I drove an hour and 40 minutes just to find out they wont sell me sunglasses thru my insurance when I spoke to the lady over the phone with my intentions of purchasing sun glasses. Absolute worthless company I do NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Gregory Optical is our Go to place for glasses. We have been going there for twenty years. They have GREAT customer service. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Mike is a jerk, always has been, always will be. He is very unpleasant and makes you feel uncomfortable even asking basic questions.Now I know its against the companys rules for most eye places to give pupillary distance measurements. Its common practice to not provide the PD with the prescription, and the reason is so you dont buy a pair online instead, but he just flat out lied and ran me through circles until I gave up. Im so tired of this garbage.Just be honest. Tell me you dont want me to buy online. Tell me you need me to buy a $300 overpriced pair of glasses instead of the same thing for $30 online. While Im at it, be less of a jerk. Is that too much to ask? I even bought a pair while I was there!! If I already bought a pair from you, why not? He honestly doesnt want to be there, and you can tell.

To the person stating they refuse to give you your PD measurement, this is illegal. They have to give you your medical records. Contact a lawyer.
