My experience here was pretty great from start to finish. I was a bit worried as I had seen so many negative reviews for other locations that accept apple health and, due to circumstances surrounding Covid, this is the insurance I have. From the get go, the front desk made me feel welcome. They made sure my concerns were noted for the doctor so they were prepared to help me properly when I came in for my appointment.Everyone working with Dr Archer was kind and helpful. I appreciate how thorough they were and the extra time they took with me. Not only did they get me set up with my new prescription they allowed me to try several types of contacts until I found the pairs that worked for my overly sensitive eyes. They also assisted in getting me a referral to an ophthalmologist to look into my high eye pressure.. since glaucoma runs in my family, I was happy they took this seriously. The optometrist I was previously seeing, shrugged this off as ‘probably nothing.’ I hope it is nothing but you should never ignore issues like this when it comes to your vision.I highly recommend this location because of how thorough and kind everyone was throughout my whole experience with them. **FYI- Apple Health only covers cost of exam for glasses for adults or for other health related concerns, it was a bit more for contact exam and you have to pay out of pocket for hardware (glasses and/or contacts)

The doctor was great! She was incredibly thorough and answered all of my questions. The office staff is where I really had a negative experience, from choosing glasses to picking them up each person I interacted with was unpleasant. Not a great selection of frames either. Overall I may look elsewhere.

Went there a couple days ago for the first time. They were amazing. From the receptionist, to the gal that fitted me for glasses to the doctor.. loved the experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

Ive gone a handful of times. Never with my kids, until today. I was super nervous having to bring them in. They were so friendly and totally okay with my kiddos being there. My husband was able to show up and take over watching them right before the appt. I had planned to get zenni glasses, but the lady informed me that my insurance covers a pair of glasses. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They were also able to check and see if a certain test would be covered by insurance for me.

I had the worst experience here. 1. I have been told that it is safe for me to drive even my pupils are dilated.. None of the technician or the doctor that seen me has give any precautions, or at least sunglasses that a clinic usually offer. I asked three times just because of my doubts to the staff. From the first time, I was already hesitant, because they seemed inexperienced. I can be ok if they treat me nice. But because of my questions I learnt that there was a process that its not organize or done accordingly. I almost got into the accident after I had my eyes checked. I could of die on the road because of their failures. Be safe out there. Right now I am traumatized, I seek their help because I thought I can overcome my fear going to the clinic by going back there again, but talking to their staff about my concern, I felt like I am being pass to another person from another person. Its an awful experience.

I do not even know where to begin. This office seriously needs to get there business together.I had to pay out of pocket for glasses, totalling 340 dollars. I received a grant to pay 200 dollars of that 340 total. Johnthan ( I think thats his name), told me since more than half of the glasses was paid for, he would order them. Its been over 1 month and I havent heard from anyone from this office. So I called today and the women tells me my glasses havent even been ordered. I could have paid the balance owed a couple days after they were supposedly ordered, but I was told to just wait until I picked them up.Whats messed up, is they know I dont have any glasses right now.

We had an appointment at 515 and was not seen until 5:55. When I asked the front desk what was going on she said the tech was behind and it would asked if i would like to reschedule?!! I had already been waiting for over 25 minutes!! in the lobby with three small children including an unhappy toddler. NO apology about the wait time until my childs so called appointment was over.
