Great experience at this dispensary. Friendly and knowledgeable bud tenders. I went around 2pm, moderately stocked. Very clean shop. Prices are a bit high, but theres discounts on certain days. A dispensary worth checking out. 😎

The prices are pretty good and the selection is reasonable. The inside is super clean and everything is neatly organized. They have a series of locked glass counters which makes it really easy to see everything. The staff is probably to friendliest Ive experienced in a dispensary. They were personable and nice, the lady that helped me talked about the product I was interested in and gave me some advice regarding its potency. Overall, its a very nice shop and I will definitely come back.

Decent enough experience. I got what I wanted, but the explanation of products was a little shaky.The amount of smoked Marijuana here is good, but edibles seem to be about all the same.The wait was decent. It was a nice bonus to be able to use debit cards.

Today I visited this location for a friend who has frequently visited this particular store while visiting Seattle. I dont know anything about buying weed so I showed a picture of the grower and asked for the quantity I thought the grower only grew one brand until I got to my car and realized the name that the friend wanted wasnt on the bottle, now im talking seconds of walking out of the store realizing I had made the wrong purchase (right grower but wrong brand) to going back in saying I made a mistake asking for the specific brand of that grower being told that they couldnt exchange nor refund the money! When I went into the store I advised the worker that it wasnt for me, that I dont know anything about it , showed the picture of the grower she didnt ask for any specific name or anything which if she had it would have made known that the grower produced more than one type! I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION OR ANY OF YOUR OTHER STORES AGAIN AND I WILL REFER MY FRIENDS WHILE VISITING TO VISIT OTHER LOCATIONS AS WELL!!! THANKS BUT NO THANKS FOR YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Out of all the weed stores Ive frequented to over the years, BudHut is the largest. Allowing the store to have ample selection between flower, concentrates and edibles. As well as pieces for your bong or dab rig. When it comes down to the pleasantries of business, BudHut comes out ontop when it comes to their execution of customer service, knowledge of product, exuberantly friendly staff, excellent prices and product quality.

The employees will steal from you. This place accepts card, so most of the time your order is rounded up for you to be able to use the card, they are supposed to give you the difference back, they did not give me my difference many times now and I did not know until yesterday the difference was supposed to be given back until I went somewhere else and he informed me Ive been getting money stolen from me. Honestly will never go back and Im going to tell everyone not to come here

Although I dont personally use recreational or medical marijuana, I know plenty of people who do. I go to Bud Hut to buy gift for friends who enjoy this form of relaxation. Bud Hut is VERY careful to ensure that its clientele are of legal age to purchase their products. I appreciate this. Get your ID out before you walk in the door, because you wont get far without it. If youre new to Bud Hut, prepare to be a bit overwhelmed! This store is a lot of marijuana real estate! Thankfully, the staff who work here are friendly and very knowledgeable about each and every product they sell. They care about what they do, and they want to make sure that you are happy with what you go home with. The staff at Bud Hut are absolutely amazing. If, like me, you have no clue what anything is, and dont know one strain from another, just let the staff know this! They are kind and very patient, and will gladly walk you through the basics so that you can make a more informed decision. You want to carve out a small chunk of time when you visit because Bud Hut has a vast selection of merch to choose from. Once you are confident in what youve selected, you will need to show your ID again at the register. Some may complain about that. I wish they wouldnt. This is a necessary safeguard for both the customer and the store! Im not comfortable going anywhere else for these gifts, and I am thankful to Bud Hut for educating me and not making me feel stupid when I have questions!

I have been a customer for 3 years. We have never had any treatment other than great. From time to time you do have the new bud tender but being patient with them is key. Everyone is new at their job from time to time. The point though is the atmosphere that they are creating. It is like a family really.Parking does stink but not much they can do about that. They have an enormous selection and constantly have new vendors. The vibe in the store is awesome.

Always friendly and professional, and face masks always worn by staff and custo.ers with sanitizer stations throughout store. Easily one of the best cannabis retailers in the N Seattle Metro area.

