My go to store for good deals on great weed and dabs, friendly staff and plenty of stuff to pick through

I like this shop. They havent ever run out of things when I go in. Theyve always had hash, they always have a big selection, they have glass too if you need something. They run regular specials, and the prices are decent anyways. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. The location is great and near a smoke shop if you need a battery for a cartridge or anything like that. I really like this place.

Super friendly service. The budtenders always ask good questions and make great suggestions. Never had a problem so I continue to come back weekly.

Great Everett dispensary! Love the artwork on the building! Very eye-catching. This is one of the larger shops. And they have a lot of stock to suit almost every taste. They were a little understaffed when I was in, but everyone was friendly and apologetic about the wait. They accept cash only (per state law) and have ATMs onsite. And I love their daily deals! You can save a lot of money going in on the day when the items you buy are 20% off. They claim to be open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so if you need em theyll be there. Parking is adequate and free. This shop gets high marks from me all the way around.

When you know how you want to feel but dont know what to smoke you once could go to this place and get a great recommendation. This used to be my favorite weed store but ever since new management took over this place has gone down hill. I have been coming here religiously for 3 years this past 60 days has been the worst. Went online to order found an item that was priced low so added 2 to cart. Felt like it was too good to be true so I called to verify the price of items. The lady who I later found out was the manager was rude and was unwilling to help me because she said they were too busy. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store and was disappointed enough by the poor treatment to never come back. There are plenty of shops to choose from. She basically told me when I told her I would be going some where else and would not be coming back that she did not care. Poor customer service. Doesnt appreciate customers. Update: no response from company confirms that they dont care about individual customers. Poor management and customer service.

Ive been going to local roots since they opened, Ive never had a problem with their merchandise until today. I bought a 15 dollar half gram of oil. Brought it home tried it out it doesnt draw right, brought it back the guy did some kind of blow test on it and said he couldnt take it back because smoke came out of it. I told him again, it doesnt draw right, it leaks bottom line he wouldnt take it back I will never spend my money there again. Im they with them.

I liked the old signage, but I can only imagine the Government regulated signage made them remove their cool sign.Hope someone is thinking up a acceptable cool sign....or not...its all good. And all the weed the better. Happy Days everyone!

I gotta say the product I once felt they were often shy of is not as frequent as well as the good customer service I thought they had has been even better to great! Way to step up your game guys . I once floated to whatever shop had what I needed on a deal . Im now and been a regular to your shops cause I can count on the product , price and customer service Im looking for nearly every single time . Thank you!

Ill tell you what.....I love this store!!!!If they dont have what you are looking for.....the bud tender took down the information and genuinely said he would look into the product. The product I was looking for was: Cannabis Butter.Healing butter that really works.Pain gone instantly.Anyway, I shop flower and have always had great success at this store, and buying Top of the Line Products from this store. I had stopped going here for a bit cause the they had a couple employees that gave me super bad shopping experience, but recently made improvement. The only area I feel needs improvement is possibly letting people look around more and not feel so rushed, just cause you guys have so many amazing options with great prices. Ive been coming here since WA legalized. I pass about 10 other shops on my way as this is one of only 2 shops worth my business. Specifically I come for their cartridges: incomparable selection with over a dozen different brands, all high quality - even the more affordable ones. A smidge above preferred pricing but top quality lasts and they have a rewards program with discounts as well as happy hour. Their oils are consistent with their cartridges as well. Above average edible selection. Staff is very knowledgeable and honest.

I have to say speaking with Aaron on the phone and Krista (spelling for both may be wrong especially with auto correct and speech - to- text) when i arrived at the store I was given more (correct) information and help than ANY store Ive been to. This is NOT the closest store to my house (and they do have another branch/store in a town slightly closer to me that Im sure is just as great but i have not visited yet) I will go out of my way to shop at this specific store at any time possible. I have not had even 1 bad experience at this store yet and have been there numerous times.

On Sunday May 17th I came by to get an ArroPro cartridge, the guy was decent at helping me find what i specifically wanted however the price was a bit higher than I thought it was worth. He told me I could come in on WEDNESDAY for 20% off, I said dope Ill see you then.On Wednesday I showed up and told the sales associate what I wanted and she went to ring it up and I asked what happened to the 20% off and she said its Thursday. I got upset and left. I made it a little down the road and realized that I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come get this and maybe the manager would at minum understand how I felt. So I turned back and stopped in for the 2nd time on wednesday and the Purple haired manager was extremely blunt that the discount was Thursday. When I asked her if she could understand that I am frustrated and why she looked me dead in the eyes with a snarl said the discount is on Thursday.So I walked across the parking lot and purchased the same product from the competitor for full retail.A simple Im sorry would have gone a long way,and some understanding would have gone alot further since I CLEARLY wanted the product.The funniest part is if you would have looked up my account you would have seen that I had enough points for 20% off and we could have originally gotten the same price the first guy had taken the time to check.Bravo on loosing a loyal customer.

This place is literally the Costco for gear (Marijuana) and sells the absolute best prices for large orders that even compares and sometimes beats Oregon on prices in bulk. I bought a strain on-sale because it was sun burned from Eastern Washington and there were a few bags to choose from and they all looked dried up brown, so I asked the bud tender to pick out the best bag. The bud tender really did pick out the best bag because it turned out one wasnt sun burned!!! All I can say is they have an honest and friendly staff that works there. Even the owner is a real laid back guy who tries is best to give the utmost lowest priced deals when you buy in bulk.

My new go to. Great selection and prices. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I tend to steer clear of this is what Im smoking sales pitches. Its always old stock that they need to move.But this time I thought Id give it a shot.I was sold on the Dosi Pie as soon as your budtender said it smelled like the soil it was grown in.Im glad I did. It smelled and tasted exactly as described.I will be back for sure.

They have nice employees and the occasional good sales. The prices are a minimum of 20 percent more than you will pay anywhere else. Shop around and youre guaranteed to get a better deal.

Ive been a long time customer over a year-and-a-half of Local Roots I moved to Everett I have never experienced a such an unprofessional environment rude and misinforming to the customers they do not inform you on the products correctly and they may turn on you in 10 seconds Ive been shopping for local routes for a long time Im a big fan not anymore they are the worst company you can support and that the employees dont do their job. Ive been asked to never come back to a stored due to just stating that these visits arent going very well in that I need Improvement if I where u I would avoid Everett and all local roots there not there to help or to do customer service about the money is where they are they dont give a rats ads about you!!!

Today I was in for some edibles and I wanted to try something new so I asked “Shane” for some recommendations but I asked the wrong person Ig because he was giving nasty attitudes like he was being racist. He said “ooh I would never see yours people would go in here.” Like what’s that supposed to mean?? I feel really disappointed and I hope you guys should do something about this. I’ve been going here for a while now and I don’t want to ruined the relationship with this place over some jackass.

They dont close at 11:45 they just closed early. I was there at 11:40. And that door was locked shut. If the owner sees this. Dont bother messaging or trying to talk to me. I dont care. I will take my business somewhere else. I told you where they went wrong. Thats false advertising fyi. And if I were you Id go to kush mart down the road. They own the times they close and open. Been going here for about 4 months now, was a daily at another lager spot in everett but the people and products along with pricing at Local Roots just cant be beat. I feel welcome and get service almost immediately every visit. The punch system is great.
