Had a DiamondGlow and Dermaplane with Hattie on Friday. Wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Staff very professional, beautiful relaxing atmosphere and Hattie was AWESOME!!! She kept me informed every step of the way--such a relaxing experience. Thank you Hattie!!!

I visited revive medical spa for the first time just two days ago. As a single mom, I only get to treat myself to facials about once a year, so I was really looking forward to it. I moved to Fayetteville about a year and a half ago from Bentonville and always used Spa Botanica in Rogers. I know that every place isnt the same and thats why I chose to go somewhere new; to get a different experience. However, Im sad to say I was a little disappointed with the new spa. First red flag was them telling me my esthetician for my visit was going to be Morgan when I scheduled and when I checked into my appointment. I was surprised when the lady who was going to be giving me a facial introduced herself as Ashlyn. I had been in the waiting room reading all about Morgan and her skill set and had prepared myself for just that. Even still, I kept a positive attitude and my hopes high. She suggested the diamond glo which I was actually impressed with at the end when she showed me all the impurities it had sucked out of my face. However, the machine proved to not be a cure all. I deal with a lot of blackheads and underneath the skin pimples. I was really looking forward to the extraction phase, for a professional to do what I am unable to, and work on those pesky hidden pimples. When that time came, I made sure to tell her It might sound weird but this is my favorite part. I dont even care if it hurts just get it all out of there. After just 3 tries she seemed a bit uncomfortable when she said Okay thats enough torture for now. and never returned to try again. Every other time Ive gotten a facial youve been able to clearly see the results on my skin. Facials that were half the price of this particular one Im complaining about. I do not see any results on my skin, although it does feel cleaner and smoother. I would NOT recommend this spa for facials and would DEFINITELY not recommend the all expensive diamond glo. It would appear that this specific esthetician relies on the machine to do her work for her and I wouldnt doubt the other employees have the same thinking process. What a super lame experience for an overpriced session.

Revive Medical Spa is awesome! I have the Diamond Glow Facial every 4 weeks and it has made a huge difference in my skin! Not only does it work but it’s very relaxing! I am a health care worker and wearing a mask all day had caused acne breakouts as well as making my pores bigger. Morgan is great! She’s knowledgeable, professional and so super nice! She made some changes with my products and I noticed an improvement in a week. With each treatment I can see improvement. The entire staff is wonderful!! I highly recommend giving them a try!!

This spa is so relaxing. The atmosphere, the staff, and the services all contribute to the overall feeling of peace. My hydrafacial did wonders for my skin, and the laser hair removal services are quick and working for me! Ashlyn is a great esthetician.

Hattie did my micro-needling and did an amazing job! She was super friendly and informing. She gave me tips on how I can help my scars like putting on sunscreen. She told me everything to expect! Love her and will definitely be back. She is an amazing addition to Revive!

I get my mini melanage peel here once a year. I would visit more often, but I make a 2 hour drive (one way) for this service. It may sound crazy, but its worth the drive! This is the only peel I can find that gets rid of my melasma. I love all of the staff and my esthetician Sarah Krauft. This is my 3rd year, and I plan on being back again next year. Im hoping they open a closer spa by next year...like maybe Harrison, AR or Branson, MO would be even better!

I have had two wonderful experiences with Revive now and will definitely continue to book services! The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere is great, and the two massages I’ve had with Vone have been absolutely wonderful. It’s so easy to schedule appointments using the app. I’ve struggled to find a spa in NWA that I truly love and I’m so glad someone recommended Revive to me.

Always an excellent experience! Amazing staff! This was 2 days before my wedding and MUCH needed. I was getting over bronchitis and couldnt stop coughing about 2 mins into the massage. My masseuse was wonderful. She stopped and got me cough stops, mints, water, and had eucalyptus going in the room. Best 90 minutes ever!

They have expanded their service offerings to include medical grade facial peels, dermal fillers, etc. Judy is one of my favorite massage therapists, but all that I have tried have been great. They also have a great selection of skin care products. I usually dont have a problem getting an appointment and have been treated very well by their staff. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment over the phone for a Friday afternoon appointment, 6 days before, and I live in hour drive away from Fayetteville. When I got there the receptionist said she had no record of me making the appointment, but because I was there she squeezed me in. I felt like my consultation was rushed, I didnt have a clear understanding of price before I got the injections. The actual results look amazing and Im very happy with the results, I just wish my experience was a little more personable, and not so rushed.

I love this place. They have boosted my confidence in ways I never knew and it was something I could afford. I will continue to cone back.

Typically like this medspa however in my recent visit I was up charged for a product that I could still purchase on the online store for the lower price. Spa manager would not even come out to speak to me or honor the price they had posted both online and in store. Needless to say I will only be using Premier for future medspa needs. Poor customer service is a major turn off for me!

A very nice place with very pleasant, respectful and organized reception staff. This was my first visit and my aesthetician was also very nice and professional. The three-star review reflects my perception of value for the price. I moved to NWA from NYC, where I was a regular at Mario Badescu - a well established and well respected skin care salon located on the Upper East Side. A signature facial at that salon included deep cleansing, extraction, massage and deep hydrating mask - all for $60. A signature facial at Revive does not include extraction, which to me is the primary point of a facial. Yet this facial costs $90. I have inquired of my aesthetician about extraction and she recommended hydro facial, which costs a whopping $275. I will be looking for another spa that better matches my expectations of service level for the price.

I’ve been living with chronic back pain for months. I’ve tried several massage therapists around town. It wasn’t until I discovered Vonn that I was finally able to get some relief from the pain. One of the best deep massages I’ve ever had. She even texted me to check on me later in the day. Very thoughtful and professional. Love this spa!

Love this place! Has become my second home it feels like. Sarah Krauft has done a Vi peel and a SkinPen session on me and my skin feels and looks so much better! Ive also had a wax with April Pearson and she is the only person I want waxing me from now on. Judy gives excellent massages. I have thoracic outlet syndrome and suffer from migraines and chronic neck pain and she knew exactly what to do to relieve my neck pain. I also just finished getting botox and lip injections with Emily Staggs from next door @ Advanced Dermatology and I will definitely be back for more next year. Wish I wouldve done them a long time ago. This office is always very clean, tastefully decorated, and relaxing.

To receive a 5-star review it would be helpful to receive an after care phone call to see how your customer is doing. It is especially important on the services like CoolSculpting, etc. where you might experience issues after the service is provided.

Recently had my first deep tissue massage (ever) with Vone after suffering with a pinched/pulled/twisted something in my shoulder that was causing severe pain/restricting my range of motion significantly (I had even been prescribed a muscle relaxer for it that wasn’t working). Vone was beyond absolutely wonderful- highly skilled, knowledgable, attentive and responsive and I walked out of the session with no pain! I was in shock (almost cried from being so relieved) and am still so very thankful for her. Truly the best massage I have ever received. Absolutely and emphatically could not recommend Vone more- very much looking forward to booking again!

I went to Revive after having a really bad experience at a med spa in Bentonville. I was a little wary of getting another procedure done, but my aesthetician, April, completely put me at ease. She really knows her stuff, and is very compassionate. I’ve had around 9 procedures done with her so far, all SkinPen and Laser Genisis. I couldn’t be happier with the results. April also helped me choose better skin care products, all which have made a great improvement to my dry skin. The staff at Revive are friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who is considering a med spa treatment!
