I worked with the king county faction of this company a few months back. Things started with orientation and a background check. Mine came back with incorrect information and I was immediately treated like a criminal for simply voicing my opinion and frustration with what do to next. They wouldn’t help me at all.I filed a claim with the better business bureau and rather then offering help, the just kept stating the same thing over and over and then threatened to contact DSHS to basically keep me from being about to make money.I just went to another company and did the same orientation and background check. I had no problems and my info came back clean like I know it would. I mean I’ve never even had so much as a speeding ticket. They contacted me weeks later to do a finger print background check like I asked them to do initially. They wouldn’t even allow me to call them to get a list of clients, email only and even then they wouldn’t reply to any messages that were sent on my end. Having to speak with people who are upset over something they have no control over is a little frustrating but treating people like they are sub human because of that is unacceptable.I will not be working with these people anymore. I’m happy where I’m at currently and being treated with respect is so very lovely after the experience I just had with the king county faction. Just be careful if you are one of those people that can advocate for yourself well.
