Don’t bother coming here if you’re searching for a new dentist.I originally wanted to find a dentist closer to home but I’m coming to see that I should not have changed dentists…at least to this office.Front Desk: no one greats you and you don’t really know what you’re doing because no one talks to you. They do temperature checks and give you mouthwash to start when you check in.XRay: I’ve NEVER had an experience as terrible as this. The lady took 53 pictures because she couldn’t get the right angle and that’s never been a problem for me before. We spent about 40 minutes doing this. Biting on the little board hurt my mouth so bad. They need to upgrade because no other dental office felt like this.- also just want to add that the X-ray lady touched the inside of my mouth and then typed on a non clean keyboard and took the picture by touching the switch on the side with the same hand she put in my mouth. The whole area was a bacteria breeding ground. They need to learn hand hygiene because the lady did not wash her hands and the surfaces were NOT wiped down.Instead of general teeth cleaning they wanted me to do a deep clean so I left. They wanted to charge extra money for a deep clean and since my insurance didnt cover a deep clean. Mind you, I dont have severe plaque or cavities. Ive never had a dental office tell me I needed a deep clean instead of general cleaning.

I called them how much is normal cleaning Teeth price and they told me on phone, when I told my friend and he get there they said need to pay 49 buck X-ray fee, and the cleaning price is unknown even is old patient..... the Chinese front desk old lady said if after x ray when dentist tell the correct price if not satisfy then u r welcome to leave!I never heard of dentist can make up the cleaning teeth price whatever they want...1st time in my life!!!!After this me and my 2 sons will switch dentist, they are very smart....

No one likes going to the dentist, but this is the first dentist office I have felt comfortable. My whole family has been coming for over 5 years. Doctor is really nice and knowledgeable.

I recommend this Dental place they’re really sweet and caring and they always take care of their customers. They answer any questions I have and help me with anything I need.

Giving them 5 stars!!! Very clean office, all the workers were very sweet and gentle. Made sure I was comfortable the whole time and they got me in the same day, actually called and they told me to come right on in. Had excruciating pain in my gums and face, by the time I walked out I was pain free, smiling and laughing. So once again thank you all so much!! Truly cant wait to go back. 💖💖

I been with Dr. May for more than 15+ years. I have dentist phobia and I get tense up under the drill. But Dr. May is so patience and caring with me. I will highly recommend her and her team to anyone. Also her staffs speaks a variety of languages.

Love that they are open Sundays! Great caring staff I am terrified of the dentist and they made me feel very comfortable. Wisdom tooth extraction was flawless and their office is very clean and neat. It was my first time there and will definitely be going there from now on. Thank you!

I love May May Dental Center! My whole family and I have been coming here for over 8 years. I’ve always had anxiety when thinking about the dentist but their staff and especially the doctors are so friendly and kind - they always make my visit so pleasant! Their office is clean, right by the freeway, and has free parking. I wouldn’t want to go to any other dentist!

Im so glad I found a good dental center for me & my family. My kids use to be afraid of going to the Dentist but the doctors & staff are so friendly here my kids feel comfortable now with coming to get their yearly check-ups. The place is also so clean! Thats a big plus for me. I recommend this place to everyone!

I give 5 STARS to May Valley Dental Center.This dental office uses the modernized equipment and the dentist and stuffs are amazingly nice and explain well. My treatment was completed a week ago. I m very comfortable with my teeth . The whole waiting area and treatment rooms are spotless and smells very fresh which is +++. Highly recommends to May Valley!!!!

I found the very good dentist last week who was recommended by my friend . Dr Naing and her office staffs are very nice and very friendly. I have tooth ache since last month and my old dentist dont do the root canal and wisdom teeth extraction. I got treatment done last week . Very clean and very nice office. I recommended to this office .

The people here try to scam you. The owner is originally from China. They are very incompetent.They will use scare tactics.Here is how it works, they offer a very very low price for a check up. They charged me 25 dollars. However, the checkup is almost nothing, a few x-rays and then they put a little camera in your mouth and tell you that you have 10 cavities and try to charge you exorbitant rates.I knew my teeth were not bad, I never had a cavity in my life. In the past the dentists would give me a thorough check up, clean all of my teeth, use a little pick and everything... Not here, they wanted to charge another 200 dollars for a deep clean.Dont waste your time or your money. You can read all the other reviews on sites like Yelp.

I wish the management pull out the CCTV record of this morning, so you will know exactly how the stuff trade your client when the owner Dr. May is not in.Dr. May’s sister Wendy, When you making the loud noise by Tripped off the large silver gas tank on the close right side of the chair, you even didn’t pay attention to the little one who got scared on the chair. After you picked the gas tank by your bare hand, you didn’t wash it or sanitizer it. You used you bare hand to adjust the equipment racks, then you put you gloves on you unwashed hands after touching and rubbing the new gloves. Have you done anything to protect your client? Or even consider a tiny bit of how your kids client feel?We excused you all those above. However, I saw you made your face and shrugged your should to your assistant, when I am picking my daughter up from the chair.Thank you for your final screw up to my daughter’s first visit at a dentist office!Hope the management can address it right at least by a standard.

A pregnant woman called in advance to consult a well-prepared appointment to go for a dental cleaning. Before taking the child to see the teeth here, I feel okay. I made an appointment to do a mild dental cleaning today. After waiting for an hour, I will come to me and take me to the teeth. Take an Xs light! ! ! Can pregnant women take X-rays? I dont understand, but for the sake of my baby, I refused to do it. I once again said that I only want light cleaning, not fillings or other things. I did not say in other dentistry that X-rays should be taken for mild teeth cleaning! They told me that my medical white card can only be washed after taking Xs-rays, and I can’t use it if I don’t take it! I can only pay cash! ! Im really speechless, I dont know whether it is the process of the insurance company or their dental clinic! ! But I believe someone will understand! ! But wont go back here again! A lot of business is done by conscience, don’t just pursue money! Broke my reputation
