Every visit I have experienced at Dr. Frees office has been exceptional in all ways: Wait time is almost non-existent, the staff is very friendly and completely professional, the offices are spotless, and the quality of care is above reproach. No improvement is necessary, or even possible. I would recommend them to my family and friends (and have).

I had been suffering from ear and jaw pain for over a year before I came to Dr. Free. Ive spent hundreds of dollars on co payments, prescriptions and a CT scan and noone could properly diagnose me. I read the reviews before I made my appointment because at this point I needed a real answer instead of another prescription for antibiotics and steroids. Dr. Free was a breath of fresh air for me. He properly diagnosed my issue which was grinding my teeth at night and clenching my jaw. I almost didnt believe him because Ive dealt with this painful issue for over a year and saw 2 other ENTs before him. I followed his regime of muscle relaxers, soft diet and warm compression as needed. Im finally free from that awful pain I was going through and now I sleep with a night guard in my mouth which has helped tremendously! I want to thank him again from the bottom of my heart. Forever grateful!

Dr. Free is amazing!!! I travel all the way from Florida to see him with my ear problems. He listens to you and takes the time needed to make you feel comfortable. I will continue to travel to him for life!

I had a deviated septum and also enlarged turbinates. I was a little nervous about the entire process but Dr Free was great with answering my questions and setting proper expectations.One thing I liked about Dr. Free is that he was really personable and easy to talk to. After surgery he actually called my wife personally and let her know what to expect and how to make sure everything went smoothly.If you are thinking about getting your deviated septum fixed I would recommend Dr Free. I didnt experience any a pain and he didnt use nasal splints and packing. If you do research, thats the part most people complain about. He did let me know that he might have to do it but the first option was to avoid it. Some drs only do the surgery with splints. Everyone situation is different and it might not be avoidable but at least coming in with an open mind is all I can ask for from my dr.Every follow up appointment was great, efficient, and informative.I cant say enough great things about the experience I had with Dr Free and his staff

I was not happy with my visit. My husband was there with me and I was not able to bring him to the back with me. However two other couples were able to take their spouses. When I asked if my husband could accompany me, I was told that only seniors or minors were able to have someone with them due to potential exposure to COVID. Makes sense right? One of the couples was an elderly couple so I could understand but the other couple was middle aged and the same rule should have applied to them but it did not. Now were not quite 50 but were close. So we should have been afforded the same courtesy. In my opinion... Also, my visit with the doctor was not pleasant. I had an ear infection and had been researching it online. My only request to the doctor was to let me see what came out of my ear and he didnt do it. Said it was too disgusting... BUT I WANTED TO BE THE JUDGE OF THAT!! He did not have a friendly disposition either. I will not be going back. Ill find another doctor. One that will listen to the request of his patient.

I visited Dr. Free in his Stockbridge office for a problem with my voice/throat.I was on time for my appt and only waited a few minutes before I was escorted to an exam room. The assistant took my vitals and asked questions about symptoms and my medical history.A few minutes later Dr. Free entered and conducted an exam, asked questions and listened to my concerns. He next explained a treatment plan.A follow up visit a few weeks later was pretty much the same with him modifying the treatment plan to include an additional medication.My problem was resolved by the additional medication.I recommend anyone with Ear, Nose, Throat concerns visit Dr. Free.

Dr Free is conscientious and has a good bedside manner. His staff is professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a good ENT.

Three times Dr. Free saw my 10 year old son in a month. My son has tubes in his ears, so when he entered the pool he got water in them. Dr. Free told us not to get water in ears after his first visit. I dont know what my son was thinking but less then a week he got water back in his ears. This time both ears were infected. Dr. Free told me, Oh, he is ok, he is just being a boy. Josh was so relieved! On his third visit Dr. Free and the Nurses, treated him like a little King. The Best Doctors and Nurses ever!

He listens to what you have to say. He is caring and compassionate. He helped me through thirty rounds of radiation to my nose and sinuses from cancer. He will forever be my favorite ENT!!

Very professional staff ! As a mother I felt SO comfortable with them taking care of my daughter before, during, and after her surgery. Before they touched my daughter with anything, they made sure she was comfortable and let her touch it to let her know she is okay. ALL of the staff treated my daughter as their own and I couldnt be more thankful. Super clean facilities as well. I HIGHLY recommend them from regular appointments to surgeries.

Doctor Free is an Amazing! I have been suffering from severe indoor/outdoor allergies since childhood. My Allergies seemed to be getting a little more out of control as I get older! I have been to several other Allergy Specialist that are great but, never really helped my conditions. He is the only Allergy Doctor that knows what to treat and how to treat any issues that I have going on whether it’s a clogged ear or upper Respiratory issue!

Perfectly organization, no delays in being seen, delightful personnel and perfect care for my problem!

We were very impressed with Dr. Free.He listened intently and tried to find a solution or at least something that would help instead of blowing us off just because my wife’s diagnosis is not very good right now.He is trying to at least make her life better in the best way possible.That’s all we can ask for and we appreciate him for it.

The staff was very professional, courteous, and friendly. I didnt personally like Dr. Free. I was referred to this clinic by my primary care physician. I had been treated for ear and throat issues, but my PCP felt that I needed to see a specialist. Because several days had gone by, and the medication helped both my ear and throat, Dr. Free didnt feel there was anything he should do to treat me UNTIL the problem arises again. After I explained that when the problem arises, I am too sick to return to the doctor, and therefore miss days of work, not to mention going through the process of getting ANOTHER referral to see him again...he basically did nothing. The issue I have is chronic, and affects my livelihood. Dr. Free was a complete waste of my time. I have to consult with a physician who listens. I am the one who has to live with this issue daily, so for him to see me for 10 minutes and determined that nothing is really wrong is very dismissive. Ear drops and gargle with peroxide is what I was given as a remedy to clogged ears, and chronic tonsil infections.

Today was my second appointment. Myfirst appointment was just as satisfying as this one. No this one got better. I dont believe I have ever been to a doctors appointment and been taken back within 5-10 minutes then the doctor show up withing the next 5-10 minutes ! My appointment was for 10 oclock AM and I left the office at 10:25 AM !! This ws the follow up but still, the first appointment didn take much longer than this one !Fortunately I dont have to go back my issue has cleared up. Highly recommend these folks.

Thank you for diagnosing me with a recent update on my hearing status. Once I receive my Marine Corps medical record and combat related service at Camp LeJeune in North Carolina I can move forward to the NEXUS letter to show the hearing loss started in the military.

My daughter was having severe nosebleeds and we decided it was time to see a doctor. Made a appointment with Dr. Free. He was very friendly and explained exactly what he would do to stop the nosebleeds. I recommend him and promise you will not be disappointed. Office staff was also very friendly.

Dr.Free was amazing from day one of my visit ,he went down with camera discovered what was thought to be cancer.From there he had a ct scan and biopsy in the works right away.From there I was sent on to a radiation oncologist.and the have been on top of thing even the small issues that came up.In less than 3 weeks I’m set for treatment. Dr. Free, Thank you so very much for caring and pursuing the issue after 4 dr. Didn’t seem to care, and acted as if there was no problems.
