I don’t recommend coming here. I came here originally to get contacts and they lied to me about the price. Then I missed an appointment so they can teach me how to put contacts in and I tried to reschedule it, it took me 3 times to get through with them. I finally did get in and had to come back it took me 2 weeks for me to even get through to them to pick up my contacts. I even had to pay even more money and they were questioning my debit card and who’s it was because it wasn’t in my name. They are just so rude. Anyone else is better.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, they exceeded my expectations. This is the third time we have been there and they consistently provide excellent customer service. I like their selection of frames as well.

She is able to do as in depth of an exam as you wish. She identified cataracts in my eyes, so i was able to decide on surgery first, then came back for a reexam, and new prescription.

Originally, I left a better review, but this place has turned into a nightmare. I actually have never been more compelled to edit my review. I won’t tell you not to choose this place for your eyecare, but I do hope wish you the best if you do decide upon them.I visited the office after moving to the area looking for a new eyecare provider. For me, an average visit. I thought the lady at front desk was a little rude, but who am I to judge. There was no one available to provide any eyewear service, seemed odd. But, I was the only patient in the office at the time, so maybe not. The eye exam itself went quickly, and then faded out. My wife who had seen another eye Dr. asked me about the office, because it was located closer to our home and work, and she was looking at contacts. So, my wife went into visit, and asked about contacts. She was told she would need to do an exam at the office. My wife explained she already had an eye exam, and she wasn’t interested. The front desk staff asked to about her insurance, and told her it wouldn’t be a problem, and she would only have to pay “$xx.xx”, and not to worry about it. My wife thought it was odd, because she thought her insurance may only cover one visit per year. Then she figured it was discounted to win her business, the shop was dead. So, went along with it, because the price was not significant and she was already at the office. She had her appt, and left with a trial pair of contacts to return. She returned, and the eye dr. Sent her with a different pair. Odd, we both thought. There was no mention of additional billing, but a reasonable fee would have been understood. A couple weeks later we received a Bill over 2x what had been paid during the visit. We figured it was a mistake, but didn’t hear anything else. And, my wife decided not to go back, because she got the creeps. Just recently, a collection agency called, and we were completely lost for a minute. Confusion quickly turned to frustration when we realized the culprit. We ended our phone with the 3rd party and contact the office. The Ursula of a lady at the front desk came over the phone with a heavy wheezing, and when I asked if she could pull my wife’s account information because an agency must have contacted us by accident. She rudely stated “if a collection agency has contacted you need to call them, not us. We can’t help you” as she was hanging the phone up on me, I believe I heard her exclaim “bring me solo and Wookiee”.For anyone that has made it this far, watch for The bait and switch and other Better Business Bureau reportable tactics, and follow your gut!Probably not worth my time to file with the BBB, but with quarantine, I’ve got just enough time :)There is a reason I have been taught to avoid mall front eye care centers...

Customer service and doctors office from all the ladies that work here are extremely helpful and knowledge as well as nice. However, 3 times I have had to deal with the male associate that works in the frames office in the evening and he is extremely rude. Once told me they didnt take my insurance but yet insurance covered my glasses and eye exam. I get an automated call to give my doctors office a call and when I do, he answers the phone and proceeds to tell me I should know why I got the call but I dont. Previously when asking him about my glasses he also told me I should know what insurance I have and spoke down to me in a condenscending manner. Of course I know what insurance I have. I pay for it monthly and I also know what it covers. I will be changing optometrist just because I dont appreciate being talked down to when Im just trying to ask a question. This guy acts like he hates his job and talking with customers.

They were friendly and the Dr. was nice. They just never got the prescription right. Had to go to Dr. Sundholm on 19th a few blocks over after a few months with the glasses I got at Pearl Vision to get a perfect prescription. Cost more but I can see better now.
