First time there and I had an excellent therapist by the name of Cora. Her pressure was spot on and didnt have to tell her. Complete head to toe treatment relieved me to the fullest.

Love the location, the owner has put a great deal into investing into the ambiance. I followed Marvin here (Hes my favorite Massage Therapist in Atlanta) a few years ago and the atmosphere is Posh & very relaxing. They have a wide array of other services. I would highly recommend them 🙂

MASSAGEMy daughter gave me a gift certificate years ago for Mother’s Day. At that time I was an international flight attendant working away from home 19 straight days each month while taking/bringing back our military. I used that precious gift certificate and felt like I had a brand new body! much better than the massages I had gotten overseas. Since then, I became a regular customer and totally appreciate Rejuv Spa expertise which you don’t find everywhere. They are always ready to provide excellent service so I always always make sure I “lock in” my appointments. Most places, if you miss an appointment you have to totally reschedule and pray there is an opening soon...Those “friendly appointment reminders” we get are superb but massage reminds me of my internal medicine doctor appointment that I never miss. Although internal medicine “checks” what’s happening inside the body, massage “helps to heal” what’s going on inside the body...(my personal opinion). Massage is much better/more important than my hair/nail appointment. I make sure I am there or call within 24hrs to reschedule so I won’t interfere with another persons timeslot... I have a long story dealing with numerous car accidents while sitting at the red light, falls when I was little, hurt on the job. This, “to ME”, supersedes prescriptions which I am totally against. (Google, “how does massage help the body”). I did and I thank God!!! for Google AND Massage Therapy)!

My mom also came and had the other young lady there named alex and said she enjoyed it as well both were great. I highly recommend them to anyone who need a nice massage and spa treatment. It was my 53rd birthday. The workers there were very friendly and took care of our services. The atmosphere was clean and very welcoming. My BESTIES and I had sooooo much fun!!!! The body massage was out of this world and so was the foot scrub. Each worker knew their techniques very well. My Besties and I will come back to the spa. It is worth every penny!!!!!!

I love this place! I was instantly comforted by the atmosphere. My friend and I went to get a hip bath. It was very relaxing and soothing. The receptionist offered us wine and even asked for our preference of music or a movie to enjoy during our service. This was definitely a great way to start my Saturday afternoon. We will be back soon! Highly recommended.

We attended a few bday parties here and checked out the space. Loved it. The spa looks amazing and they have various rooms for private, relaxing sessions. Just had a Swedish by Bebe a few days ago and it was great. Previous sessions by Alex were phenomenal! You will not be disappointed! Do your self a favor and see for yourself.

Today made my second time coming the customer services is great. I originally purchased the Grpupon.they explained they no longer accepted them but would let get my V Steam for the price I paid. My massage was awesome and the staff is very professional.

Bebe gave me a great 40 minute deep tissue massage and i loved it... the receptionist was amazing... i will be telling all my friends and family to not go anywhere else but here... i highly recommend it and thats coming from a very picky person... Once you finally get in there, the service and quality has been fine, but I have to jump through hoops to get an appt. I’m only using them because I received their membership for a gift. I have to call numerous times before I get an answer. Don’t expect them to check their voice and call back either-it has never worked.

Went for a V steam....I was told if the steam gets Too hot to unplug the machine. Well, it got Too hot 4 times. And when I unplugged it took awhile for the steam to settle down. I felt like my inner thighs were Burning. There should be an adjustable button to control the steam. Couldnt enjoy the experience due to feeling like I was being burned and having to plug and unplug the machine the entire time.

