I bring my mom here for her eye care. They usually run on time for appointments but shes not been satisfied with the service in getting her eye glass lenses correct. Inside the Kaiser (formerly Group Health Everett) building, you can see it just off of the I5 Hewitt exit. Parking garage is free.

Had appointment for a week for very first eye exam and the person in the everett office out in lobby screws it up they wait til 5pm the night before to tell me how they are sorry but now have to wait another week. Very disappointed in this whole practice of screw ups.... Cant wait for whats next... Now they seem to think I want to drive to Bellevue just for an eye exam what morons... Cant they do anything right?

People working there are just looking to have you pay and push you out. Unreliable customer service and overall unhelpful. Nothing there that you cant find elsewhere
