The dental clinic is perpetually behind and over worked. They are difficult to work with because of that. What the website says, what the person who answers the phone, and what really is happening are all three different stories. Walk-in dental services is available at this location despite what the signs in the lobby, the person on the phone, and the website says. The front desk was able to fit us in as a walk-in. Phones are always answered with can you hold please? My client had an exam done in Dec 2020 and have finally scheduled a cleaning for the end of Nov. Im grateful for the services but be ready to constantly advocate for yourself or dependents and doing all the work once you leave the back room. Dont wait for them to call you. Call them.

Dr. Vangerpen is my main dentist and she is, hands down, one of the sweetest doctors Ive ever encountered (dental or otherwise). Every time I see her, she makes it personal. She takes the time to answer my questions and I never feel rushed. I recently had a tooth extraction and she was so patient with my me as my mouth needed a little more numbing medication than normal. Her bedside manner is something I wish every doctor had. I cant recommend her enough!

The dental clinic treats their clients like garbage if they forget a mask. At this point I think everyone’s confused. What’s the point of yelling at a client at 7 in the morning? Their schedule is so far booked out that you can’t get an appointment for months, if at all. And by the time you do go to your appointment they’re unable to treat your teeth for the recommended treatment because your cavity has gone untreated for too long.

Some of the Nursing staff are rude and biased of men mainly the short haired nurse that thinks shes something special. As a tax paying hard working patient in serious pain and can barely walk.Thats the last thing Im going to put up with. I will give my money to an enterprise that operates on friendly professional standards. Will never return and tell everyone I know about my experience.

Each time I have come here I have gotten attitude from dentists. They are not nice guys at least not to fat people or something. Always late to appointment. Always. Last appointment I made I was in pain. The dentist jabs a metal hook in the painful area to make himself feel better and then leaves. They say we will call you to setup an appointment because their January calendar isnt open yet. No call ever came. Third bad experience with these guys and I rarely leave bad reviews for anyone but in this case I feel compelled. Worst dentists I ever had displeasure to deal with.

Been a patient in the medical clinic for awhile. No complaints. Dental not so much. And if you want to make your main pharmacy here. Be aware that they are not open weekends, any holidays and have very limited hours and will not accept prescriptions from other doctors that are not referred even though my doctor here referred me to a specialist and they just wanted to send over an RX for laxatives for my colonoscopy. They would not accept it. No worries though there is a Walgreens right down the street

This review for Medical Clinic. My wife have been went to Edmonds CHC Clinic. I want to took my wife to this clinic to see any different. My wife and I have arrived, we have had to wait for two minutes. The staff Vick have check her in, she is really nice and kind to update all information.

I don’t understand exactly what’s going on here. We can try our best protect ourselves from covid 19 and those around us but having clients come in and only doing 1 filling when you need both filled next to the same tooth is just not logical to me. Such a wast of product.. utensils equipment billing Even a waste of PPE equipment the sanitizing the mask wearing the gloves switching in and out coverings I mean people still have to get dental work done it can’t continue at emergencies only it’s getting quite ridiculous and the state should implement guidelines for those with state insurance. 1 single tooth dental visit will have to be paid 3 separate times instead of 1. Not right

New patient, not been in lynnwood very long. I was nervous about commiting to a new place and doctor. I had seen Elise Gelston. She was absolutely professional and caring. I could tell she wanted to help me and genuinely cared about me and my visit. She was very attentive. I would highly recommend her and this clinic.

Have been going here since I was a kid. The staff take care of you, they make sure youre able to pay your bills with or without insurance and genuinely seem to want to make sure you are taken care of.

Always have a good experience here, there was a trainee doing the blood draws and she is excellent, first time I ever had a blood draw and I didnt feel the needle one bit!! Other than the sometimes long wait to get back there,everyone has been super nice and Ive only had one bad experience and that was one of the male dentist s downstairs I think he was Indian but he was a bit abrasive and callous. Everyone else has been excellent

Doctor Tran told my wife that God will not give her a a child if she waits too long. My wife is only 30. Theistic threats or fear mongering have no place in the practice of medicine. We found a different doctor.

Service by medical staff was good and competent for my reason to visit (TB test). One star deducted for the front desk gal who didnt normally work at that spot. She totally wanted to charge me way more than necessary. Upon my mentioning of this I received the bureaucratic this--is-what-the paper-says-and-Im-not-going-to-turn my-brain-on-for-nothing response. 1-star reduction for you, maam.Deducted 2 more stars after receiving a $148 bill for a simple TB test and already paying $45 at time of service!!!

There was no wait time to be taken back to a room and the doctor appeared quickly. Because of the Covid-19 lockdown there were few patients and the doctor was able to spend needed time with me.

