I was hired in early Jan 2020 to work short, 60-90 minute shifts that paid $30-35/hour. After all of my hiring/onboarding (which includes fingerprints, FBI background check, and multiple days spent interviewing/training) they then let me know that they had no available shifts for this position nor any actual clients for this position, and they were working to get that operation up and running. I agreed to help them cover a few shifts until then. I was already employed with another caregiving agency, who I have worked for 3 years now.Right at Home never found any clients at that pay rate for me. They only paid $15-18/hour (while charging clients double) and I received my 90 day review in October which was 10 months after being hired. I think they gave me a .15 raise? But they also lowered the pay rate of my scheduled shift so I was actually being paid less.Another complaint is that despite being a very flexible, hardworking, and reliable employee, I never received any recognition for that by the company.Instead, look forward to daily required emails that you won’t be compensated for. As well as multiple requests to join online social media groups and write reviews for them. I finally grew tired of the constant interruptions to my daily life. I have three young children and work 40-80 hours a week. I informed the company I did not have time for these emails that I was not being paid for. The owner, Victoria then repeatedly called me. I ignored the calls because I was driving (with all of my children in the car, running errands, a busy day. Costco trip, etc) I finally answered in a parking lot and was quite upset and told her that I was driving and would have to return her call. She then sent me an email stating that she would take me hanging up on her as my resignation. I informed her I was incredibly disappointed in the time I had invested in her agency and would be posting reviews. The next day, I received another email from the owner, Victoria saying that since I ‘no-showed’ on a shift, that I was being fired.I feel that this company has a lot of issues with communication and respect and regret the time I wasted working for their company. The other agency I work for pays way better and are much kinder to their employees, which I believe says a lot about the service they offer!

I needed help with my loved one and Right at Home and the team have been wonderful. Great communication, flexible with time, excellent customer service, and most of all the care has been fantastic. The caregivers are experienced, and management has been very honest about availability, services, etc. in efforts to make sure the care and availability suited our needs. Thank you to Suzanne and the rest of the team!

I have been on board with Right at Home as a caregiver for nearly 6 years, I think they ROCK!!! I love my job as a caregiver. When on my shift with a client, I do the best I can to make my client feel content, and well cared for. If you need to find care for a parent or a loved one, I recommend Right at Home, Everett, Washington,Snohomish County.

I employed this company to care for my ALZ husband while I was in the hospital. The care was a desaster as they sent a different person each day for the first 4 days, none of which were qualified to care for an alzheimer patient. When I got out of the hospital I retained only one of their employees. This employee took care of my husband satisfactorly. Unfortunately she was a thief and stole in excess of 15,000$ worth of jewelry, clothing, and misc other itemns. It has been nearly 3 months and I am still finding missing items.Need less to say, I would never recommend this company

We wanted to work with Right at Home for help with my elderly parents, and were dissapointed that they didnt tell us straight out that they dont have the staff available to work with us. it delayed the process of getting everything organized for my father to go home from the rehab center. They need to be able to tell people straight out if they have staff available or not. Staff was pleasant and helpful, but this was a frustrating lack of professionalism on this one point.

This company used to be great until this recent year. New office staff have caused this place to go down hill. I also would not trust their caregivers unqualified caregivers. My mother had a caregiver that worked here and she did drugs while on the clock during her breaks. Smh, shame on you Right At Home.

I have worked at Right at Home Snohomish for the 3 years now. I am extremely pleased to work for a company that has such high morals and values. We have great caregivers and a top notch office team. The owners are literally hands on. It is a great work experience.
