WORST DENTAL PRACTICE EVER!!!- Poor Service- Doctor is only in once a week- Calendar is always fullAfter submitting my X-Rays to Medical for a Approval on the 15th of September, I have not heard anything from Atlas.As of today, I (October 12) I am in pain and decided to seek an update on the status of the approval. After making a few phone calls, I was able to determine that my submissions were approved by Medical on September 26.After confirming the approval, I contacted Atlas, first spoke with Maria, she indicated that she will try and add me into the schedule for this week, she never followed up.I called again, spoke to the office manager, she started lying. She indicated that Atlas tried reaching me on my cellphone. There are no records of them attempting to reach me. She then indicated that their calendar is completely full and that the next availability is November 4th.Mind you, these people to do not have any sympathy for humanity. I am in pain and they do not want to treat me soon.It is not my fault they are not following protocols. I reached out to them when I found out my submissions were approved, I wonder how long it would have been to hear from them if I didnt call them.Why be in the health industry if that is not your passion. If you dont like your job then QUIT!Thanks to their practice and procedures, I am now going to have to redo all the testing and submissions else where as I will not allow these ignorant people work on me.

Atlas Park Dental came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Milana did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Also, Dr Andrew Kuznetsov was very professional and pleasant. He took the time to fit me in for an exam, after my cleaning. He also took the time to explained the findings of my exam and never pressured me to do any unnecessary work.

I went there before for my own care and I had an amazing experience. Starting in the front desk and w the doctors. Cannot complaint at all.Their schedule is so flexible or at least for me works perfectly. When I knew it they do pediatric and takes my daughter’s insurance I didn’t have doubts to take her. Again no regrets at all.

First Time at this dentist office in reference to a dental implant and Dr. Rubino was very informative and detailed. She took the time out to explain the procedure and choices based on the findings when X-ray scan I s completed. I must say I was very pleased being a first time patient. Being very comfortable is very important to me so therefore I will give her the maximum stars for now. I am a patient that if I’m not satisfied with my doctors I do change. But so far so good.

Extremely disappointed. First time patient and when I made the appointment weeks before they never mentioned they operate on different appointment schedules for the dentist and the hygienist that does the cleaning. Meaning they made an appointment to see the dentist for the annual checkup, did the X-rays, saw the dentist, got the all good see you in 6 months, but could not get a cleaning done because they never mentioned that requires a separate appointment and the hygienist was booked. How is that even possible!? Unbelievable!!!! Never have I ever been to a dentist office that operates in this manner. Do not waste your time! Totally not worth it! Extremely disappointed with the level of service of the front staff and the mode of operation or office policy as she put it.

I’m not sure I’m so happy with the more aggressive approach… if the kid isn’t too convinced to have his teeth checked or be in the chair, they were quick (like very quick!) to have him “locked” into the position by mom or dad, i.e. being held by his head, shoulders, hands and legs and feet…Talk about being traumatized…… and forget having a positive experience for my children for many future dentist visits to come 😒

The appointment went well. I was seen on time. The staff was friendly and professional. The Dentist was friendly and took the time to explain the procedure and how long it would. Im happy with the way that the procedure was done. Im glad I found out about Atlas Dental Care.

I scheduled an appointment in August for a check up and a cleaning for my husband and I. They suggested I come in September because they only had cleanings available for August. My husband and I both got text messages to confirm our appointment the day before and once we got there, they said there was nothing available until 2-3 hours later! Our appointments were never scheduled correctly and my insurance wasn’t even verified I had to do it when I got there! Very unprofessional. Do not recommend! This has happened before as well

Who knew going to the dentist would be a good experience after all. Super nice and professional. Had a LOT a of work done and I was never uncomfortable and the Dentist explained everything as he was going along. Never waited pat my appointment time too. I am so happy I finally found a dentist facility that Im comfortable with.

This is my second visit for the same procedure. On the day before I call the office and ask if they have pre-approval they told me yes. When I go into the office they told me I have to pay the insurance does not cover the procedure. I called the insurance they told me it is cover I let the person from the insurance speak to them on speaker so I can hear. They was being dishonest wit me. I end up pay because I have to take a day off to visit. Now they told me when the insurance pay them I will be reimbursed. They need to be more honest.

