I found Dr Karl Staser to be very thorough and informative at my first appointment. Being a melanoma patient I was concerned about a being able to see my dermatologist with out concern for a long wait. He was able to see me immediately which gave me peace of mind. I will continue to see him on a regular basis.

Office staff is not efficient at returning calls. I tried for 2 weeks to have my questions answered from a visit and when finally I spoke to someone, the lady stated they do not sit around by the phones all day. This was her response when I questioned why no one had returned my call and leaving voicemails for 2 weeks. Poor patient care.

Dr. Staser is the best. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, even after I told him they were based on information from WebMD. Dr. Stasers answers were frank and easy to understand. He personally followed up with my pharmacy to make sure I got the right prescription at the right price. If you need a dermatologist and dont have time or money to waste, this is your guy.

Appt for my 15yr old daughter. Never asked my name, very rushed, although there was NO ONE in the waiting room. This appt had already been rescheduled once on his behalf, so was expecting some time and education given. While he did quickly go through the ABCDE of skin problems, it was so rushed a 15 yr old couldn’t retain it that fast. He spent no more than 10min with us-max. No handouts or websites to refer too. The overall appt felt he was trying to get us in and out ASAP. He even had a “cocky” attitude at times. Disappointed and unimpressed.
