As someone whos worked retail for 20 years, I can say the service from the employees is top notch for any public-facing company. Professional, personable and efficient, remembering preferences and dislikes and extremely familiar with an ever-changing stock list. Robert in particular is one of their best and is absolutely one of the top reasons we keep coming back, even with a number of other options in the market close by.

I used to love this place. Sure the selection was always kinda small but I would mainly go because of the budtenders and how awesome they were. Well for the most part theyre all gone and replaced except for Jose and Amber, they are amazing!!No one has any good recommendations or knows jack squat about anything either when you ask for the most part. They seem to hire people who really just fail at their job. Sucks this used to be my go-to spot.

Between the amazing budtenders and huge selection I couldnt be happier I only go to purple haze and suggest them to all my friends, awesome place!!

I live close to this store and visit often. Even though they dont always have the cheapest price, they are usually competitive. On top of that, I can say that even though the staff doesnt always have the best sales skills, they are real and honest people trying to be helpful, but have hard days like everyone. I think some of the staff may be ex military who possibly have PTSD, so I have to remind myself to not take it personally when they arent as helpful as they could be. Most of the time the staff at this store is very helpful. A big plus is that I do not have to wait in a long line like at many dispensaries.

Great shop. I think the low ratings regarding the charges for the ATM are a little ridiculous. Every 🏧 Ive ever used that isnt directly tied to my bank charges between $1 and $3. I expect that so IDK why anyone would grump about it. Great selection, particularly of joints and edibles.Very knowledgeable and friendly budtenders. Product knowledge is an absolute must and you can tell they train their staff well. The only reason Im not giving the shop five stars is because of the physical environment. Its kinda cramped and narrow, not a lot of space to move around, nowhere to wait if theres already people at the counter looking or purchasing. Not the end of the world but Ive seen better in that regard. Great place though, Ill be back!

EDIT: After today I won’t be back. They’ve screwed up my order twice. After the second time I went in to exchange the mistake and they said by law they cannot exchange jars. That’s fine, but do something to fix your mistake. Offering 20% isn’t going to cut it. I’ve been a customer for quite a while and I expected a little more customer service than what I received today.You lost a long term customer over a $37 jar...The staff are awesome!! Racist woman behind the counter.The woman behind the counter at this place is so rude and completely ignores African American individuals that visit this store. There is a consistent issue in regards to her blatant discomfort with Black customers and for some reason the manager allows this behavior. I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I was subjected to while in this store.I will NEVER bring my business here again.

I rated it two stars because my experience both times was average/substandard. The staff, when they acknowledge you, between there banter among themselves, are average at best when it comes to being helpful and friendly. Small shop, dangerous stairs, smaller selection then what youll find elsewhere. I wont return.

The place is a former house, which makes it a nostalgic feeling of walking up the steps to a friends house. Inside is simple, decent selection, nice staff. Lots of products are super dry though.

Stopped in to try it, had a good selection and menus but the budtenders werent hearing my questions and answered with questions. Not incredibly knowledgeable about concentrates. Got an incredible zip of Dutch Bros. Got convinced to sign up on the spot for a discount and wasnt given the discount ... Idk, prob just keep trying other spots

The strains are good and the people are funny and friendly though their prices are high and stock is low. I found cheaper grams that have the same or if not more effect on me from Cascade kropz. Like I said good atmosphere but the prices are a little too high for their selections. If you want more reasonable pricing, selections and a great or similar high then Cascade Kropz is more down your path. Its a little of a drive if you live in Everett but its worth it honestly.

Has not yet become a medically approved outlet to serve med mj patients, although the State lists them as a medical outlet. Called today and was told they wont be registering med patients and not charging tax to them until the month of August.Like what they carry, folks are nice, but theyre not functioning yet as a place where you can register and avoid paying the recreational taxes on your purchase.

DISCRIMINATION:I was completely ignored the entire time I was in the store. From the moment I walked in - no one greeted me, no one asked me if I need assistance and the girl behind the counter kept helping other customers even though I was next in line. She NEVER acknowledged my being there in the store.I just stood there and she never even looked at me. I am chalking up this experience to utter discrimination.I will never go to this store again due to the fact that I was clearly ignored and discriminated against.
