It would have been five stars as Dr. Kearins was great, especially with my Daughter. The blonde woman fitting glasses at the front was difficult. I had just ordered my glasses at almost 400 dollars and was picking out glasses for my daughter. I asked for the info on glasses for my daughter and she didn’t want to give it to me! I was ordering glasses for daughter too but they did not have her size. They needed to order them so she could try themon. I asked 3x for my daughter’s glasses info before she did not have an excuse not to give it to me. She acted put out I asked for it, which I found rude especially given the amount of money I was spending, I wanted it in case she broke the 300 dollar glasses I was ordering. I fully intended on buying their glasses I knew could get online at a fraction of the cost . I wanted to be sure my daughter liked how they looked for her first pair. Two days later my glasses were ready, went back, put my name on list as there was a wait. A lady that been there came back and asked to put her name back on the list. I waited without leaving. When my turn came up she took the lady that came back that put her name on list after me. I will not be buying glasses for daughter here now. Going some place else. No one needs this aggravation when there spending 800 dollars on overpriced glasses 3 days before Christmas! My husband thinks I should ask for a refund for the glasses I never picked up because I promptly left after she looked at the lust. And took the other lady without acknowledging I had been sitting there waiting.
