On my last visit to Dr. Rizzi’s office, was a nightmare! My husband always goes inside with me, except this visit. Dr. Rizzi verbally attacked me about a balance on my bill of @ $100. This balance came to be because my insurance (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) refused to pay for an ultrasound I was given in his office. My husband and I have been paying on this ever since his office told us about it. I am currently out of work and we are struggling to stay afloat in the midst of this awful pandemic! And here I am being verbally attacked by my doctor, whom I’m supposed to be able to trust! I was truly mortified at the way he taunted me! He even went so far as to inform me that I Could Not go to another Endocrinologist, because he would tell them that I don’t know how to pay my bills!!!! He also told that I better have it paid in full by my next visit. I don’t ever want to go back there!!!!!

This place is terrible you have to wait hours upon hours just to find out the doctor is not even there, example if you have appointment at 9:am you wont get seen till after 12 terrible place

Horrible dr. My appointment was at 10:45 at 11:20 the girl from the desk said he wouldnt be in until 12:15. I went to the bank and was back at 12:00. He didnt see me until 1:45. Rude, didnt want to hear what I had to say. Always talks over me. Not a good place.

Not knowing what is wrong with your endocrine system is not a pleasant place to be in. With a little patience and listening to Dr. Rizvi, I was able to discover my issues and then treat them accordingly. You have to do your homework too, he issues work to see if you are committed to helping yourself, and for this I am grateful .

Doctor talked over me and I really couldnt understand him he has a strong accent not to be rude or anything

Horrid wait times. Nice office staff. Hot and ugly waiting room. Doctor mummbles, cuts you off if you ask a question and has no bed side manner. Changing doctors and never going back

I started going to this office in 2009 because I had just moved to the area from Ohio, was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism, and they were the only ones that took my insurance. Shortly after seeing Dr Rizvi, Dr Anna was the one I saw and she was awesome. When she left, I saw Dr Lisa and she was great too. Another Dr was there for a brief time and I never had any issues or waiting. Once I actually started seeing Dr Rizvi again, I stopped going there in 2017 because I don’t like how he doesn’t listen, talks over me, and just rushes me out after the long wait. The staff was always nice to me and very helpful.

I was treated here for over a year and was initially excited that there were 3 nurses and one NP with thyroid scars on their neck or who are thyroid patients themselves because they would be able to relate to me. Every appt I waited an hour or more even though I was on time. Every time my labs were drawn Id wait weeks for the results just to find out that the wrong labs were requested by the lab. The office is completely disorganized and I will never return to this clinic!

I had a wonderful experience at this doctors office. I was seen on time, the doctor spent about 20 minutes with me, and all the staff was pleasant and professional. Dr. Rizvi reviewed my history from the referring doctor, listened while I gave more details, and recommended what I needed to do. I would recommend Dr. Rizvi to anyone who is interested in a complete, thorough evaluation that will address your needs.

I had a great first visit. VERY sweet staff and Dr. Rizvi was attentive and seemed very knowledgeable. He took time to review my history and explained his plan for future visits.

Worst experience. The doctor and front desk people are exceptionally rude. Did not care about my well-being as a patient & they are not thorough. Exhibited bizarre behavior. Wait time was over three hours to be seen for a five minute visit. Really breaks my heart to see people treat others so mean. Altogether, far from professional. I was truly disgusted.

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Rizvi and both exceeded my expectations. He is very easy to talk to and takes time to explain to you what is going on. I give him an A+ He is very smart too! BTW I have Tricare and no problems!

I transport my elderly aunt to her appointments and sometimes accompany her when she speaks with her doctors. Each appointment here has been unbelievably horrible. For starters, the wait time has been up to 3 hours beyond her appointment time and then when you get in to see the Doctor he is grumpy, rude and very difficult to understand because he mumbles.Were done, never again will she go there and my advice to others considering an appointment here is to steer clear!I had to rate it 1 star only because I could not post my complaint with no stars!

Did not like this place the doctor is old and has no patience with you. And doesnt like for you to tell him nothing,i tried telling him what was going on with me and he talked over me.will not/ NEVER return .the nurses / secretaries are super nice.

I had to wait 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor!!! My last several appointments I had to wait at least one hour after my appointment time!!!! The lobby is full of people who have to wait a long, long time to see the doctor!! No one gives you a reason for the long wait. Not good at all!!!

I honestly thought I was being sensitive at first, but now I know its not in my head. I shouldnt have to wait an hour past my appt time just for vitals. If I ask a question, it should be answered... not cut off and dismissed. You cant expect someone to know the exact questions to ask when this is all brand new! The blatant disrespect (raising his voice and overtalking) and assumptions made about my personal health and lifestyle is too much. I dont knowhow theres not a lawsuit against this man. I will never return to this office.

I always have a pleasant experience when im at Dr. Rizvis office if Im seeing Dr. Anna. Dr. Rizvi is VERY VERY RUDE. I was trying to explain something to him & he cut me off mid sentence like I dont handle that, tell me if its about your thyroid & im sitting there thinking uhm ok, how do you know its nothing to do with it if you didnt take the time to listen to my whole question. Hell have you leaving like I just paid for this? NEVER ever ever seeing Dr. Rizvi again. Only staying there for Dr. Anna. Im not military and I usually dont have to wait longer than 30 minutes. Me and my mother go here. The only way im rating this a 3 is for Dr. Anna.

Awful place, always have to wait at least an hour past my appt for a 5min check.

Told to be there at 12:00. As of 12:30 not even back for vitals yet. But if you were to show up at 1210 they would surely turn you away. Problem is that there is no consequence for a lazy non caring doctor. He doesnt even come to work before noon.

Be prepared to wait well past your appointment. They are very unorganized. When they supposed to call my medications in they dont. Mind u I had my thyroid glands remove so its a must I have my medication. I have to call my home physician in order to get my meds if I run out of them . This place is horrible.

They say to leave a message but there is no way to leave one.

He is rude.long wait.doesnt want to hear what the patient feels they need to say to him about their body. Just wants to look at lab report, doesnt want patient to speak......

Horrible when it comes to seeing you on time, every time I come to my appointments I wait for over an hr just to be seen.
