I was referred to Dr. Nicoara by my dentist for a tooth implant recently and have been extremely impressed by her processes, sensitivity to customer anxiety/concerns and the outcome of the surgery. During the tooth extraction and subsequent implant Dr. Nicoara took care to describe exactly what she was doing and what to anticipate. Pain management was a priority as well. Follow-up visits to monitor the implant results were much appreciated. A year later, Dr. Nicoara conducted a final review and provided assurances that the implant was successful and advised what to do should there be any future problems with it.Her staff was exceptional in engaging me as a patient and took care to implement the needed protocols during this age of Covid-19 to ensure the safety of all of us.Without reservation, I highly recommend Dr. Nicoara to anyone needing her services.Jim McNally

My overall experience with Dr. Nicoara, Amanda, and the other staff has been excellent. The circumstances of needing an implant have been stressful, and Dr. Nicoara and her staff have helped to ease that stress by being competent, caring, and communicative. They clearly communicated what to expect surrounding procedures and pricing and provided a straightforward pricing breakdown outlining the costs associated with each step in my care plan. I appreciate how they also took the time to answer all my questions throughout the long process! The office is conveniently located, easy to navigate to, and has lots of parking space. The office itself is very well equipped and maintained, and feels safe from an epidemiological perspective (important during Covid-19 times). Dr. Nicoara is very knowledgeable and patient, the exam was thorough, followed by presentation of the findings and the options. I was impressed by the level of detail, as Dr. Nicoara had taken the time to acquire X-rays from my current dentist and was going to share details from my visit at her office with my orthodontist and dentist, so it felt like I was served by a team. The experience with Dr. Nicoara and her team was great and I highly recommend them

Dr. Nicoara and her team are very personable and caring. It was very easy to schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. Dr. Nicoara was very professional and informative before my procedure. On the day of my procedure I was a bit nervous but Dr. Nicoara and her team were very calming and caring. Never in my life have I experienced such disrespect and immaturity from a medical professional.I was given 2 different quotes for work to be done, the 2nd being higher cost due to newly added procedures in overall 5/6 stage project. When I spoke with the financial admin and let them know that I would be looking elsewhere for service because of it (more-so because of the lack of communication on the change in general), she had let me know that even with the change, Dr Nicoara would honor the first quote.Now even from the start, Nicoara isnt the best people person as her personality was very dry/stagnant, but I went along with it anyway because Im ignorant to where I could get assistance for the procedure I needed.So I go back in for my 3rd visit now, and this time they ask for payment where I was told it would be honored previously. When I bring this up, Nicoara told me that it wasnt true and the billing admin should have never made those claims. Obviously, this shows they need some more administrative training if that is the case because thats a giant miscommunication.Here is where s**t hit the fan though. When talking about this, I had let her know that I didnt appreciate her tone with me, as it was very on-edge / defensive in nature. And here I am, a confused, out of my element CUSTOMER just trying to figure out whats going on. She clearly did not like that comment, as she started to get very loud and started talking randomly about cancer patients trying to prove a point on something irrelevant.At this point I stated that I didnt feel comfortable any longer being treandd. Her reply?Nicoara: THATS FINE, OUT OUT OUT OUT OUT, GET OUT OF HERE!!!Straight up yelling at me to get out.Never, ever, should anyone have to deal with this level of disrespect, especially when in the vulnerable position of trying to find capable tooth care.I was a confused customer just trying to understand the system in place. And instead of proper customer support, empathy, and engagement, I was given the most immature pile of garbage possible.I informed my dentist office who referred me here. They kindly gave me a new recommendation elsewhere. I recommend anyone else stay away from this cesspool.I feel sorry for the administration staff that works here, as they were all actually very nice and helpful.

Dr Nicoara extracted a molar for me. It had a root canal and could have been a very complicated extraction. She made it seem easy.It healed quickly and I was at work the next day.No pain during or after the extraction. I can hardly wait for her to do my implant!

My daughter has had two procedures done by Pamela. She had a chain attached to a tooth inside her gums that needed to be pulled down with her braces, and also a gum graft. Pamela and her staff are great. They really took great care of my daughter, and kept her calm and comfortable both times.

I was a little nervous about the gum surgery...I was worried about pain and mouth discomfort after the surgery, and I hate mouth pain! I have to say that Dr. Nicoara, was AMAZING! Her and her team are kind and patience.My procedure was done in the time of COVID. Dr. Nicoara and her team took all their precautions and held firm on making sure I was safe as well as her team.Post surgery, I had very little pain, and my mouth healed so quickly. It was almost more annoying than anything with the tiny stitches, but not painful, and I never needed anything for pain. My gums today look A-MAZING! Thank you Dr. Nicoara!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nicara’s for many years. She and her staff are great: polite, pleasant and professional. They know what they’re doing, and I have developed great confidence in them. They did dental implants for me; the process was just fine, no problems. I am currently getting more implants.

Approximately 3 year ago, I had a 35 year old root canal fail. Talking to my regular Dentist, Aaron Wright, he recommended that Dr Nicoara remove the old tooth and take care of prep for and placement of the post. Working with Dr Nicoara, Dr Wright fitted the crown. Dr. Nicoara and her staff were wonderful and caring. One of the best dental experience I have ever had. Three years later, specifically March 12th, Dr Nicoara removed the opposite side lower molar which had had a root canal nearly 40 years ago, but broke off leaving the roots embedded in the jaw. Again, Dr Wright recommended Dr Nicoara. and as stated I followed up with her again. Nothing has changed. Dr Nicoara continues to be fantastic and caring. Her staff continues to be great. Dr Nicoara and Dr Wright make a great team. I dont just recommend them, I use them as the core of all my dental needs.

I was very disappointed in the unprofessional workings of this office. Upon presenting payment for my first visit, and again for a procedure the following week I later discovered that the first payment was never processed properly, so I had a balance owing. I attempted to pay said balance by calling the office and giving my credit card number to the staff there.. Once again it was never processed. Meanwhile I received an email quoting my procedure performed there at the office, but no where on that quote, or was I ever informed verbally, that I would be receiving an invoice from another testing entity for over $900 more than this Dr.s billing. I was informed recently that the Goal of the office was to inform patients of what to expect, but obviously this Goal is not being met. I would just suggest that the patients referred to this office BEWARE that you too may be responsible for money owed that you have no fore knowledge of due to the incompetence of the office staff.

I know Dr Nicoara very well and send my patients to her all the time. She is a fantastic periodontist!

My daughter had some work done and the work was good. She liked Dr. Nicora. BUT THE BILLING DEPT SUCKS! My teenage daughters account got merged with my Exs. Divorced 12 years/completely separate. Bills sent to the wrong address. Wrong owed amounts. When I asked for the account to be separated and I would pay for my daughters. The billing rep said it was not possible. I just had to pay. After I got the billing address correct, they sent me a summary of my Exs work and a balance. Another call, and the arrogance of the billing rep, thats just how it works. Today, after multiple attempts to contact (no return calls) I spoke with the one and only billing rep. Again, NOT HELPFUL, condescending and said I just owed what was sent to collections. WHAT A JOKE. In the end, she said she couldnt help me and I would have to address the current balance through the collection agency.

I recently had a gum graft procedure with Dr Nicoara. The experience I had with Dr Nicoara and her team was wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a periodontist!
