Very happy with the service, office staff, and care I received. I went to Dr. Buksh earlier this year after having had a bad experience with another podiatrist for treatment of a neuroma. I was in a lot of pain when I came to him and he was able to help with that fairly quickly in order to then diagnose what was really going on with my neuroma. Dr. Buksh ended up doing surgery to remove my neuroma and to relieve some nerve damage in my ankle. In the last few weeks I’ve been able to go for a run again (it had been 7+ months since I was able to run) and my foot feels significantly better. I wish I had gone to him from the beginning. I received more information from him in one visit than I did in the 4 years I went to my prior podiatrist.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I had good service several years ago. I called to schedule an appointment and I was told I had a past due invoice. I had paid the invoice and expected to be treated more professionally when the discrepancy was discovered. So I got an appt scheduled which took a couple weeks. They did not verify my information and when my appt day arrived I received an email that morning and my appt was at 11. After scheduling off I was told my appt was canceled. I was told that they could work me in but would be a while and felt they were upset that I was upset. Guess what when you screw up customers express their dissatisfaction and it is not professional to come back with a short attitude. I’d rather suffer a damaged foot then do business at this location at this point. Disappointed!

Dr B is very knowledgeable. He is great on hearing my concerns and takes time to answer my questions. He does an awesome job on numbing, a huge kudos to you Dr B.I highly recommend him!

Dr. Buksh really paid attention to not just my issue claimed, but to the outlying factors and seems to really know what he is doing. He utilizes modern technology, and explains what he is doing and why. Ive had a foot problem and been seeing the same foot doctor for 13+ years now with no relief after a plantar fasciotomy, PT, orthotics, etc. I just assumed that my previous Podiatrist knew what he was doing and trusted his opinions since hed been in the business for more than 30 years. My hope is that I can finally get the relief I need with Dr. Buksh and so far, Im liking what I see.

Ive been asking my kids pediatricians about their feet for years and finally got a referral to Dr. Buksh from their current pediatrician, yesterday was sons first appointment with Dr. Buksh and he did some injections in his right foot and leg that gave my son immediate relief! He has been in pain for the last few months and was so happy to be able to walk without his foot hurting!! We go back in a week to do his other foot and my son cant wait. Dr. Buksh has up a treatment plan and wants to actually fix the problems. He will now get myself, my daughter and my husband as patients.

So I deal with Tarsal Tunnel Sydrome and have been in and out of specialists offices for five years (from age 18 to 23) and have just started working with Dr. Buksh, he is the first doctor I’ve met that doesn’t just know about Tarsal Tunnel Sydrome but understands it VERY WELL. For those dealing with nerve disorders in your foot/leg region trust me when I say go see Dr. Buksh, otherwise you may be running in circles like my family and I had looking for a diagnosis for a girl who was scared and that had just started college. Can’t reccomend this practice enough thus far.

He was very nice and truthful. The treatment I thought I needed cost $500. But he told me to save my money that treatment wouldnt work for me.

First, he and his staff are amazing. I have seen him since 2012 and even though I waited to have a surgery I needed, he made sure I came through better than I have been on my feet since childhood. Excellent treatment, entire staff communicates with pt about treatment, billing, insurance, and just an all around great place. Plus hes super cute too!

Initial visit was great, Very polite staff. Dr. Buksh was very engaging but treatment was a total failure, never saw or spoke to Dr. Buksh again thru 6 treatments. My opinion laser treatments are a waste of money.

