My parents were given a grant for this service. They were clear on my mothers needs and what the care person would need to know how to do prior to making the appointment. This agency sent out a very nice girl who had ZERO training in what was required. My dad was able to teach her during what the agency called a meet and greet. The agency charged a whole THREE hours against the grant for my dad to train THEIR employee. In the end, the service cost $66 per hour for untrained help. If your loved one just needs a babysitter or someone to do the dishes, it might be fine. If you need anything more than a child could do, do NOT hire this company.

Home Instead and staff have been very professional and caring in meeting all our needs. They have helped my mother be able to live independently in her condo. We appreciate the online updates that allow us to see what was done each day and how my mother was feeling during that visit.
