Fantastic service. I bought new bearings for my skateboard, and when I asked them to replace my old ones with the new ones, they removed my old ones and cleaned them without me even asking. They did a great job of putting the new ones on too. Best skate shop around.

I needed a new pair of sunglasses. Sabrina took excellent care of me. She was very patient while I found the right pair, gave great recommendations, and helped me find exactly what I wanted while staying in my price range. BoardStiff has a lot of options and a really helpful staff.

Went in on a whim to buy some sunglasses. Girl with short curly hair was beyond rude and uncomfortable I couldnt leave fast enough. Hire some better help for a skate shop plz.

Vacationing here for two weeks with my family. So far, our Cape experience has been great. Making our way to each shop along Main Street, we have been treated very well with great hospitality. This shop seemed to have some things my husband was interested in, so we stepped inside. We have two children, ages four and seven. My daughter (four) grabbed a pair of sunglasses off the wall. I tried to get them back from her, and, like a typical kid that age, she took off running and giggling. Then my seven year old takes off in front of me to try and catch her. The result-two children running a lap around the back of the store. My son is a clumsy kid. He tripped and fell. He was fine and all merchandise was unharmed. The ONLY thing that happened was that he bumped against a floor mannequin when he fell, not knocking it over or anything. I got the sunglasses out of my daughter’s grasp and put them up. A typical occurrence for a parent of small children.What shocked me was the way a woman behind the counter with long, blond wavy hair began yelling at my kids when they were rounding the back of the store (as I was dealing with them myself because, you know, I’m their mom). It was when I was putting the sunglasses away that I noticed the blonde had come out from behind the counter looking angry (not sure what her plan was) and yells in an aggressive tone loud enough for the whole store to hear, “I’M GOING TO ASK THEM TO LEAVE!!!” To another associate. I told my husband we were being asked to go and that it was best to head out. I did tell the woman on my way out the door that it was obvious that she didn’t have kids (or she would have realized that what happened wasn’t much). She overreacted in a huge way and the whole thing was very uncomfortable.I watch my children closely, but things happen. That’s life. I don’t want them running around any more than anyone else does. We have been in many local stores loaded with breakables and have been treated with nothing but kindness (kids included). We do love to shop. I’m sure we would have made purchases in your store had we not been run off in such a ridiculous manner. Maybe talk to your employees about professionalism and at least faking nice when needed. WAY out of line.

Best place to shop in Falmouth with TONS of awesome clothing, sunglasses, beach supplies and sportswear. I implore you to stop in if youre in town! Dog-friendly and the store has an awesome vibe. The store staff is always great too!

The staff was very accommodating, finding the receipt from my previous purchase so I could exchange some shirts and suggesting new items for my purchase. Very pleased with my experience from the sales associates all the way to the owner. Will be back for any gifts I need or summer wear in the future. A necessary stop if you’re ever in Falmouth!

I had an awesome experience here! There were a lot of cool clothes and so many different kind of sandals! The staff helped me pick out a pair and I absolutely love them. The store was very clean and the employees were super friendly. This is a pretty cool spot to check out. Ill be sure to come back!

I visited the store this weekend. The staff was very attentive and helpful. They have awesome gear, sunglasses and clothes for reasonable prices. I also liked the flip flops and Olukai shoes.

The only reason I am giving this place 4 stars is because of the employee that helped me . She was a pretty blonde with glasses, she made sure I was confident on what I was buying and helped me find my new favorite pair of sunglasses. She made small talk and made me feel comfortable. Some of the other employees literally rush to you as soon as you walk in the door and are way too pushy. You can tell whoever manages this place is a control freak.

Outstanding!!! I bought a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses from BoardStiff. After a couple of days they felt tight. I called BoardStiff and Lizzie was awesome!! They took back the sunglasses and I was able to exchange for a pair that fit better. Thank you Lizzie!!!

One of my favorite stores in Falmouth center! Employees are always so friendly and willing to help. They have a wide range of clothing and sunglasses brands, and even sell ukuleles! Great location and service.

Third time shopping here and never been disappointed. They carry an excellent selection of beach, surf and skate gear. The staff is friendly and helpful; the sales associates helped my choose my new Ray-Ban sunglasses and a Salty Crew jacket. Highly recommend to visit and looking forward to shop at their store in Provincetown.

I was on vacation August 16th weekend. I visited the shop. I was surprised to see that they sold Eskates. Im an avid e skater and have an extensive collection myself. I loved to see a brick N mortar shop actually having physical inventory of E Boards. The boards that I saw at that time were The One Wheel Plus and the M1 Own board. .Speaking of my collection I currently Own Both which are great boards. I really would of liked to meet the owner, The store clerk advises that he regularly is scene running errands and walking the dog down main st on his One Wheel . Next time of go hopefully I can meet up with the owner and we can ride and talk shop . Definitely a cool shop with many skateboards,parts,and accessories .

I loved the shade collection at this way-cool store and Lily was all over the clothing and shoes in the back room.I think the managers name was Melissa(?) She knew her merchandise and set my little Senorita up with an outfit for our ferry trip over to the Vineyard before helping me pick out some awesome green mirrored Costa del Mar glasses.We are hitting the island tomorrow and we are psyched that we stopped into check out this huge store, that we paid very reasonable (mainland) prices and that we got helped by someone who didnt just want our money!!

I had bought a GOPRO + Black edition for my husband as a Christmas present and he simply loved it. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained the different features of the camera. We are soon planning a trip to Mexico and are excited to use the camera for the road trip and for scuba diving :D

This place is a staple of Falmouth! Every time I am in the area, I always stop by Boardstiff to get my gear and clothes for that place. What a great selection of clothes, shoes and anything else you need to feel fab. Its a must - visit store for sure!

Went in to buy a pair of sunglasses. The clerk was extremely rude and seemed annoyed by basic questions like Do you have a pair like this with polarized lenses? She seemed easily irritated by the fact that I wanted to try on 2-3 pairs of sunglasses. Even though I found a pair I liked, her attitude was enough to make me walk away empty handed. I dont normally post reviews of businesses, but I thought this one was worth sharing.

Terible service and rediculous prices. I wanted to buy some bear longboard trucks which usually retail for $50 for a set of two and they wanted $110! The store was great to look at but when it comes to making a purchase, it was terrible.

Not local, way too expensive

The staff is pushy here. They are either commission based or never see any customers. I was afraid to touch or look at anything because clerks swarm over in 3 seconds.

Terrible service and couldnt believe how the girl working in the store treated town employees that were trying to do work at the store... will never go back again
