I just called right now to book and appointment, and the girl who answered was nice but when she told me the date and I said it was too far out, I was about to explain my situation and she hung up the call. I feel this dentist must hire better people to help them.

Missed my 9yr daughters appointment because of an emergency from prior and they sent the $50 missed appointment to a collection agency. Very abrupt and no care in the world attitude. Will never go back or recommend. If you missed an appointment make sure to tell them why and ask for forgiveness even though they dont care and just care about the $$$. Horrible staff and shady dentist practice. They will nickel and dime if you dont speak up.

I wouldn’t want anyone to go there. I had a horrifying experience at this clinic. No bedside manners. I ended up with a blue/black bruised cheek and my temporary filling fell out in less than 3 days. I was treated as a file not as a human being. I was not explained what was going to take place and how it was going to be done, even though it was my first root canal. When I first got there, I was taken to a room for a checkup then they realized that I was there for a root canal so I was rushed to another room. As I was in the chair trying to explain what’s going on with my tooth, I was pushed some papers to initial and sign. With all the commotion and the doctor hovering over me I didn’t think straight to read what I was signing. Apparently, I had signed to have my procedure be done by a dentist and not an endodontist. After, my tooth was drilled in the dentist left the room in a hurry, then came back scared because she wasn’t sure if she had drilled the correct tooth. I mean that should have been my red flag to just leave the office. But the worst of all is being seen/treated under false pretenses. When I was making the appointment I was given the impression that I was going to be seen by an endodontist for my root canal. And then later when I was there at the office at no point was I informed that I was not being seen by an endodontist. After 3 days when other issues came up with the tooth and I called the office I was told that I signed a consent to have a dentist and not a specialist do the root canal. That was the consent apparently, I signed as I was already being seen. I flew in all the way from Sacramento to LA, then drove 40 minutes because I was given the impression that I was going to be seen by an endodontist and yet I wasnt.

I had an excellent experience coming to this dental office. First I wanted to find endodontist for my teen daughter. Our doctor did a huge work and we are very happy with his professionalism . The staff here was super sweet and friendly! I would definitely recommend this office for anyone seeking dental care.

Best service in El Monte! I live in South El Monte so this was very close to home which is a huge plus. This is the best experience I have ever encountered regarding going to a dental office. The staff was extra friendly, nice, and helpful! The Dr. was amazing, he demonstrates quality and exceptional service. Highly recommended, you will never pick another dental office after you go here.

Ive been to several other dentists, but Angel Dental Care was the best one. They did an excellent job. The staff treated me nicely and answered my questions. The price didnt break the bank unlike other dentists I have been to. I will definitely return.

This place is awesome. The facility and faculty is top of the line as is all of their equipment. The Dr. is really cool. He inspected my teeth and did x-rays thoroughly with great attention to detail. I cant believe how smoothly everything went that day.

Angel Dental Care completely exceeded my expectations. I have always been hesitant in finding a new dentist, an upon moving to El Monte. I was referred to Angel Dental Care by a good friend. I just got my cavity filled in at Angel Dental Care and I just had to leave a review for this amazing place! When I came in they greeted me with a huge smile and made me feel so welcome that I stayed and chatted for a while. I was in a lot of pain from my cavity and the Dr. was very informative as to what the procedure would be and completed everything with great success, I was left feeling comforted and with a shiny new filling that will help out greatly thanks doc!

Its going to be my first time here, but I. An already tell Im going to have a great experience but just how the staff took my call. The tone in their voice is very important in first impressions they were nice, proper, and had an answer for all of my questions

They take long! I had my appointment for surgery at 6 pm but they called me to come in at 3:30 pm but had me waiting until 6. Then, the surgeon comes and says that instead of surgery, they needed to take out the tooth. Go to Dental pro in Downey! They work much faster, have a cleaner environment, and dont try to take as much money out of you as they can.

My experience with Angel Dental Care was exceptional. The Dr. and staff has been helpful from my Invisalign consultation to the 13 months it took to complete right to the very end. I feel like Im in good hands. The location is nice and sometimes you even get a room with nice views outside. But besides that, I couldnt be happier with my Invisalign experience and how secure I felt knowing I could call them up if I felt even the slightest discomfort. I would recommend them to anyone; it has truly been an awesome experience watching my smile transform under the care of the Angel Dental Care staff.

I had a Emergency Root Canal. I had this horrible pain in my tooth it was so bad it was giving me migraines and had to call my mom for a good dentist as my last resort. Angel Dental Care was the place I went and they were able to fit me in that day and do an emergency root canal. I havent heard of many dental office that took emergency cases so I was very happy they could attend me. I have told all of my friends and family to go there. Thank you Angel Dental Care!!

Ok so far so good .like the fact that they explain food what they gong do n if Im ready lol. So what can i say they did a cavity mole but pain was getting worst they had mention me might need root canal n i knew i need one but for mean time they control my pain awesome will see how goes when they finish my root canal.

I had to have my Wisdom teeth removed. I had gotten a recent check up done and they told me I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was honestly terrified to get my wisdom teeth pulled out because of the pain but even more so that my teeth would get crook

Ive always had good experiences here from a root canal to a tooth extraction but they do take long even if you have an appointment they take forever to call you in...

They have no experience!They did a messed up job and he Dr. hurt me because she was in a rush,Plus the staff is so unprofessional and rude!I also feel like they scam to get the most out of your insurance.NEVER COMING BACK!

I had been here several times, but this last experience was the worst. Paris the manager has no people skills changes her policies constantly and is very rude. We had been referred from another dentist office and was really thinking about staying here for all the continuous care, but after receiving the treatment she gave has changed our minds. Before going there look to see if you can go elsewhere. Not worth your time.
