Im always treated w/friendly greetings. Due to my disability, they are very accommodating and making sure I have everything that I need. In other words Im treated like family. I do and will always recommend Great Nails to my friends and family.

This is been my favorite nail salon to come to for damn near ten years now! They do the best jobs and Ken and Lee are our most recommended!!!! They do fantastic work every time!!!!!

I always look forward to getting my nails done here. I fully trust my nails with them! I first started getting my nails done here regularly after having a not so great experience at another nail salon. Where my nails were rushed and very sloppily done, I’m talking completely different lengths along with a paint job that was completely see through and spots on my nails that weren’t even painted! Because of this I needed to have them re done. However I was not going to return to the other salon as I had no desire to go back there and tell someone to fix their work. Not an experience I wanted to have. So I waited a couple weeks, by then my sad nails were definitely ready to go as one had even cracked. So in my search for a place that could squeeze me in sooner than later I decided to come to Great Nails! He took the time to take off the entire bad set and gave me a fresh set. Ever since I have been coming back and I always love how they turn out. They are so much more thorough than the salon I had gone to before, and they always do an amazing job nailing the shape I’m going for. I decided to change it up this time and I’m so happy with them! Recently received a pedicure and manicure at this location. I was not impressed. The water was terribly hot for my pedicure. The foot scrubber they use was painful and left a uncomfortable scratch on the side of my foot.After both the pedi and mani, I noticed right away the nail polish on both my hands and feet were not painted on evenly (I could have done a better, cleaner job myself :/). Nail polish was painted on my skin and cuticles. The day after, my hand polish was already chipping off.And there was poor communication and instruction of what we were to do and when to do things during the whole process.

Myself and my daughter had an appointment at 3:00. At 3:15 we were finally told it would be a few minutes. No one spoke to us and finally we walked out after waiting more than 40 minutes.

Dont know how to remove this! My husband made a review on the wrong salon

First time trying great nails. Was a little apprehensive as Ive read bad reviews. I should know not to do that. I was also nervous as the last salon in elk river filed into my nail bed causing some pain. I went to ken and he took time to make sure that didnt happen. I was there at least 1.5 hours and my nails are perfect!! I cant wait to go back. Excellent customer service. You can just tell the customers were regulars! Very friendly staff. Their phone was ringing off the hook booking up for tomorrow! Ive finally found a nail salon close to home!

I always go to this nail place, its fairly priced and has great people. They usually give you full leg massages during pedicures and this time I had a new girl with me so I was disappointed she didnt do the full massage. Otherwise, I love the job she did!

You pay for what you get. The prices are cheap but each time Ive gone Id had issues. The last time, the woman barely did my cuticals and ended up over lapping the gel over my cuticals. I had to come back in a week later because the gel was already peeling. And this time, while fixing the issue from last week, a different woman missed half of the front tip/corner of my nail and now I gotta polish that myself or drive back in to have it redone. At this point, its not worth goiing back.

These 2 brothers go above and beyond for the clients. Well worth any wait. Thank you for your great work.

Great place to get nails done for a reasonable price. Had a basic manicure and pedicure and will definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place! All of the employees are wonderful and do a fantastic job!!!

I thought the place seemed really dirty, The whole nail salon could use a makeover. Things were falling apart and everything needed a good scrub. After the nail tech was done with my pedicure, she didnt sanitize any of the tools she used on my feet. She just rinsed them in water. After seeing that I dont see myself going back.

I’ve gone a few times and the people are never very friendly. The place doesn’t seem clean either. I get an overlay with gel polish and it didn’t last as long as it usually does when I’ve gone to other salons. Prices are great though!

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Had an appt for a full set acrylic manicure and they didn’t have the right staff to do it so settled for a regular gel manicure that lasted maybe 15 minutes and consisted of brief filing and nail polish. They didn’t have any of their colors numbered so couldn’t find the one I wanted, there were flies surrounding the table, and the woman who did my “manicure” was beyond rude and literally took no time on my nails. My first and last trip to this nail salon.

So dirty. Floors, tables. No liners in pedicure foot baths. Made and appt and waited 15 minutes before acknowledgement. Walked out.