Mid to late April was my very first visit to WA state, and during those 9 days, I hopped all over the state and stopping at many dispensaries. Bud Hut was hands down one of my favorite ones in all of the 7 counties we were in! Everett, WAs Green Mile is insane! Make sure to drop in Bud Hut... Their deals are to die for!

There are less expensive places but the selection was good

Always a great experience when I go. The staff are very educational and it doesnt feel like I can be mugged at any moment like I normally feel in Everett locations. They help me with any questions I have promptly and they love to joke and put you at ease for the people who are just getting into cannabis and dont know too much about what they should select based on what affects they are looking for. The place is clean too.

Bud tender seemed like she had better things to do then be bothered by customers, we werent greeted and she seemed put out by us being there.

The new owners really need to take a note, customers are only repeat customers when they can find what theyre looking for and they need to up their game and once again make this the place for a customer to find what it is theyre looking for

Little out of the way but good product & nice people

Been here 3 times, first time service was ok, second time felt pretty left alone standing there until i decided to leave, thought to myself im not coming back here. Driving past just now seemed convenient enough figure i give it another shot, needed to purchase a couple of pens and some cartridges, easily wouldve spend $150 plus. But once again i was left there to my own devices until decided to leave again. This time definitely not giving this place another chance.

I will only go to this location. I walked in for the first time probably looking like an amateur. I visited the store because I wanted to see what the Rave was all about and I just wanted to be able to ask a few questions. The staff was amazing! I asked all kinds of questions and never did I not get an answer of I dont know they are very well educated in the products that they sell and they want to make sure that you get the right kind of product for whatever your need is. Even though this location is ways away from where I live it is worth the drive for me to go only to this location if I ever needed anything from them.

It was nice got almost what we needed but i found the help to be aloof like they could care less about answering our questions or helping us find what we were after. Didnt acknowledge us when we came in and checking out was archaic. It was so slow everything was done on like an I pad and pretty sure cashier was stoned so that really didnt speed up the process. There are plenty of other places that service wise are WAY better and helpful.

After being a customer for quite some time now I find I need to update my review. As time has passed Ive watched prices of all products in the store steadily rise. Concentrates, flower, you name it. Good luck finding finding them at a street-priced level. Couple this with the fact that their current bud tenders do not seem very knowledgable about the products. Attitude wise they are often either tired, high out of their minds, or they just dont care. It shows. You want a good deal and friendly bud tenders? THC Connection is on the same block. They have some of the best co2 oil I have ever experienced and I have even seen quality flower at $9 for 2 grams. Give them a shot. You might find yourself a new weed store.

I love this place. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Ive been here 3 or 4 times and was very impressed to see a wider variety of products each time I have been in. As a medical patient I have very specific needs and the staff is always patient and helpful. I understand by law they can not advise on medical usage however they offer full strain and potency information more so than dispensaries I have used in the past. Best of all they offer a military discount!!

Guaranteed you will find more than you desired. These guys have tons of stuff crammed in those cases and can find you some decent cannabis for some great prices if you talk to your budtender[s]. These guys really make you feel comfortable and relaxed and never rush you if you are slow at looking like I amI generally spend $35 to 40 every couple weeks here. Ive become a regular here over any other pot shop because the staff are always so upbeat and personable. Their atmosphere gives individual attention to each person all the way out the door. The employees are knowledgeable and passionate about their product. 5 stars, 10/10, gold medal, blue ribbon, any accolade I could give I would.

I went here to get my wifes meds. As we all know shes sick and I dont do pot. I do single malt scotch. They have a great selection of herbs but you need to bring cash to pay for it. You also might want to read up on the medical conditions youre trying to treat because different strains are better for certain things.

The staff are helpful. Their product has not been disappointing. From low to higher quality, Ive enjoyed it. Wouldnt hurt if they had more options like their Red Label product available though.

Usually really good stock, prices are comparable. Staff is super friendly and I know a lot of them on first name basis. Parking can be a hassle sometimes but there is usually free spots in the back.