I LOVE my dentist. He gets five stars. So happy I found him. He addresses my issues and I don’t feel a thing.Reason I didn’t give the full 5 star rating is because reception has tried to play me twice my telling me my appointment is half an hour earlier than it actually is, on the DAY OF my appointment. I confirmed the actual time of my appointment with the manager/back end office, I had the correct time noted and even she wasn’t sure why my appointment was moved half an hour earlier, on the same day, without my knowledge. Luckily I live in the area so i was able to get there in 10 minutesOverall, I would recommend this place because of the doctors and hygienists

Professional and clean dental office with friendly staff. Helpful since has both adult and pediatric dentists. Only issue is that scheduling appointments can be tough since certain Dentists only work certain days.

The dentist and her assistant was great and very friendly. She did and excellent job cleaning my daughter teeth. Her assistant was also very helpful and friendly he gave stickers to my crying toddler very nice place I would give them 10 stars if I could

I went there for my childs first dentist appointment which I had schedule 2 months prior.I asked if they took our health insurance they said YES,Great! We go there fill out the paperwork, wait for about an hour only for them to tell me they’re not in network with our insurance anymore.This is got nothing to do with their dental services but their customer service sucks.They suggested very rudely to just pay 100$ for the consultation or leave.

Was sent there from my primary dentist for a root canal I can tell you that this is the worst place you could ever go to the manager Claudia never gets back to you and they always have an excuse they forget about you and they really dont care about their patients. I would never recommend this dentist office to anyone especially if you are receiving or using your Medi-Cal.

They are very professional and I like that they keep family members informed of the patients oral health and if they need any procedures done. I also like that they check with the insurance first if the procedure can be covered.

They did not approve my root canal till almost 6 weeks after my x rays on May 5th. I asked the receptionist twice if they approved me yet and they kept saying “no” until I called them today. I called my insurance and they told me they approved it in one week for the service not 6 weeks later. The office did not offer any apology or early appt for their mistake. I will not be able to be seen till end of July, so it will be almost 2 months to just get a root canal not crown. Disorganized office.

The staff is very professional, warm and courteous. I am impressed how you are called on or about the time of your scheduled appointment. The wait is never long. The Dentist greets you in a friendly manner and would explain in detail your treatment. He puts you at ease and remove that dental fear. Love the atmosphere.

I Have been a loyal patient for the last few years. After the last few appointments, I have been a bit frustrated with how the office people treat me. I made an appointment back in December for March 17 at 4:30pm. They called me the day before ,March 16 thinking it was a reminder for my appointment. Unfortunately it was a call to reschedule my appointment at an earlier time on March 17 because the hygienist work schedule has been changed. As I work full time it didn’t work out that I can go earlier in the day so they told me I couldn’t get an appointment till June. They let me know the change of schedule the day before my appointment and the unorganized office management did not think it through to let their patient know ahead of time that the schedule of the hygienist has been changed. I spoke to the manager and their answer to me was “this is how we do it and sorry for the inconvenience”. The unprofessionalism and unorganized workers is unbelievable. I am now going to another dentistry office that has organizational skills and professionalism.

This place was amazing and they all made my 5yr old daughter feel comfortable with her dental visit...also the place was very clean and made us feel more comfortable during these hard times with the virus thank you for making my daughter enjoy her first dental visit!!

Dr K is amazing!! Dentists are scary but Dr K has an ease about him that I find comforting. At 48 years old, he is the ONLY dentist I have not been scared of and I travel quite a distance to see regularly. The office is clean and he goes out of his way to explain exactly what he will be doing. Ive been with him for about 4 years and as long as he is in practice.... I will be his patient!!!!!

Excellent Front Staff, Great Doctor was very helpful and explained the process that needed to be done to fix my tooth. I would definitely recommend this dentist if a friend or family needs one.

Made an appointment 3 months prior to being told the day before they don’t accept my insurance. When I made the appointment gave all my information and even confirmed app twice. I waited all this time for nothing. Not professional at all and staff seems to lack knowledge about their services. I am actuallyGlad this won’t be my dental office.

