This place helped me so much! I didnt realize that my insurance didnt cover hardware, and they told me about the returned frames that they couldnt sell. The receptionist went and searched for something that might work. She came back with my exact frames!!!! Huge help! I will recommend to anyone!

My exam was excellent! Everything about the whole process was easy. The receptionist was very informative and was very friendly. I felt comfortable and I enjoyed being there. The doctor was great at explaining what she was doing. At the checkout with glasses the man who helped me was great at what he does. In general, the best experience ever! Very great staff. The equipment was not working properly at the time of my appointment, I tried to tell Dr. Makijew but she would not listen. Dr. Makijew handed me a tissue and told me to wipe my side of the equipment. I had to call my insurance and get an authorization to get a second opinion. Dr. Makijew told me my eyesight had changed dramatically, when in fact had hardly changed at all. I would not recommend this particular Pearl Vision to anyone.

The staff and Dr Juliet are prompt, professional, courteous, and caring. During my contact class, they instructed me well and allowed me the time I needed to confidently learn how to put my contacts in.

I had a pleasant experience at Pearle Vision. I didnt feel rushed or anything. They got me checked in smoothly. Dr. Nguyen did a really great job. She explained clearly and made sure I understood everything in regards to my eyes. She also made me feel important. The receptionist at the eye wear area(I didnt catch her name) was awesome. She was friendly and had an upbeat attitude. She took her time in helping me select my glasses and in explaining to me about my benefits.

I appreciate the easy exam and options given for new glasses. Being a Sears Refugee (as they went out of business) with a Dr. I really loved, this was a great transfer over to another provider. And Dr. Nguyen was forthcoming with all the necessary info. No complaints, happy to make the switch.

The staff here is amazing. From the phone call to booking an appointment, exam, and help with eyeglass selection, these team members are top-notch. This is the place to go for all of your eye care needs.

Dr Makijew is great, and I was impressed that they have the new Retinal Mapping technology. She showed me the images and gave me a thorough explanation of them. This will make it easier to monitor the health of my retinas. She made sure my new contact lenses were fitting properly before I left. Im always impressed with the care she shows me.

Excellent physician. Takes time with patient and answers questions. I received great care, with glasses picked out the same day and received in 5 days! I was gonna go to a different eye doctor for an eye exam till I read the reviews on them and it made me change my mind. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Trinh Nguyen and it was a great experience. I didnt know what was going on with my eyes with the blurred vision and floaters in my eyes. She took the time to do every test possible and answered all my questions and concerns as well as was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this office as because of my experience I will never go anywhere else. Also all of the staff from the lady working the front desk to the ones working in the glasses section were very nice. Thankyou again.
