Ive been getting my hair cut and colored by Paul for several years now, and love it!! I can show him the color I want and he always gets it right on, while also making sure its flattering for me. Hes able to cut and style my exceptionally fine, thin hair in ways that make it look like its thick and full. Salon is clean and follows COVID safety protocols. Salon staff is always nice and welcoming.

Im a big fan of Aveda color so I was happy to find this place next door to the office. The gal said they were low on Aveda color however she could match with Provada. Im at that point I needed to go ahead. Taylor helped me and shes super cute and knows her stuff, matched the color spot on too! Super cute salon and I like that theyre open on Sunday.

Cozy, clean and quaint Salon. The staff was all very friendly. My stylist was running a little behind, so was instead offered Pauls services. He was fantastic. Came in for a simple trim, but he took his time, was fun, professional and I got a great cut and amazing scalp massage with the shampoo. I believe he has been in the business for 36 years, must of started at 10yo 😉. Highly recommend!

Went in to get my medium length wavy hair cut into a short funky new look. Paul checked out the pics I brought, talked me through everything he was thinking, and then gave me an amazing new look!! The salon is fabulous the staff is amazing I love that they sell jewelry. Every time I have to go in there and Im waiting just a few moments for my appointment I always seem to buy something. Prices are a little bit on the high side for the services but they do make sure you walk away with what you wanted and that you love it, that is very important to them. They will always talk with you about what your thoughts are and tell you why or even why not to go with that cut or color. They are experts, so I would highly recommend listening to what there ideas are for you. I walked in with what I wanted to be done and they gave me options and explained each one to me and I ended up going her way with the color and the cut and I LOVE IT!!! Well done.

They are very experienced, they try to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. They will give their honest opinion without being rude. They do handicap clients. They also have have a section for women for women that have to keep their faces and body covered. There are two bathrooms. Also they are environment friendly.

My first time here and I was amazed at the service. Super friendly, offering tea or coffee & to hang up your coat! I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor who cut my hair. Having constantly experienced stylists questioning my expertise regarding MY OWN HAIR I was hoping for a breath of fresh air when I was recommended Invante. Unfortunately the stylist upheld the typical mold and after questioning my hairs ability to lift to the color I requested, flat out refused to do the service after 45 minutes of me sitting in the chair. I know my hair, I know what it can handle. This salon is more concerned with protecting their image than meeting their clienteles wishes. I just received a beautiful foil job, exactly how I wanted it, done at Belle Dolce, whom I highly recommend.

Want to start off with saying some of the employees are very nice there, unfortunately some lacking on professionalism and delivering what was agreed upon consulation. They had me waiting for 40 mins in locbby when i arrived for my appointment with Paul i really liked him his personality but i was shocked when my hair was dried. I had mentioned i went with foils because i didnt want to touch all my natural wanted to keep what was out of the foil my natural hair color because i didnt want to deal with the line of demarcation of grow out. My natural haircolor was lifted when toner was placed And it all eneded up looking pretty warm even though he had mentioned foils had lifed to a 9 and we wouldnt see the warmth i didnt want and why we choosed lightner over color. He had a coworker mixed the toner I dont know if thats where it went wrong and i walked out every shocked because my haircut wasnt crossed checked or texturized alot more was cut off than asked and hair wasnt even styled. Super concered to why all half top of my hair was lifted and the bottom still black my natural . It looked so weird when i lifted my hair or the hairs from the bottom would come forward. I wasnt happy with the huge constrast I liked the lightness of the foiled part of the rest was too warm and in a 2 weeks my natural was showing up at my roots which was what i didnt want to deal with. So I went back in to get it fixed scheduled with paul but without asking me they had another stylist take me back and do my hair. I felt like we understood eachother to what would be best to avoid the huge contrast to the grow out. Yet again i was setting in the chair waiting for her to mix the color for 30-40 mins. All coworkers stared and got together it was like if they were trying to figure out what to do or taliing bad about me making me feel super uncomfortable. Paul was there didnt take me nor even a hi or apology for not taking me. I asked the stylist before she applied the color to make sure we were on the same page on what i wanted , she said yes that a root shadow not too dark but enough so it all blended and icy toner to the rest to just refreshen and cancel some warmth. When my hair was dried it was super dark allover with a super warm solid borwn allover highlights were gone blonde was gone, i was so disappointed of the outcome. My 4 month old baby started crying after the long service i was there for so i focused on him. When i got home i tried to look at it in other lightings and i called and the receptionist and stylist were so rude to me . they blamed it on me for not bringing in a picture. Now that the toner had washed off a bet im left with super brassy orange subtle highlights. I have no idea what that last stylist put on my hair but its looking super bad tone . I hope other costumers dont have to go through something similar to this.

