Clean, sanitized, thorough, and efficient office visit. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. They require masks and are taking measures to keep patients and staff safe. They have a camera that takes pictures inside your eye so there is no need to dilate your eyes.

The staff is amazing & friendly. My 8 year old had his first appointment & has to get glasses, the woman who assisted on picking out glasses with him was absolutely understanding of his nerves- super kind. Greatly appreciated how fast they were on getting my contacts & 2 pairs of glasses to us.

It’s no wonder people have such a long term relationship with Kennedy Vision. The doctors are thorough, relatable, kind and very attentive to you personally. Not the “rush in and rush out to the next patient” you find elsewhere. You leave very secure that you have received the best in eye care. The office staff is friendly and helpful and not enough can be said about Orrin He is knowledgeable, personable and beyond just helpful but certainly not pushy in his effort to help with picking and fitting frames. He is a real asset.

After years of our insurance limiting us to another eye provider in Elk River, it was such a treat to have Kennedy Vision added as an option. Everyone was so friendly, and the doctor and techs were extremely thorough. This is such a change to what weve been used to. My husband and I both will be making Kennedy Vision Health Center our primary provider.

The cancellation policy of this optometrist is very unfair and expensive. I have been a patient for several years and was charged $50 for calling in a same-day cancelation. I cancelled on a day when excessive heat advisories were in place. I was not feeling well because of the 90+ degree temperatures in my area. It was so hot that day that schools were closing and people (especially the elderly) were being advised to stay home. And, yet, I was still charged $50 even though I was told that the charge was entirely up to the doctors discretion. I will no longer be using this optometrist for my eye needs.

The doctor was awesome with my children and myself. The optical section has great variety in frames and the staff is helpful.

I love Kennedy Vision. I’ve been going here for 11 years now and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. They have always been kind and knowledgeable, and now with the pandemic, I felt incredibly safe coming in for my yearly visit. I cannot recommend Kennedy Vision enough.

Had a great experience at Kennedy Vision - 1st time there. Dr Deanna Sell was very knowledgeable...Id highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great eye doctor! Shes not only knowledgeable, but shes also got a great bedside manner - very personable. Im very happy with the care I received while I was there - from initial reception from staff, thru the entire appt, & then checkout. Great work Kennedy!

I had my annual eye appt and just needed my frames tweaked. While waiting for the adjustment to be made I asked to try on a pair of frames that looked fun. Orren was terrific choosing other similar options of frames and checked to see what my vision plan was “just to see” (pun intended). As it turned out I ended up getting new glasses AND Orren pulled ONE pair of sunglasses out after he knew my style and they were PERFECT! So I got those too. This entire staff really is great. I’d follow Dr Travers anywhere and his recent assistant (Rachel? Sorry! Can’t recall for sure) was just wonderful too!

All of the staff was wonderful and Dr Sell did a great job. I felt very safe as the building and process was clean. I will be going back with my family in the future.

I have been going to Kennedy Vision for more than 15 years and it has always been a great experience. The thorough exams and coaching to wear good sun glasses has helped preserve my vision. I have been taking my 84 year old father to see Anthony Traverse the last few years as well. My dad only has one eye and needed to get his cataract fixed this year. Dr. Traverse partnered with a great eye surgeon and the results were amazing. My dad now has nearly 20/20 vision without glases. He is very satisfied with his follow up care and outcome. The whole experience was fantastic; thank you Dr. Traverse and your entire staff for making this a great experience with a patient that only has one eye. I know this is more stressful for all and it went off seamlessly. If you like seein, go to Kennedy Vision for great care.

If there were 6 stars available, I would choose all of them. My experience with Kennedy Vision Center in Elk River was AWESOME ! Dr. Sell and all of the staff treated my husband and I respectfully and professionally. I was astounded at the depth and quality of the eye examination and the testing procedures. Every detail was explained to our satisfaction. I will recommend them to everyone who needs a vision evaluation; and they have two more satisfied customers for life !! Thank you !!!

Totally disappointed...they scheduled my eye appointment in Plymouth, I never go there, only Elk River for years especially now that I live in Onamia..I drove 45 min one way taking my time away from our business..no apologies 😳

Orrin is as fastidious as you will ever find, great with helpful tips and ensuring that you are completely satisfied. The entire staff at both locations are extremely friendly and helpful. I went here for the first time and Im beyond impressed. The staff are unbelievably kind. (I did hear them commenting about how much I was paying for my glasses. I caught something along the lines of Did you see how much she is paying for her glasses? I cant believe that.) They walked me through what they were doing each step of the way. The woman who helped me at the glasses desk was so kind and she helped me pick out the perfect glasses! Definitely will be going back to get my contacts from here!

We love Kennedy Vision! Our fist visit was a walk-in. I brought my grandma in to pick out glasses with a prescription from her specialty eye doctor. There was no issue. The staff at Kennedy was so helpful! They welcomed grandma as a new patient and she got such cute glasses. I was so impressed, my kids and I are now patients at the clinic as well! The technology they use is unlike what Ive seen anywhere else. Weve had a pleasant experience each visit. Receptionists, eye wear specialist, doctors and assistants. All awesome!

Dr. Traverse acts more like a family member taking care of you. You can tell he wants to do everything he can so you have great vision. His medical staff is kind and efficient. Orin is great to work with when looking for glasses. My wife and I are both life time members of the clinic.

How he explained everything to me and did not try and push expensive treatments on me like I have had in the past. Dr Travis is the best eye Dr I have ever had! He really looks out for your medical situation and the medical situation of your loved ones whom also visit. Medical staff are great and the staff up front really know their stuff and have the best attitudes ever. You wont go wrong here and this will be your last stop for eye care!
