Dr. Nida has been our pediatrician for many years now. She is amazing!!! She is knowledgeable and skillful. She also has compassion and empathy. I cant thank her enough for helping my kids and our family!! The staff that works along side her and at the front desk are wonderful as well. She definitely gets 5 stars!!!

This is such a shame. Dr. Nida is such a sweet and nice doctor, but her receptionists and staff left such a bad impression, we are going to look elsewhere for a pediatrician for our little girl. We went in yesterday and Delacey had entered my daughters date of birth in incorrectly and Taylor said she was scheduled for her 15 month next month! I said no, thats incorrect, we even spoke about her scheduling it on exactly her 15 month birthday, which was yesterday. She said in a rude tone, OK, well Im just telling you what it says here. OK....so I took the morning off work to take my daughter and now they need to reschedule us. So I had to take this morning off work again to see her! Also, when we did get in to see her, the nurse said they didnt get her shot records and so they dont know what shots shes had or needs. I called my old pediatricians office right then and had them faxed over. Grr...My husband and I just moved here from Texas so we found her based on her reviews. There is a review that made us 2nd guess, it was also about her staff. We shouldve listened to that guy, because now we are looking for another doctor. I prefer to find somewhere that everyone treats us like they care, not like we are a nuisance or we did something wrong. Sorry Dr. Nida, get a better staff and wed consider coming back!

I would like to start by saying Dr Nida is a wonderful doctor! Her receptionist team tho..im sorry, DALACY specifically! Shes horrible! Shes very rude, she rushes you off the phone, makes you feel rushed to ask important questions! She NOT understanding at all and on top of all of that, they WILL take your children off the roster without informing you. By the way, just because they have your information does NOT mean they will send a reminder text or call. If you miss a appointment dont worry because Dalacy will definitely be there to let you know you need to except your responsibility. Only because of her, Id never refer anyone to this place! After eveverything was said and done she told me now you dont ever have to worry about talking to me again! Shes probably the reason I never got a reminder call🤔 oh well. Beware of DALACY!

I scheduled an appointment for a Monday at 2:30. I showed up 20 minutes early due to the fact I was a new patient and needed to fill out paper work. When I tried to check-in for my appointment, they informed me that I was not scheduled for that day. After some digging around, they found that my appointment had been moved to the next day at 3:00. They never called to tell me this, otherwise I wouldnt have even shown up that day. They offered for me to wait around for 45 min - 1hour to POSSIBLY get a chance to see the doctor, or I could just come back the next day taking yet ANOTHER afternoon off work. Every Integris affiliated facility has been mediocre at best, and this place is no different. Terrible office management, and lackluster employees. If you can go somewhere else, do it and save yourself the headache.
