She reminds me of my mother. But I also very much like Joshua he has the vibe, respect, and knowledge that this industry really needs. You wouldn’t believe how many budtenders don’t know what their talking about. I’ve been in the industry myself for ten years until it became legalized :/ but it’s nice having my budtender actually know what he’s talking about lol

Denied my legal ID just because it was vertical. Made a preorder online and it said nowhere about no vertical IDs. Staff was very rude to me as if I should have known that they don’t accept them. The good news is BudHut is just down the road and accepts vertical ID and does multiple ID checks and scans so they’re not caught selling to minors like Jet Cannabis was.

They have a great selection. The employees are very kind and helpful. Its nice that they are open until 11:30 pm for us night owls. 🙂✌️

I went in there today and the staff were so friendly and nice and knowledgeable. In addition they have some really good flowers amongst other things. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants good service and product.

I’m giving 2 stars because it’s a dispensary so how bad could it be? As for the customer service it’s okay, nothing really special, they look kind of annoyed when customers walk in. Local roots, Bloom, and Kushmart are way better and who I go to now.Also I’ve compared prices from Jet online and other cannabis stores in the Everett area, and Jet always comes out to be the most expensive, (they have some of the same brands as other dispensaries and still charge more.) I like how Local Roots, Bloom, and Kushmart include the tax and everything so you don’t feel gipped at the end and they have 30% off days; a product could cost 100 and it would be 70. At Jet cannabis every time I have visited was on a discount day but by the time they add up the tax at the end your paying their regular prices. So if it’s 100, with 30% off, you still pay 100. Not really a discount. There’s better out there.

I was just there today 4/19/20. The lady behind the counter was AMAZING! I forgot to get her name as I was leaving. Just a huge kudos to her and this place. Courteous, respectful, and willing To go above and beyond for their customers.

I am a regular who lives in lake Stevens. A lot of options between there and here and yet the daily selection and sales exceeds anybody. The fact that you can continuously get up to 20% off on any day thats not the sale day. Up to 30% off on your concentrates twice a week! Stopped here when I noticed it from the road. It was a great place and Im glad that I stopped because they had a nice staff that know what to recommend. Prices were good as well. If I lived closer I would go there all the time.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Good selection of various THC products. Fair prices.Im sure it has to do with the laws. But it is mildly annoying to have to show ID upon entering and making purchase. Especially when the person carding you upon entry, is also the one checking you out.

I decided to try this place and get away from the big franchise pot stores. The employee had time to answer my questions, and helped me out to decide what I was going for which is relaxation and sleep. The prices are very reasonable. I am an 56 year old woman so my knowledge is not up there like the younger generation. This is my pot store.

Long time loyal customer. I will no longer visit this store because the supervisor there JUST flipped out on me for commenting that I was happy the dog wasnt in the store today (Allergic). apparently thats all it took for him to flip out on me and lose my business for good.

Good product. I like how they have something for every price range. Only thing Id ask is if youre selling full gram joints of wax and weed for 10 than lower the price of full gram joints non infused to 6-8.

Great selection, knowledgeable about their product and now taking Card transactions. Prefer the small building and friendly crew opposed to the General store styles elsewhere.

This place has great bud and better deals for it. The staff are pretty cool as well. Only giving it 4 stars because when I brought my girlfriend in, they denied her because she has a vertical ID. She turned 21 in April, her ID is up to date, and they still didnt accept it. I understand being careful, but thats a bit over the top.

The staff is coo but this place is way overpriced and the product is not good quality. They tried to charge me 200 for less than a quarter a couple prerolls and a cartridge and that was with a military discount that they only offer half of what other places give. No exchanges or anything here. I wont be back

I’ve only been here twice now (just moved to the area) and both times I have had great experiences! They have good prices plus their products are awesome! They have standard brands but some high quality in those brands for a good price! I think this will be my primary dispensary now :) Thank you all! Ur doing an awesome job! You can tell their budtenders are very knowledgeable, and as someone who used to budtend and has a lot of knowledge about cannabis, I really love this quality in a shop and in their employees! Best prices, and EXCELLENT budtenders. They have become friends, not just dispensary workers. Andrew, Oscar and Anthony are knowledgeable about the strains and the difference effects and nuances of each one, and remember our personal preferences. It feels more like going in to chat with buddies who have anxiety soothing remedies for us than making a retail transaction. PLUS, they are canine friendly and usually have treats for the doggos :)

There are 3 retail cannabis establishments on this block of Evergreen/ Hwy 99, and this is the lowest tier of them. They dont have the quality of Bloom, nor the quantity of Bud Hut. Instead, I was visited with an attendant who knew nothing about the products, in an environment that bespoke of the hustle. Like... you knew you were getting lesser quality, so, Y u mad?Overall, Id stay away. Even try the new Local Roots(?) place behind Taco Bell! You can fat quality and TACO BELL! 😂

At first I was super excited there medically endorsed but I bring my card into get my patient recognition card and they never gave me my actual card back I went in twice and asked for it no one has gotten back to me then I opened some oil they claimed to be one of the best they have and it doesnt even melt to dab worst oil I have seen bar none and now I have to go get a new car cuz they took mineso much help for epilepsy glade they dont care about medical patients go to Mary js way better quality and they wont jeep your card

Entire staff not up to date on current 2018 medical cannabis laws. I was screamed out by all staff and by someone who was only addressed as the big boss and refused to give me a name.I have purchased here previously.This staff is uneducated and very very rude. Dirt product for dirt prices.If I ever return it will be with an LCB officer to educate. This is a horrible dispensary for patients.If you want someone to take care of you as a patient go to Puget Sound Marijuana down the road.

**New information dictates that the employees have no idea how to use their card system. I called very late in the evening to confirm that using a card was possible and was given the go-ahead only to find out that the only card they take is actually Visa and so since I drove from Bothell. Waste of my time, waste of my gasokay so in general my review stands but I have to make an amendment and say that Agnes is a gem in that building because oh my God someone really overwhelming personalities in there.But hey please update your website or dont have online ordering also maybe check the printer.Extremely rude staff unwilling to help a customer (who has spent literally thousands of dollars here) once theyve left if they call back with questions. Quite frankly, one of the staff members I spoke to was an actual moron and still would not help me nor the man who had helped me when I went in there. The difference is I was working in dispensaries before recreational came out and I would never say something that unprofessional to one of your employees but you might want to watch what they say to other people.Unfortunately this is the only place my roommates want to shop luckily they are men and probably wont deal with the same kind of misogynistic dismissal that I did.Please hire some mature knowledgeable staff helpful staff people who know that theyre working and a customer service industry obviously what youre asking for out of your employees is not what is needed.Also theres a substandard collection of glass thats sold it an overly high price dont buy anything there for over $18 its all the same.

One of the worst cannabis shops in this state. The staff is just not informed on cannabinoids and there medical uses. They have a horrible selection and the owners look like they dont care about there shop. I was also treated very disrespectfully when I politely tried to ask for something specific. I will never go here again and will tell ALL of my friends to not come here also. Worst shop ever.

After reading the bad reviews about this place I decided to check it out myself. Clearly the people writting these negative posts had a bad day, got too stoned, then wrote an essay about it. They have economical smoke for beginners all the way up to true top shelf buds that dont squish when you press them. They show you the flower thats in the prerolls! Clean shop, quick service thats not sell oriented but instead educational driven. Definitely worth the trip. Edith and Oscar are from socal so they know their stuff, super chill but upbeat and attentive. Thanks yall!!!
