Today was my first time at Tranquil Escape and it wont be my last. When you walk in, the environment is immediately relaxing. All the staff that I interacted with were very nice and professional. My massage was by Tameca and she did a phenomenal job! Besides the massage itself, my favorite part was when she thought enough to ask me if the pressure was ok. I was so excited to get in at the last minute for a prenatal Massage with Tameka! This place is super cute, relaxing, clean and I love the ambiance. I was a little skeptical about getting a prenatal massage but Tameka was super informative, knew all the right places and the right amount of pressure. There is also this awesome set of maternity pillows that she set on top of the massage table that provided the perfect amount of support everywhere I need it. She was super friendly and I felt extremely comfortable and in good hands as soon as I met her. She is very in tuned to her clients!!! I cant say it enough, I absolutely love this place. Thank you Tameka!!

If I could give 100 stars I would! I called last minute in a desperate attempt to get even just a 30 minute massage and Tameka SAVED the day! She was so kind to stay late to give me a massage! She didnt rush the session, and gave me probably the best massage Id ever had. I have had hundreds of massages and she was by far the best. She has firm pressure, and was so accommodating to my massage needs. She even let me choose the music we listened to since I was the only client in the building!. Thank you tameka for the awesome massage, and for allowing me to listen to Sade while I relaxed :) cant wait till I can book again!

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage on Valentine’s Day and the massage itself was horrible which is why I gave one star. Although we were running a little late for our appointment the representative told us we could still come but failed to mention our time would be cut 30 min short so instead of an hour massage that we paid $160 for we got a 30 min massage. We asked for deep tissue but the massage felt more like a rub down with no pressure at all. Also, there was no focus on the trouble areas they ask you about before you’start. It was rushed and a waste. I will say their customer service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing but we won’t be back.

First time customer and will not go back. Scheduled for 1 hour massage and 45 minute foot treatment. Therapist(Tameca)was late and acted as if I should be ok with her being late-very nonchalantly(my appointment was 11am)! Customer service is truly a lost art.Thankful for the other therapist(Dora) that performed my massage but had to leave before my foot treatment. My foot treatment was 20 minutes....10 minute massage and a treatment that required 10 minutes of soaking time. When I inquired about my scheduled service, I was advised my massage went over by 15 minutes; which does not equal 45 minutes. My massage running over should not have been an issue considering therapist was late and my services started late. I guess she thought I should be happy since she waived the $20 I would have been required to pay because services wouldve been more than the $100 gift card I was using.Thank you to Dora (massage therapist) for being so nice and completing my massage! It was awesome! 5 STARS to you!No response/comment needed but Im sure its coming.Response to owner...I was not going to be late for my other appointment because my services started late with your company and I didnt insist on having my massage first but if that inaccurate fact makes you feel better about the service you provided.
