They were very helpful when I went there a few years ago now, at least. I think they have a decent selection of glasses, and I think the only slightly negative thing was having the ear pieces bent multiple times until they fit correctly on my face. It took very long because it was difficult to tell when the glasses were centered.

I go here to get my eyes checked & its always been good. Ive even got glasses here before and they worked great.Clean, the employees are helpful and nice.

Nice people. Most frames are one-of, so what you see is what you get: no other colors or sizes in your choice of frame. Lenses scratch EASILY, but the prices were good,

Make sure you bring something to keep you occupied while you wait. The Elk River Vision Center is under staffed and it tales a while to get what you need done. Other than the long waiting periods, especially on the weekend ends, everything else (service and products) is great!

Very disappointed when trying to get my glasses repaired at the Elk River Walmart Vision center. A newer employee I had never seen in my 6 years of going to the vision center said I was never even in the computer and have never gotten any glasses at this location which was pure ridiculousness, Ive gotten 2 pair there, and have had exactly 3 repairs done there. She (Diane) wasnt cordial at all and would give me no proof I had never been there except she said I hadnt been. A very frustrating situation that left me with no other choice but to bring my needs elsewhere. If its a computer issue that they are having then they need to get it repaired, but after reading reviews and others stories, its a reoccurring theme and Im guessing since they have a 2.8 review score theres many more people who are definitely unsatisfied with there services.

Went in to buy clip on sunglasses for my new glasses and was gonna make an appt for contact examine. Lady couldnt look up from her computer when she finally did she pointed to the sunglasses, which were in boxes so couldnt tell which would work. I asked if she could help me and she snapped at me saying she was working on a medicare order and had to finish needless to say I left. No reason to snap at someone .The man who came in right after me left too we both said well go somewhere that could help us without being bothered. Needless to say I will not be making my contact appt there and will not be purchasing my contact or glasses there.Sorry that I disturbed you Wal-Mart vision worker.

WORST ASSOCIATES I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. Unprofessional, argumentative and not knowledgeable about warranties.
