The best. Since Google doesnt know me, I love people who love what they do. Unfortunately, most of my experiences are that service based professions do a great job the first few times then they start to worry less about impressing you because they have you. Not Brandy.I am writing this review after going to Brandy for just over 2 years. If I wasnt moving, I wouldnt be leaving. Prior to Brandy, Id been to European Wax Center, Milk and Honey, and a few other single shop experiences in Fayetteville in Southern Pines. When I found Brandy, she did an amazing job. A little pricier than the others but truly a moniker of you get what you pay for. The part that surprised me was my 5th, 10th, 20th.....however many times I went back it was as good as the first time.She k own skin. She knows bodies. She is fun and kind and professional. There is a reason she is all 5 star reviews. Every time my unpredictable schedule changed, she was accommodating and kind. You will not ever regret going to Brandy. She is the best every time and always will be.

Best service I’ve ever had!My experience at the sugar shack was so amazing!! Wax can be harsh on my skin, so I decided to go to the sugar and it was amazing. My skin is smooth and exfoliated! For 7 years I have been receiving Organic Sugar Brazilian waxes. My esthetician is located in the Springfield, VA area and I now reside in NC. I found The Sugar Shack- Day Spa by googling sugar wax spas near my residence and saw the 5 star ratings. I reviewed the website and noticed Brandy received her certification at Alexandria Professional Sugaring; which is the same institution my esthetician received her certification from as well. I booked a Brazilian/Underarms/Happy Trail appointment. I was able to get a next day appointment #hugebrowniepointsBrandy effectively communicated through text message. She provided pre and post wax services, clear directions to her location, and Covid-19 safety rules. When I arrived we shared a great conversation (ice breaker) about sugar wax. During waxing she was professional, patient, spoke clear instructions on what she was doing next, cleaned me well, and the spa is clean and well-organized.Brandy is now my new esthetician! Great job Brandy! I appreciate the courage you have to grow your business and educate the women who arent aware of the benefits of sugaring. I had the best experience with Mrs. Brandy. She is so good at what she does. I told her I previously waxed and she told me this experience would much different and it was.