I gave this spa a pass the first time I had gone. So I didn’t write a review because that experience was so horrible. The therapist was 45 minutes late because they said he was sleep and is in the way. I only waited because my staff purchase me a gift certificate and wanted me to go to support another business. So I waited!!! Horrible-no apology-they just said he is on the way.Massage was average. So a year later- I thought I would give this location another try because my staff said go to the owner.-give them another chance. Why did I do that. I scheduled an appt 3 weeks out just to see the owner-the receptionist assured me that she would service me and charged me a $20 deposit. I arrived at 2:45 for a 3:00 appt. There is a note on the door stating that they will be back at 3. So I patiently waited. Around 3:10 they return and ask me to sign in and that my therapist would be some other girl. I stated that I was not pleased the first time that I came and I was not about to play with any amateurs today. I had taken off work and adjusted my schedule to arrive promptly and this is your unprofessional business model. the owner said I am book-we have you in the schedule but can you go to her. What kinda unprofessional foolery are you all operating? I was very disappointed but now I see why just because you are a good massage therapist does not mean you know how to manage and operate a business. The owner was trying to persuade me to go to some other girl- I said No I didn’t take off work for this other girl-this is unprofessional and I will never come back. I wanted to give them another opportunity-but you don’t get 2 times to demonstrate poor management behavior-I just went down the street to Zen Massage.

Make sure you are reviewing Rejuv and not Serenity across the street in the space Rejuv USED to be in. I saw a review sayung Rejuv is great with a picture of Serenity. 2 totally different places.So, I used to go to Rejuv when it was callwd Honey. It was great then. I loved it and recommended it to many people.THEN IT WAS SOLD and the name changed to Rejuv. You can not get in touch with the business. Ive called no less than 10 times and never get an answer or return call. My husband called and actually got an answer, but they had no appointments that day (which is fine) BUT wanted a $20 deposit over the phone to make an appointment for the next day. Im not giving my cc number out over the phone.

This was a great experience. Ny was a skilled masseuse and I would definitely suggest her. I would have given them 5 stars, but they moved and their address has not been updated on the gift certificates from Groupon. This caused me to be late and they deducted that time from my scheduled massage. 😣

I recently went for a Swedish Massage as a first time client. I enjoyed my massage and I feel great (thanks Jasmine!) but it was difficult to even book an appointment. I went online to look at services and saw the option to book online, but when I clicked the button it prompted me to make the deposit to secure my appt, but then didnt take me anywhere else to actually make an appointment. I sent an email and called, both with no response, then finally got an answer after texting the provided number days later.I really love the massage lotion that was used, my skin feels so soft and its unscented so no worries about allergies. However, it was cold in the room so Id recommend they get a space heater.I believe in giving small businesses a second chance so Ill definitely be back, but just so you know, the best way to book is to call them directly.

Great experience and affordable prices. Ive been to several spas where the price of massages can break the bank so finding this spa was a treat. Ive been to Rejuv Spa twice, once for a massage and once for a hip bath. Both visits were good. Receptionist was very informative on the hip bath and let me know what I should expect. Room was very nice and they also had a tv in there so you can watch tv to pass the time. Definitely recommend.

My first visit was poor the v steam was to hot no one can in to check on me customer service was poor but I talk to the manager she told me to home back and when I vame back for my second vist everything was Great much better plus I had wine so now you can get 5 stars

What a treat! Have had 2 massages in the last 8 days (not at same place) given as bday gifts since folk know I love them! This was definitely the best of the 2! Kendricka was phenomenal! Her technique was on point! She new all the tense spots and took care of each of them! Would have given 5 stars but surround sound music is needed throughout for a true relaxing ambiance, not from the individual phone of the masseuse! Ill be back for sure!

I am disappointed and embarrassed I purchased(No Groupon) a dear friend a gift certificate for a bridal shower gift. My 1st sign of unprofessionalismwas trying to purchase the gift certificate. I had to go there 3 times just to purchase the certificate. The 1st day I went there to purchase the certificate no one was there durning NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS they said they didnt have any appointments so they left early. The second day I went the receptionist had no idea where the gift certificates were she reached out to her Manager and unfortunately, I had to leave before she located the certificates. I left my number with the receptionist and finally she called me back and advised that I could come back to purchase my certificate. I didnt write a review about that experience (things happens).I was just informed by the recipient(The Bride) she called countless times to schedule an appointment with no avail. No answer, no return calls to the voice messages left. She finally made an appointment with Manager and the day of her appointment was called and informed that the Massage Therapist she was scheduled to see didnt come in that day. Finally she was able to get in only to be scheduled with someone that was clearly not a Massage Therapist! She said that her massage was comical to say the least. I purchased a complete package for bride and this was so disappointing that she had to have such experience. I loved Honey the establishment that Rejuv Spa replaced this service is nowhere near the service you received from Honey Day Spa.