I would recommend you finding better care. I understand that they provide affordable care but in my experience only affordable and not care at all for patients. Doctor seemed to be disconnected and did not ask any questions to my father to understand his medical condition. He is suffering from acid reflux and the doctor did not provide medications, recommendations, or at least reasons. Doctor said that he was ok and no need for anything so my father can stay suffering from pain and not able to sleep because the doctor said he was ok?. Crazy but true.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Probably the best CHC staff Ive seen yet. Theyre really awesome. . . The bathrooms however dont seem to be tended to very often, and its pretty gross. The toilet seats are very beat up on top of it. They definitely need to update and clean up the bathrooms. The crooked pictures and half functional are kind of annoying but not enough to deter anyone.

Good place, they have both medical and dental services. I had all my teeth pulled by Dr. Vangerpen. She was awesome. She got them all out in one piece. I am getting dentures. The assistants are also awesome. They made a bad experience much better.

Nice staff, doctor was nice. But I came to him as a cash paying patient with no medical. I have severe concerns regarding my weight (I’ve gained 80 lbs in 3 years with no changes to my exercise routine or diet. I walk at least 4 miles a day with 8 miles on the weekend and keep a strict vegetarian diet) he promised me he would get to the bottom of my weight gain and told me there was definitely something off with my body, possible hypothyroidism or even just a sluggish thyroid. He assured me that he would run a full thyroid panel and if that if it came back normal we could do additional testing including an ultrasound to see what was going on. I was shocked when I got the blood work paperwork and saw he only asked for a partial panel of blood work. In addition to the limited labs there was no follow up from him. One of his nurses called and just said “your blood work is fine. “. There is clearly something going on with my body and I was not treated in a professional manner by CHC of Everett, and I feel this doctor has failed to do his job. Since my “fine” blood work in f beauty I’ve gained an additional 20 lbs. this is not normal!!!

The wait time for dental check up is too long. My appointment was at 1:35pm, I waited until 2:30pm, everyone else that came after me got called on already but I was still waiting, until finaly I asked why I havent been called on and the receptionist said she forgot to check me in and if I want to wait 10 more mins for another dentist. I wasted an hour waiting for nothing and I went home without the checkup. I will find another clinic to go to, this one used to be my favorite but now there is way too many patients here.

There are a few great medical doctors but their dental lacks everything. If you are looking for a dental surgeon, closer than Seattle, that takes state insurance, try Peak Dental in Lynwood. They did a same day extraction on a tooth that chc said I needed surgery to remove.

Re Staff: I called 4 times hung up on me 3 times misplaced my call gave me wrong person 3 times and were laughing like its a game. Very sick senior am still desperate to reach my caretakers but they wont let me. Ask to speak to office manager would not let me. Laughing at me again when I finally got angry. Never in all my life have I seen such total lack of regard disrespect unprofessional to extreme. If you want to be the but of their jokes when sick by all means they seem to enjoy it. Was just getting settled w a good Dr. Too bad for me. Has anyone heard of this before?

Get dental services & great doctors

My visit was first and definately last one. Rooms didnt look clean, no plastic covers on dental instruments, dental assistant had to stop by our room to borrow one of the tools they use for cavity filling, which looked like they had a shortage of tools. No privacy, you can hear and see people next to you. The doctor was rude and seemed in a hurry so he didnt take time or talked to me about my options after seeing me. For some people going to the dentist is a big deal and they want doctors to communicate with them, calm them down and make them feel like they will do their best and you have nothing to worry about. You wont get that here.

I didnt feel confident in the dentist I saw. The office and treatment area were clean. Best part of experience was my dental assistant who was very nice and knowledgeable.

I really appreciated how kind the receptionist was. When I needed to use the bathroom before we were finished she was supportive and allowed me to do the paperwork when ycan back. The dental assistant was really nice, funny and related to me as an individual. She was not in such a hurry to end her day that she made me feel uncomfortable. The dentist was really nice and explained things to me. I felt validated as being g a part of my own care.

I love Dr. Powell. She is amazing. There is a lady at the front Desk who has been there for years, She is also amazing. I love the fact that Thursday is a late day and they are open on Saturdays, so I dont have to miss work.

My first time looking for a new provider in a long time. The front staff was very friendly. Laura the Medical assistant that roomed me was very nice. The provider I saw was Leslie G. She was great I felt comfortable talking to hear and I didnt feel rushed and I think she actually heard me. I know we have all seen a provider who says they are listening to you but they dont hear you.Thank you all at CHC.

I love my old doctor Heidi finucane but shes gone and I am still looking for a primary doc here and the biggest issue I have is the doctors dont seem to communicate and the never read over my chart. but I am hopeful that I will find someone that Im satisfied with here.

