Excellent customer service and the dentist/staff were so caring. I would definitely refer my friends and family. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly. I arrived early, and the hygienist was ready. He thoroughly and quickly cleaned my teeth while maintaining pleasant conversation. They took a few seconds to schedule my next appointment, and I was done.

I have been going to Dr Kanemakis father for pretty much my entire life. Trent used to even practice at that office from time to time. I got new insurance through my work recently and his fathers office unfortunately doesnt take my insurance, however Trents office does. Im weird when it comes to routine and so not being able to go to the original dentist Ive been going to my whole life, I kinda freaked out a bit. So when I found out Trents office takes it, I made my appointment.I have to get a lot of stuff done unfortunately but Trent is the next best thing to his dad and Im excited to get my teeth all fixed up!! His practices are almost identical which gives me so much comfort!The staff here was wonderful. Everybody was very nice and of course Trent was awesome. Explained everything in detail and made me comfortable. Its a little farther than what Im used to driving but Im willing to make the drive for amazing dentists like the Kanemakis. :)

New patient here and their process was very smooth. Completed all paperwork via DocuSign prior to visit. Upon arrival for my appointment, was taken straight to the exam room. X-rays, examination & cleaning all took only roughly 1 hour. Everyone was very friendly, thank you and see you in 6 months!

First of all, I would like to say thank you to the entire staffs. They welcomed me as if we know for a long time and comforted me and gave me most kind gesture I’ve never gotten from any other dental offices. From accommodation for the appointments to waiting time and actual treatment time, the fastest service I have ever received. I was very impressed. There was no pain either. Accounting department is also very organized. It’s clearly and simply presented with no confusion. Fees are very reasonable. I appreciate their honest practice and their most interest in patient care. Finally I found my dentist and I cannot be happier.

When I retired last year, my insurance changed, necessitating that I find a new dentist. I am so glad that I found Hitomi Dentistry. The office is 12 minutes from home, no freeway needed; plenty of parking, the office is always clean, the staff are courteous and efficient, even with the extra Covid precautions.

Hitomi Dentistry is beyond fantastic. All staff members are very friendly and professional. I had Invisalign procedure with Dr. Kanemaki. Making an appointment with Anna was very easy, she was very helpful and easy to talk with. When I was there, Maria and Serena made me very comfortable before my appointments. Also, Dr. Kanemaki was very friendly and explained well before each procedure. I am glad that I did my Invisalign with them.

Make sure you get receipts, and make sure you understand your insurance plan. I made the mistake of trusting Hitomi, and they charged me a $50 copay every time I went. Not until I read my insurance policy carefully did I realize I should not have been charged. Had I not figured it out, they would have kept charging me. I contacted them and pointed out their mistakes, but since I never asked for receipts, I only got refunded the copays I charged on my debit card and not the ones I paid cash. Despite all the explanations they gave me as to why they had no reason to have charged me, they never gave me a good reason as to why it took them 7 MONTHS to refund me the $50 they wrongfully charged me in January (I got my refund in August).

Best experience ever. Id never thought Id say this, I love my dentist!! They make you feel so welcome, and never judge you or make you feel stupid. I truly highly recommended them. Once again. ..i love my family dentist.

Friendly staff is great, however I was overcharged for the procedure. I had to involve my insurance company to find out what I should have paid. I was told by front office I should get a refund after my insurance company paid their share. My insurance company has offered to get involved if I don’t receive a refund.I’ve been going here for over 30 years and never had a problem until now. Very disappointed!!