I hate visiting the DDS. But this experience was not bad as he just checked my xrays and teeth. Everyone was friendly and professional. There was a sanitizing station at the door, staff, DDS and patients (when not in the chair) wore their masks and there were air purifying machines throughout the office. I appreciated everything they are/were doing to ensure the safety of all patients.

Hygienist Melani is doing very good job. Park Avenue dental is good dental care facility. Problem is that you need take day off because no appointment after 3:00 pm for dental care.

Not even worth 1 star. Horrible treatment. Wait over 2 hours then get told we’re sorry we can’t help you. Pretty sad because I remember they used to be good.

Dr Grace is OUTSTANDING!!! ...I love the way she interacts with my kids. She has a calming nature about her. The kids love her delicate hand and how she coaches them through the process always showing great concern. She also has a great memory always speaking of past great interactions. We are so thankful to have found Dr Grace.

Went to Atlas for the first time two months ago for a cleaning. They discovered a chipped filling and cavity. All work was done the same day and was painless other than some discomfort of course. Staff was attentive, courteous and efficient. Will be continuing my dental care at this location and recommend to anyone who has fear of the dentist.

I scheduled an appointment and was told the only availability was in 2 months which I waited for. After 2 months of waiting for my a appointment, it was cancelled a day before my appointment. I was told by Paola that she would follow up to get me in the next week or two since I waited 2 months fit my appointment. I have not heard back from her as of yet.

Terrible! Avoid this Dental Care!After the first visit, it was all downhill.Scheduling and going to my first visit was smooth; the employees were kind and friendly. I told the dentist of my discomfort on my tooth. After conducting x-rays; he did a filling and said that if the pain continued to come back. Pain never left, I went back a few days later; he proceeded to adjust the filling and saying that the pain wont go away, that I will have to adjust to it. This was a few months back.I asked for a copy of my x-rays; which apparently is a difficult task for them to complete. They took over two weeks to be able to email them to me. When I finally received them, they were not my x-rays. They had another patients file mixed in with mine; the x-rays they sent me were from a patient with braces.I continued to have the pain/ discomfort on that tooth. I attempted several times to make an appointment with their specialist; however he only attends patients once a month and is there for less than four hours. I have been waiting since last month for my appointment; I called last week and they said the specialist will not be attending patients until November.This week I went to a dentist recommended by a family member. He discovered the terrible filling the dentist at Atlas Dental Care conducted. This dentist removed the previous work and discovered the cause of my pain/ discomfort; the Atlas dentist had conducted a filling without removing the cavity.To conclude, I HIGHLY recommend you NOT to go to this dental care. They will simply elongate the process, meanwhile leaving you in pain and continue to bill your insurance.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I scheduled an appointment for August and was called to reschedule due to Covid related concerns. I then had to wait until mid October for an appointment. My twins and I traveled fro. Long Island into the city to make their appointment and found the office closed. We then called the answering service to findout what was the problem and they seemed just I clueless as us. They too had thought the office was supposed to be open. Needless to say I will NEVER return. Absolutely irresponsible and with no regards to their parients. Surprised they are still in business.

Great staff which made the experience pleasant and put me and my wife at ease for the work needed. Close to our home which is great. Staff goes the distance to inform you of how much your procedure(s) will cost so you are well informed.

With covid-19 nurses were not taking proper precautions necessary. They were not wearing mask and when I asked why her response was I rinse. Rinse does nothing to protect you nor the patient. How is a patient supposed to feel comfortable when the staff is not taking the proper precautions.

Always great experience...from walk-in to leaving...definitely recommend the team of staff and dentist...my dentist does not try to take advantage or scare you to do a procedure...he gives the problem and let you decide when is the appropriate time for you to get the problem rectified...

I hate dentist so it’s been years since I’ve seen one. For a first time back it wasn’t bad and I am actually looking forward to getting my teeth done and back to being healthy.

I received exceptional service here. I called as soon as they opened and they were able to put me on the schedule due to me having an emergency. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I wish I could give it a ZERO stars. Such a waste of time. The front desk staff is unprofessional. They never return calls. HUGE WASTE OF TIME! Made me waste 2 months telling me my insurance authorization was pending; turns out, they are not even my designated HMO office! ...didnt even bother to check the roster. Dentist himself was nice & professional. Billing & Front Desk staff didnt even bother to call me to tell me they were not my designated dentist. Go here only if you got time to waste!

