making a ton of money,BTW, After this many failures, the last one he was delivered unresponsive and we waited for almost 5 hours in the emergency room, I kept asking for an IV, after they did that, he became responsive within about 40 minutes. They told me that holiday weekends were always busier, and they always were short on Holidays. Well no kidding. these are earmarks of corporate greed, holding costs down knowing there is a problem but doing nothing about it. Thats a lot of overtime you knowI just could not bring my then dying loved one back to Washington Regional. We saw a Dr. Within a few minutes at Mercy, they found a second infection, prescribed a second antibiotic

While the overall experience at WRMC was less than favorable, Dr. Bell was able to get me in and out of surgery from my ER visit the same day. He gave clear instructions for recovery, was available for questions, and had the nurses follow up with me. Would recommend Dr. Bell for general surgery.

First visit to this office. I chose Dr Bell because there were so many people recommending him. Everyone at the seemed really nice and efficient. Dr Bell took his time with me, explained everything and answered all my questions. We made my surgery date and post op appointments that same day so I know my next steps. He exudes confidence and I feel assured that I will be in good hands.

Dr. Bell was recommended to me by Dr. Lance Henry with Advanced Dermatology. Upon my arrival and subsequent visits, Dr. Bell was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions regarding my leg surgery. His staff was very supportive, too. He performed both outpatient surgery on one leg and later a second surgery in his office on my other leg. Both surgeries were successful, and I am recovering nicely. Thanks Dr. Bell and staff!

Dr. Bell did a WONDERFUL job on my gall bladder surgery. I went in through Northwest Medical emergency room to get the procedure done. He gave his honest feedback and came in on a late Sunday afternoon to do it. I know that he was on call but he was happy to see me and had great bedside manner. After surgery I recovered well and scars are very small. For my follow up appointment he took the time to talk to me and answer all the questions I had. He made the process comfortable and quick. I HIGHLY recommend him if you have a choice of surgeons.

As a former PA myself, I am particularly critical of the care I receive in hospitals and doctors offices. I am very happy to report that the entire experience of my double hernia repair by Dr. Bell from my first visit to discharge from Day Surgery was exemplary! Ive seen Dr. Bell regarding gallbladder issues and after my surgery, Im very pleased with Dr. Bell and his wonderful staff. He, himself, personally called my wife sometime during my procedure to let her know of complications, but to also comfort her in how things were going. His staff have been keeping up with me with concerns about the operation. And since that day, Ive felt much better and seen how much care was taken with me. Im glad he is a part of the slew of doctors caring for me now and cant imagine trusting anyone else.

Dr Bell is a very good Doctor and person. For the first time ever I feel like I have a Doctor I can trust and rely on to know what hes doing. Ive never had that. I believe that when he promised to take care of me he meant it. Right turned out to be only trying to cover his clinics behind. He wasnt concerned about me. He just didnt want to be sued. My scar is terrible and painful. It wont heal up completely. Go to Northwest in Springdale. Good people. Treat you as Doctors and nurses with a heart.

Dr. Bell is very informative and unlike so many others, tried every other option before going in for surgery. Taking the time to get to know me, he understood my anxiety disorders and took extra steps at every visit and surgery to make sure I was informed of what would happen. Dr. BELL was 3 hrs late for surgery, then gave weak excuses trying to throw his staff under the bus. Then after surgery I couldnt pass any waste and on the 5th day after surgery went to ER with heart attack and full of fluids, pneumonia in my upper quadrants and an acutely injured kidney. I hope all his patients dont get that sick after gall bladder surgery. I was told the oxycodone he prescribed is known to cause constipation, but there were only 6 taken. I guess dont verbally berate a surgeon before he cuts you open???

He just did surgery on me. Bed side manner was great. I recommend him highly. He talks to you about everything and explains everything. Im very happy with him.