This is the first review I have ever made on how poor a service was. If I could not give them a star, I would. We chose this spa due to Groupon. My mother and I made an appointment a month and a half in advance for 10 AM. We drove an hour to this location, only to be told that the appointment was at 12. For various reasons, we were not able to make this appointment and the staff was unwilling to admit the mistake or fix it. Not to mention, the receptionist was not able to talk to us because she was giving someone a massage...?? So we had to talk to some random person at the desk who had no clue what was going on. Oh and as far as a confirmation call... no voicemail was left (and no my voicemail box is not full). The staff and atmosphere were completely unprofessional. I hope this helps anyone who thinks the Groupon deal is worth it... its not!!

This place used to be awesome. However, ever since they moved they never answer the phone. I mean NEVER. I cant tell you how many times Ive called during normal business hours, and all I get is the recording. I had a Groupon that expired because I could never get anyone to answer the phone so that I could book an appointment. Who has time to drive somewhere just to book an appointment. That is TERRIBLE customer service. If your staff will not answer the phone, then at least have an online scheduler where customers can book their own appointments. Geesh!

I am disappointed that I was never even seen. A friend bought me a groupon to this place as a gift last year. I called countless times to schedule an appointment with no avail. No answer, no return calls to the voice messages left. When I saw that the deal would expire at the end of August, I went in person to try to schedule at the beginning of that month. The lady at the front service counter that I spoke with was very nice and told me that they were completely book until mid September, so I wouldnt be able to book an appointment for August, but they would honor my groupon if I kept the picture of it. She took my contact information but I never heard back. I tried calling again, same thing. I just gave up trying but its disappointing nonetheless.

They NEVER answer their phones no when you tell them you have a Groupon they say there booked for at least a week. On top of that, if you finally do get an appointment they dont bother to tell you theyve moved from the address on the Groupon deal! They are very shady.

My dad was in town from NC so i decicded to give him a treat! Hes 85 and still talking about his new favorite spa.

I too called several times and then finally sent a text message to set up my appointment for Monday February 19, 2018. Once my appointment was approved my services were denied because I informed them that I would be using my Groupon! Then I was instructed to contact Groupon for a refund. To add insult to injury, they tried to sell me a membership as if I would become a member when they wouldn’t even honor my Groupon! Sadly they are STILL advertising services on Groupon! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Buyer Be Aware!

I purchased a Groupon. I called only a million times to get in touch with someone and to no avail. So, finally i go there to try to schedule and appt only to be told they are no longer accepting them. Did i mentioned that my Groupon was PURCHASED! The lady at the front had nothing to offer me but a bunch of excuses about why they couldn’t accept them. No discount on my service, no nothing. Just call Groupon and TRY to get my money back.This really broke my heart because honestly I could have chosen any spa, but i chose Rejuv primarily because it was Black owned and i love to support my people but WE MUST LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I even considered becoming a member, but I will never visit this place again or recommend it to anyone.

Its ok. I got there a few minutes ahead of my appointment. No one was at the desk but I could hear people talking in the back. I filled my paperwork out and waited for about 10-15. The facility was clean but the table was a bit uncomfortable. I had a groupon for 80 minutes deep tissue but only got 40 minutes of swedish. The same thing happened a few years ago. The therapist was very nice and the shop let me book my appointment for a few weeks out even though my groupon would have expired by then, so I didnt complain. Sadly, I dont think I will be a returning customer though.