Dr. Buksh is an incredibly thorough, compassionate, and attentive doctor. I am a chronic pain patient who’d had 8 surgeries and seen dozens of doctors before i came to see Dr. Buksh. I’ve since had 2 surgeries (9 and 10) with Dr. Buksh and his bedside manner and follow-up attention was phenomenal and unparalleled. He was not too quick to suggest surgery and first tried numerous more conservative methods to control my pain. Both before and after surgery he made sure I understood was happening and explained everything in detail with the aid of pictures. Dr Buksh is awesome. I was very nervous coming in to have my foot looked at due to all the pain I was in. His nurse was very polite and took good care of me. Dr Bukshs bedside manner put me at ease right away. Out of all the procedures I have ever had this was the best. From my phone call to my appointment the staff all took great care of me. Dr. Buksh provided a great service to me!!! I thought my toe pain was due to two toes rubbing together and also thought the ends of other toes were getting an infection, but he showed me that the veins to my toes needed treatment!!! Get doctor. Had a 4 1/2hr fully reconstructive ankle surgery. He didnt use screws or nothing. I had ligaments that were completely gone from 5 years of college Bball. Nerve damage. Its been about 3 years now. I still play ball at 32 can still jump run and move on the ankle. He did give a shot for pain my first visit. Highly recommended. If your hurt your hurt. I was in his top surgeries he has performed and I would go back. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.

How the difference life is when the constant pain is taken away. I truly believe he worked a miracle without surgery, I went to 3 different doctors over the years , not one could figure out the pain, all they said rest and Motrin. I had a neuroma, with such pain it took my breathe away. He gave me a choice after we exhausted the HMO requirements, do you want surgery or the abiotic shot. Weeks of pain and recover or a single shot ? I chose the shot. Literally 3 days after the shot, the pain was gone completely. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Buksh and his team. They are truly professionals and amazing to their patients.

I found Dr. Buksh to be rude, condescending and dismissive. The procedure he performed was rough and unsympathetic. Bedside manner would be appropriate for a veterinarian or a mortician.

I have been seeing Dr. B for a few months. He is amazing. He makes me feel safe to share all my issues, concerns, worried and symptoms. I never feel judged or looked down on, like some of my other doctors have. I have a major injury to my lower leg, ankle and foot, resulting in 3 plates and a bunch of screws in my leg. All resulting in a lot of pain, swelling and limited movement most days. Every visit we go through a recap of whats been happening since my last appt., then what route do we want to take for the current appt. And what we will do at the next appt. And Im extremely happy with the way he tells it to me straight and gives me every possible option to choose from. His bedside manor blows all other doctors out of the water. His staff is on point! When I have issues, their on top of everything. I tell everyone about Dr. B, the work he does and his amazing staff. Ashley & Samantha get me in and get me out, but I never feel rushed. Dr. Buksh successfully treated my Planters Fasciitis with the clarix FLO injection. The pain is gone and it is safer than steroid shots.

The doctors office claimed I received injection during the first visit to their office in September 2014, a complete lie. I remember clearly that the doctor mentioned injection as a treatment to stop pain which I immediately disagreed with.I have bunions. This visit to Dr. Buksh was to get second opinions of whether a surgical removal of the bunions was necessary. He did not do surgical removal of bunions and trashed it. He thought bunions themselves are fine but nerve pain caused by bunions should be treated. He gave me several options. Option one was to give injections to several spots on the leg and foot to alleviate pressure on nerves. I was not interested at all because the nerve pain was strong enough to bother me. He then suggested me to take further lab test for diagnostic purposes and handed me over brochures. I agreed with this option, took the lab test but never went back there again. In addition to my memories, my husband was present during this entire visit and he did not remember injection at allI. I would never agree with treatment until I conducted thorough research in the first place, let alone my visit to him to get second opinions. My first visit was to Dr. Allen Rhods.In addition to my recollection and my husbands recollection, the office did not have documents or records sent to me either.The office put this service at a cost of 182 dollars to a bill and sent it four month after my visit to an address I moved out Just the same month, January 2015. I did not get forwarded mail and had no knowledge of this until March 2016 I received a call from a debt collection agency. The agency threatened to report this beureau right away, to avoid any damages to my credit score instead of acknowledging the debt, I paid for the debt. The debt collection agency informed me that the doctors office could give my money back later. In the meantime, I was in active touch with the office and explained the matter again and again. Finally, In a phone call I received from Sam in Bukshs office, she told me that the account was taken care of. I told her that was good and she could give me back the money collected from the debt agency, she changed her mind and refused to pay it back.
