I really like Dr. Ramachadran and Betty. However, I am displeased and upset at the fact they never answer their phone. Also, when I went in a few times to have an EEG done, his employee is ALWAYS extremely rude. I am looking for another provider. I have put up with enough after six long years of this. Its unfortunate, because I really like Dr. Ramachadran.

I have been a patient for about about 10 yrs, yes Betty the secretary is unprofessional all the time and does answer and hang up and then send calls to the voicemail but Dr Ram has always given me proper care. I have epilepsy so I go in every 3 months get a checkup and get a prescription for my meds and off I go. I guess if you get a referral it’s worst because Dr Ram don’t play he wants proof before he diagnosis or give out meds.

Dr Stamatis is everything.

Dr Ram is great! Very knowledgeable in his field. He is old school, which I like. His staff is always nice! It is hard to get through to the phones some times, but other than that I have had a great experience with this office. Thanks!

I started calling a little after 1:00 p.m. the answering service said they wouldnt be back in the office until 2:00 p.m. so I start calling exactly at 2:00 p.m. and the phone automatically hangs up and says the line is busy my appointment is at 2:30 I would be considered a new patient but Im I need to reschedule. I see a lot of people are having issues with this place and the phone service

If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else, do it. They never answer the phones, and the phone number they have on the bill is incorrect. Honestly the doctor is very rude also.

You cant get anyone on the phone. The Dr. Seems unsure of himself, wouldnt give a definitive diagnosis, instead said he wanted to send us to see a neurologist....uh, is that not what he is??? Now its been 3 weeks and no one has contacted us about a referral to see a neurologist and of course cant get anyone on the phone to ask about it.

I found Dr. Ram to be straightforward honest and friendly. Seems knowledgeable in his field. I was pleased with his service.

I went to this doctor on the 27th of June with results from a nerve conduction study a Milogram and a CT scan , and the CT scan showed degenerative disk disease and a bulging disk at the L5 S1. The nerve conduction study showed that there was Neuropathy in both of my feet and a disconnect in some of the nerves in my legs. This Neurologist claimed I was to FAT to have had a Nerve Conduction study to start with. I am 5’6 and I weigh 225 lbs.This doctor claimed there was nothing wrong with my back and that I had no Sciatica ( even though I had received shots in the past for it ). He was insisting that I had diabetes because of my size even though I showed him results of my test which showed I did not have diabetes and if anything I was on the low side. He would have it no other way but insist that I be tested for diabetes. He then stated I needed my Thyroid checked. Hello I have not had a thyroid for 20+ years. I get my levels checked every 4 months, then he wanted me tested for Lyme disease. Why can’t he just address the problem at hand and just take a minute and actually look at the results of the test and medical history and go from there. When I went back to my primary physician she could not believe the way he acted and the test he ordered (which I did not have). My physician stated she would not be referring him for anymore of her patients. Final thought, this was the most rude, most unprofessional doctor that I have ever encountered.

Good doctor but not enough competition.We need more neurologists in this area.The closest appointment you can make will be about 2 months from now

I went to this neurologist the first of august and he wouldnt do anything until I went to have a ct scan and an mri on my neck and back which his office was suppose to schedule as of Oct 5, I have not heard from anyone, Ive called several times and my family doctor has called them and I am still waiting. Today I am done. On my visit to the doctor in the beginning he was rude and informed me there was nothing he could give me because I had already tried everything...WHAT? I told him several things that worked but he didnt was to prescribe them. His phlebotomist is another story, I have small veins but never have to be stuck more than once, he however didnt want to try the vein in my arm he wanted to take it out of my hand. He stuck me 4 times in one and 3 in the other before he was satisfied and I was black and blue with a large swollen hand for days. So I was very disappointed and now Im looking for someone else! I would prefer not to leave a star but its the only way to get this post published.