The website states they handle chronic/complicated diseases. This obviously means nothing more serious than diabetes. If you have an unusual or rare condition, then this clinic is not the place to go. For everyday illnesses, it is a nice, clean and friendly place. Primary care dont stay long enough at your room they just walk in,2 minutes later and they are out. I will never go back to this place. I went twice to give them a try but will defenetly wont go back. This clinic deserves 0 stars

Went for a dental exam for tooth pain, called first to see what kind of billing options were available, they said if you’re a walk-in before 2pm they can bill without insurance and pay nothing upfront. When i get there and start the paperwork, the lady working the front desk tried to get a payment out of me, saying “we usually like to get something, $20?, just anything really”. I can here because it was the beginning of the month and rent is due so I have no money till next payday and this lady knowing there is not up front charge still had the audacity to try and get something from me, forcing me to say out loud in the dead quiet waiting room that I have no money. Thanks.Fast forward to getting into the exam chair, dental equipment was rusty, yes rusty. They took X-rays and the dr came in, after a series of tests they want to refer me to another office and prescribe ibuprofen, as well as blame a tooth that doesn’t have any pain?! They want to extract a tooth they “think” is the problem... what?! Completely ignore the fact that i have an obvious infection due to my swollen glands and face.Thanks for nothing, they just want your money. Stay away.

It’s the worst clinic you can ever go to.Canceling appointments for no reason because some kind a computer glitch.And when I call for emergency two days follow up appointment they say you have to wait two weeks to get in.The lady who was on the front desk is rude.I wish I can put zero stars for this post.

First and last visit. One receptionist at the dental check in managed to ruin our only experience with CHC. Living in Washington more people are open minded and usually going to a doctor office of any sort if you prefer different pronouns they make the best effort to call you as such. My husband is transgender and was having awful tooth pain turns out it needs extracted. Hed rather deal with the pain until we can go elsewhere because of this woman. He made it blatantly clear that he was trans and what he would like to be called. She made absolutely no effort to use his name and pronouns. Even though it was also written all over the papers shes inputting in the compiter. Then as we make sure we even have the money to pay for the extraction that they were gonna do that visit in a matter of seconds says well your window closed and scheduled him two weeks out after he said no Im working that day. Overall bad experience from entering the building to leaving.

Even though its a place where people go with financial problems theyre always so respectful and nice.

So my girlfriend has been a patient of CHC for several years. Today CHC tried to kill her. She has been on a pain killer for spinal injury. Her normal doctor and her have a plan heading towards surgery. Her normal doctor has recently left due to a baby. They had a plan for when she would be away. Her replacement doctor refused to send in her prescription. If you cut someone off from 4-5 pills a day to 0, bad things happen. My girlfriends pharmacy actually call CHC concerned and asking for a script.The doctors bed side manner was terrible. If you care to know more personal details CHC please send me an e-mail. My girlfriend is not a drug addict looking to get extra pills. She goes on a holiday every few months and takes one less pill to make them work better... part of their plan. I have no idea why you would treat someone who is DISABLED like this. We are currently talking about finding a lawyer to see if there is anything we can do.

Dental staff were useless, didnt want to help, just passed the buck to someone else and didnt try to empathize with my situation.The 4 stars is for the medical staff up top they helped me with the sliding scale and did their best to see me asap when needed.

Went here after an EAR visit because my leg quit working HUGE MISTAKE!! After an hour in the exam room Dr.Grady walked in never even looked at my leg and said I needed to get blood and see neurology. It took fourty minutes for the phlebotomist to get me then sent me limping home on a leg that wouldnt support my weight and felt numb and burned. Come to find D out the referral for the neurologist turned into a reffural for physical therapy ( no idea) and the bra e she had mumbled about me needing was never put in for. Dont go here unless you have no other options, these people are over whelmed under staffed and to busy taking walk inside and dealing with drug seekers to help anyone e who needs it. ( A second trip to the er and a Dr who saw early warning sighns for MS got me to neurology). Long story short these people suck.

Now that not just one doctor have there own options had completely destroyed 2 Sergeys I counted on ,and believed these doctors only to have to self medicate to get through the super important sergurys.i had pleaded with doctors to help me, as well as informed them how the buckets of tylonals, ibprofens were not working, ibprofens were the medication not to be taken due to the healing from my intire neck being fused, and plated.8 weeks after I was told to come off of pain medication. I had to go through extreme pain there was not even taking care of myself.Im being told how there is no help.Not being able to even call, or answer my phone as well as believing in the doctors I had to suffer!!Do not trust

Today my dental hygenist Hiruy Gebrewold restored my faith in the process by listening to me making sure he numbed my nerves when most people miss. Then he performed a cleaning and we decided to double up and do two quadrants insyead of one.

Having state insurance, we dont have a lot of options for clinics, unfortunately CHC is the only clinic near me. Their doctors are always running late, if you make an appt in advance they often call you a week before an appt to reschedule because the Dr decided she wants to be off that day after having it scheduled 2 months already. If you do by chance get a good Dr they dont stay with the company long and end up leaving. When you check in there is almost always only one receptionist actually checking people in, the others are sitting there on their cell phones. By the time you get brought back to the room, the MA is rude and rushes through vitals and gets irritated when your child wont leave the thermometer in his mouth after you told her that he has not used it in his mouth only under his arm before. Then you sit there for 30 min to wait for the Dr just for them to come in and rush through the appt and tell you to come back to discuss things since they are running late, if you have to get shots for your child you sit there for another 20 min. All chc clinics need help with time management for their drs, and manners for their MAS and receptionist.

Dr.s and staff are professional, nice and caring. Offices are clean. Parking is ok.