If you brought a Groupon they are not accepting them right now and you have to pay an additional 10 dollars with the Groupon amount you already paid. Wish they would have not put it in Groupon. Whats the point of buying a Groupon if you have to pay additional money when you get there smh.

Horrible experience. Male masseur talked the entire massage, asked me why I was uncomfortable with him touching me close to my private areas, didnt use to tucking the sheets under/around your body technique. Didnt allow me to relax, woke me up while falling asleep, told me he wanted me to respond to him with noises like yeaaa, Oww, Aww, saying right there, that feels excellent. He claimed he didnt like words like, okay, good, etc. Told me he couldnt do his job because I wasnt comfortable with how he was touching me and I needed to work on my comfort level so he could do his job more effectively next time, he said he like massaging 90% of the body instead of 70% like most male masseur do. He had me hanging off the table, awkward position, trying to spread my legs wider than normal, asking me what my tattoos on my body said/meant, asking me what my plans were after I received my massage (during my massage), talked the entire massage...very disturbing

This place is a scam. We bought it on Groupon and tried to make an appointment, but no one will contact you back or answer the phone. I called 3 times and left a message and emailed twice over 3 weeks with no response. Others have had the same problem when reading the reviews on Groupon. Do yourself a favor and pick another place to ge your relax on.

Alex made thw stress go away. I received a call when I was running late to make sure I was ok.. nice touch! Thw atmosphere was tranquil except for thw loud music next door, which was corrected! Lastly my groupon appointment was handled professionally. Thanks Alex i will be back.

So Friday was first day off in a long time and a massage sounded so amazing so I called them because I saw they had a Groupon deal and asked if i were to buy the Groupon could I come in today and use it? She told me thatd be fine so I hung up and bought them. Little did I know when I called back they were completely booked for the next month and I couldnt make an appointment until December 8th. Then when I go to call back nobody answered for 2 days in a row. Thats totally unprofessional in my opinion and that makes me Never want to go there.

This is the second time I am visiting coz I liked their first service. But let me warn you. If you inform them that you have group on coupons they wont treat you well.Mine was a 50min swedish massage.The masseuse was very tough and exerted lot of pressure.She massaged only back of my body and when i asked her why she didnt do my entire body massage she responded rudely that it was just a 50mins massage and left.They started my massage late by 10mins and she did only for 35mins. The first massage that I mentioned before was also the same kind and it was so satisfying and that was the reason I went again.Be careful guys.When they dont treat their customers properly and while they are not happy with people having coupons why do they put it on group on. Had a worst experience.

Probably my last visit. Ive noticed something consistent with each visit & thats the time of the sessions. My 1st visit was the best! Alex has hands of an angel. My 2nd visit was the worst! The dude never shut up, made ridiculous requests & asked incorporate questions. I was very uncomfortable & asked to never have him as my massage therapist again (lucky hes no longer there). My 3rd visit was cool. Today was my 4th visit. I was told to arrive early (as usual) for check-in & to make sure that my massage session starts on time. I arrived at 10:46am my apt was at 11am for an 80min deep tissue massage. I waited in the reception area while they chatted until 11. I was taken to the room at 11 & on the way asked if I needed to use the restroom. I said no b/c I didnt want to cut into my session. Seems like they wouldve asked that when I signed in at 1046. When we get the room I was given the get comfy & Ill be right back spill but I said only 1 min please b/c again I dont want to cut into my session. After about 5 mins the door opens. My massage started after 1107 & ended at 1212 - 65min. I purchased an 80min deep tissue massage but I received a 40min deep tissue massage, a 15min stretch & a 10min rub down. Something about that doesnt seem right even if I paid the discounted (like $12 less) price. 1) my service was cut short & I arrived early to avoid this 2) the environment is top notch & rivals the best in bougie buckhead hands down 3) the staff is nice but dont bother negotiating. They knew it was wrong to cut my session short but said nothing about it. Instead I was offered a membership package. I primarily support black businesses & Im in the service industry so I tip well based on service. But Im no dummy, you get what you pay for.