I love this salon. Soria has been doing a great job with my cuts and foils for the past 6 months. Shes professional, detail-oriented AND patient! The whole staff is great and I love Sky, the receptionist as well. They serve bottled water or flavored, wine and beer, too. No high pressure to upsell any products or services & I always look forward to the good company. Down to earth people, LOVE IT!!!

I didnt like my choppy, uneven layers. After getting my hair done here I couldnt wait for it to grow out.She did a razor haircut after shearing it and gave me layers Im now trying to hide. The razored parts are so frizzy, which doesnt work with my hairs natural wavy texture.My hair felt so dry and damaged the day after my haircut at Invante. She took way too much off when I asked her to give me long, clean layers and only take off split ends. Giving me more damage than what I came in with by aggressively razoring my hair is one star work. This is an honest review for what they did to my hair.My stylist seemed sweet and my service wasnt bad, but my haircut wasnt presentable.

The first time I was there I was really happy with my service. The second I was really annoyed at the way they scheduled me with a different stylist. When I called to make an appointment I said I was getting my roots touched up from a baylage I got done there.When I got there they had only scheduled a root touch up and said there was no time for my baylage touch up. Also the price was 100$ instead of 45$. Overall I am unhappy with the way my appointment was scheduled and handled how was I supposed to know that it wasnt the same thing if they didnt communicate that to me. I have an event tomorrow and Im left frantically searching for a new place to do my hair before then. Dependability is important!

I bought a groupon for a partial and was thinking I got a good deal. I went to my appt. and found out they charge for the color bowls and for toner. You need color and a toner when your using bleach so I was kind of confused. It never stated they charge extra on the groupon. My stylist was very nice and did a great job but I wouldnt have bought if I knew how much I was going to pay. $60 for the groupon, then an extra $40 for color bowls and toner. $40 for product which you cant return after the wine buzz goes away and you realize youve spent way too much. Then add the tip and my $60 groupon turned into $160 altogether for a partial ( I have a Bob and barely a cut.) I dont think I will be back.

After purchasing a groupon for half off, I not only recieved a half off coupon I also recieved a half way job on my hair. If I could give this salon a negative 1, I would rate it as such. I had such a terrible customer service response after, I God forbid complained that they ruined my hair. I was supposed to get a full baylage from dark to light but the stylist forgot to color my roots and just slightly changed my hair color on the bottom from black to dark, dark brown. I was told that the stylist used more toner to lighten my hair without telling me and the employees including the owner kept rudely repeating that I should have paid more because of that. The owners response was very negative, she kept cutting me off, not allowing me to complete my sentences and kept murmuring under her breath that I was rude. And when I asked her what she had just said, she would change the subject. She had a sarcastic way of displaying her words and she kept lingering on her words like she was speaking down to a 2 year old. She was extremely rude and wasnt apologetic at all. She never told me to come back in to fix my hair and only recommended that I get my refund via groupon. I would never set foot in a place where they disrespect their customers after ruining and not completing a full balyage from top to bottom. From stylist to owner they all act the same way. The owner talks the talk and her employees walk and talk the same. No great customer service example being set from the top.