Amazing service, my kids love this place. The staff is super sweet and took care of all of our needs and answered all our questions. Ive been coming here for a long time and they do a stellar job. The doctors were gentle with my kids and talked us though the procedures step-by-step. My kids normally are afraid of the dentist, but we had no issues here! I also scheduled my appointment here for OS and had a great experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Was able to book an appointment during the Covid-19 pandemic and staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Dentist was extremely helpful and courteous when examining my X-Rays with me and discussing the issue as best as possible.

It is 9:01am, I am still waiting for my daughter to be seen for her 8am appointment. I was just told that they need a full mouth X-ray and the insurance won’t cover since she’s had xrays done in the past so it would be a $75 out of pocket cost. When the referral appointment was first made the front desk girl assured me she would contact the referring dental office and obtain the X-rays necessary directly from them. If I had been told prior to the appointment that they hadn’t been successful in obtaining these from them I would have gone myself to pick them up and bring them to my daughters appointment. This is a total waste of not just my time but my daughter’s as well as she had to miss her first set of HS classes to be here.

So professional, caring, paciente, fast, so attentive, so clean, they Love whattwhat do and it shows, so happy with all their help. My son has had a truely traumatic experience in another dental office I Prayed God would help us find a Pediatric dentist that understand what being a kid with fears mean and in this place Atlas Dental was a answer for God . I totally RECOMEND.

We didnt wait too long and cleaning was done ok. However the service was a bit too fast (we did have a cleaning before and it usually takes a bit longer and I still sow a residue on my son teeth after). Besides my son didnt get a new toothbrush or even a sticker a he was very disappointed:(

Although sometines theres a wait and you have to oay for parking since its located in a mall plaza but its worth it. The staff is always friend. Dentist and dental hygienist are always very informative and friendly.

So Heard of this place thru a friend I scheduled for an emergency visit was told I needed a root canal.The staff was great no pain very professional took there time got it done . I’m pain free the job was completed and I will definitely be using them from now on thanks

I went to get my crown glued back since it was loose. I saw the general dentist for 3 min then he told me to see the periodontist. 2 days later the periodontist saw me for 2 min and told me that I have to see the general dentist to get my tooth glued. Waste of time and insurance money. I will never go back.

This place is very clean i was attended right away. The only place ill go! Lisa the hygienist did my cleaning she is so kind i recommend you see her.

Absolutely love this dentist I’ve been to a total of 3 different dentist not including this location. They have here by far the most friendly, helpful, and caring staff. Would DEFINITELY recommend to get braces here that’s what I came here for and I love the entire experience!

This office is amazing. All of my family comes here! I stumbled upon them when I had an emergency on Saturday. They were the only ones open on the weekend. They were able to schedule me in same day. I only have medical but surprisingly the specialist was in network and they were able to remove my wisdom teeth. Everyone was very nice and made the visit a breeze. The following week when I came back for my follow up I brought in my grand kids with me and they were able to be seen same day as well. The dentist for children they have is very kind and polite (GREAT with kids). So far both of my experiences at this office have been 5 stars. Keep up the good work!

This place is okay, no one who works there wears a name tag, including the surgeons and the receptionist doesnt know how to take calls. Why are you calling, who was the person here who did your last procedure? Who are you going to be seeing as a dentist on your next visit? They really need to have I d name tags with their positions and titles.

My visit to Atlas Dental Care was quick and comprehensive..x rays Cleaning and doctors exam all done with utmost courtesy and expertise...i have been a patient for over 5 years...best Dental facilty ive been to....

I waited for 45 minutes past my appointment time. I finally spoke to one of the employees & was informed that it would be at least another 30 minutes before the doctor could seeme. Apparently there were two patients still ahead of me. I had to miss an hour of work to be on time for my appointment. That is money I could have earned. If I am able to be professional & be at my appointment on time, the same courtesy should be expected from the clinic in return. I lost an hour worth of money because they apparently overbook patients and dont seem to be able to properly run a dental office. Patients should not have to tolerate such unprofessionalism. I will simply go somewhere else. Side note, there is very little parking at this location.

Good service with Dr.Andrew and no need to have a long wait with the appointment.
