0 for 3 with patient portal. 0 for 4 on getting calls returned from DR Hagan’s nurse. My referral to surgeon was supposed to happen 36 days ago. I’ve called records, finally got a call from Page and she actually promised to call me back that day. That was 10 days ago. I actually liked Dr. Hagan. Apparently this is pretty common though. Not to mention they tried to reschedule follow up after back injections 1 hour and 15 minutes before my appointment to get me to come in 15 minutes before scheduled appointment. The voice mail showed up while I was driving and when I showed up as scheduled there was one person in office. They rescheduled me but never actually scheduled the appointment. If you love being in pain it’s the place to be.

I had a torn Mencius. Dr. Sites done surgery on my knee and I literally couldnt walk without support afterwards. I continued to go to physical therapy for months finally Dr. Sites told me I needed a complete knee replacement. Instead of doing a knee replacement I choose to have stem cells in that knee and over several months I was able to walk again. I still have some pain but stem cells turned out to be much better than being cut on again. I did not have embryonic stem cells. I had my own extracted, filtered and injected into my knee.

Two weeks before I was to go out of town I called the office to have them call my pharmacy because they hadn’t responded to the refill request from the pharmacy. I didn’t hear back from the dr.I called the next day and the answering service answered and said they had gone for the day (one hour before closing). Left a message with on call dr. No call back. The pharmacy said they would try again. No response.I finally got a call back from the nurse who told me I needed to come in. I told her I was going to see my mother who doesn’t have much time left and I wouldn’t be back for another 2 weeks and I was out of meds. I asked if I could have enough for two weeks and she said, I know what their answer will be!! I told her if they returned the phone calls that I would have been able to come in before I left. So now I’m going to be in excruciating pain while visiting my mother who is dieing from Alzheimer’s.If this situation was my fault it would be different but they didn’t seem to care at all. I would not recommend this practice at all.

Dr. Arnold is without a doubt the best at what he does. My family has been going to him since 2015 and he treats my kids as his own. I have never felt more at ease in any other facility ever. The doctors, nurses and support staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable with a desire to make sure you get the best care possible.

The doctors and surgical facilities are great but as far as physical therapy goes the facilities are pretty poor in terms of being accessible for post-op/injured patients. Staff are unprofessional and tacky more than they are helpful--go somewhere else for your PT!

I have had a very bad experience with this place. Not only they hide the total amount that is going to be due for each PT, but also the price of each PT session is outrages, and what’s is more dishonest is that these were VERY SIMPLE-BASIC therapies, doing exercises that you can do at home easily or at your local gym.I strongly suggest you guys to do your therapy somewhere else.

My son displaced his ankle and saw them. The front office miss filed his insurance paper work and it has been a nightmare. Then they forgot to send the proper paper work to the hospital for his CT scan. Then try and deal with physician speciality hospital. If you are not a Razorback athlete they don’t care. This is your place if you want sub par care.

So glad I took the time to visit this clinic. I went for a second opinion appointment on a much needed Bunion surgery. The girls at the front were super nice. Checking in was easy and the wait time was spot on. The nurses were very nice.Dr. Yakin was very informative and told me everything that would be done and gave me a more realistic idea on recovery time.Everyone was friendly, considerate, and the flow of the appointment was great. I feel confident Dr. Yakin will see my surgery through from operation right the the healing process. Definitely worth a visit to this clinic. I went to the clinic in Fayetteville, but they do have an office in Rogers.

Dr. Yakin and his staff are amazing. I have seen Dr. Yakin twice now and in both cases his expertise and guidance have been top notch. I would record AOS to anyone in need of an orthopedic doctor.

Both of my parents have had multiple surgeries here. The doctors and staff have been nothing but professional with us and they take patient care very seriously. My parents drive three hours to see the doctors here, because the ones in their area simply dont touch the quality offered here.

They are definitely the most experienced in sports medicine for our region and also work with the razorbacks. If you are an athlete or have a child who is one, I recommend this clinic.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. Money is their top priority. You want a place that has a balance of money and treatment. The front office staff is rude and unknowledgeable. I had to pay for two office visits and an MRI just to be told I needed surgery. The first office visit the doctor that saw me immediately asked if I wanted to drain it and get put on steroids. I still dont understand how that would have helped a torn acl and meniscus aside for get them more money. The second one after calling for 2 weeks trying to get an MRI the doctor was in and out in 5minutes for another full consultation cost visit. With the principle of it all it should be a follow up. The doctor did not give me my full set of options- only that he recommended surguy that week. Ive spent over $900 for all of that and still got a bill in the mail. Just heed the warning that they will take the most expensive route possible for anything. You wonder why they have such nice cars... its because they are money grubbing. I went to Powell Orthopedics right across the street pretty much. They are much friendlier and know their stuff treatment wise and money/ billing wise. Great staff. They are conservative and want to help people and have to knowledge to do so.

Dr. Worley is a great doctor but that place needs better staff. The main receptionists are so plain and rude, and Ive been waiting a week for a call back after I left a voicemail to Dr. Worley receptionists.. I switched ortho.
