Ive been a patient of Brocks and hes done nothing but help me out.Their staff and providers are always working to make sure i get what i need. I would recommend them to anyone. They are truly the best.

I come in every 3 months for a follow up on my thyroid. I have a nurse say I have another diagnosis she is a nurse not a doctor. I only see phy assistants haven’t seen the doctor since the first visit. This is not how you should taken care of your patients.

Dr. Draelos and the Medical Assistant were great! I was given a medication I needed to take before going to get blood drawn and I accidentally lost the medication before my appointment. The Medical Assistant was so nice to mail me the medication so I wouldnt have to ask off of work to go pick it up. I really appreciate how helpful they have been.

Very professional and thorough

I have been there many times over the years and they are wonderful. doctors today are almost all going to the big medical centers and i assume due to the government regulation burden but Dr. Draelos is still independent and it is a joy to go there. the staff is wonderful. i do recall that several months ago there were telephone problems but that seems to have been fixed.

Dr Drealos and his staff has always been kind, thoughtful and professional to me. Even when doctor wasnt taking new patients he heard my problem and gave me an appointment anyway. Thank God for him. He probably saved my life. I was a day away from being in ICU on insulin pump. His staff is awesome. Always greet me with smile and help in anyway they can. You cant get a better physician or staff.

Dr Draelos is wonderful! I truely believe he has saved my life. I was over 14+ on my AC1 readings and other drs. could not get it down. I was headed for a diabetic coma. My finger sticks were in the high 300-400s with a few low 500s. I am under 190 in less then 3 months., with many under 165. I know I have a ways to go. Dr. Draelos has kept a close check on me , even calling me at home at times. I am still a work in progress and I have came up with other issues he has found and getting sent to a cardiologist for that. I feel very fortunate to have him as my dr. The staff has been excellent.

I truely believe Dr. Draelos have saved my life. I am 68 years old & have uncontrolled type 2 diabetis, so high I was nearly in a diabetic coma & in a wheel chair. I was diagnoised Nov. 2017. My physician could not get it controlled with the medicine she had me on after I had side effects from it so she sent me to Dr. Draelos. I was so very ill going to him on my first visit. He put me on different meds and I am feeling better & now using a walker just after 7 weeks. He is doing other tests to see what else can be done to restore my health. He is my Angel here on Earth. I thank him him so very much.

I used the sites message area to set up an appointment. I was suppose to receive a call back within 48 work day hours. That call never came.I called again today (10 July 2017) and again the recording said that I would get a call back. That never happened.Thats poor business practices in my opinion and enough to make me look for another endocrinologist in Edmond.

Have been going there since 4 years . Dr is extremely through and professional . Takes time to listen and does the best for each patient .

Staff is apathetic and rude, phone calls go unanswered and they are unresponsive. I feel these people are literally putting my life at risk with their game playing. I’ve never been treating so poorly. It’s really a shame because my experience with Dr. Draelos has been pleasant the few times I’ve seen him. It’s usually the PA’s but they don’t stay long.The office staff randomly cancels my appointments with very little notice or explanation and reschedules me for months down the road when obviously Graves’ disease and post surgical hypothyroidism waits on no man. When I ask what I should do because I’m symptomatic, they have no suggestions, “I don’t know what to tell you”. Really? Tremors, palpitations, cold intolerance, muscle pain, etc.They won’t put the nurse on, they won’t let me speak to the dr, they won’t let me come in for at least labs so that I have information about the levels in my blood. They won’t return my calls about my medical records, they won’t respond to the other doctor whose trying to obtain the records. I offered to pick up the records, and finally got them...they charged me $30 for about 20 sheets of computer generated medical records.They lack the skill set to navigate the intricacies of the medical field or worse, they simple don’t care. I’m struggling and at my wits end.Tina, I’m still waiting on a call back.They add to my stress which exacerbates my condition. I’m going to file a complaint with the state medical board. It’s so frustrating.

I had my first apt with DR D he was great, he changed up my meds. however the meds gave me horrible headaches and restless and could not sleep.. I left a message with his nurse that i needed to know if I needed to stop the medication it took a week to call me back and then she asked him about the wrong medication and so when I told her the right medication she said she would ask him about it and call me back and that was a week ago. I cancelled my apt and wont be going back.

Save your time and money. They took a quick look, and offered surgery right way to remove my thyroid because there was nothing else they could do for me. When I asked why my thyroid is so swelled I was told that thyroids can sometimes swell for some other underlying cause (did not attempt to help me find that underlying cause) or it could just be still growing. They convinced me I needed tons of tests which all came back good so they cant do anything besides the surgery. They told me to come back in 6 months for a follow up.I walked out and did NOT schedule another appointment. They absolutely did not care, did not even listen to me, just ran me through like another number. I saw Dr Daelos for maybe a total of 5 mins...the rest was done by a student PA. No wonder my 30something yr old thyroid is still growing...I gave them a chance even though of the the bad reviews and they just lived right up to the reviews....shouldnt have wasted my money.

After leaving several phone messages we finally got a call back for an appt. Dr. Draelos is great. Unfortunately, when a problem with a med occurred, we havent gotten a call back, and weve been waiting for 2.5 days to hear back.

Today was my second and last visit to the worse clinic in town!!!First of all I was given a strangers information sheet to sign and when I informed the front desk lady that the sheet was not mine, she started explaining how our names were so similar instead if apologizing and admitting her mistake. By the way my name is difficult and there is no way it could have been similar!My appointment was at 8:30 so that I could finish early and go to work! I waited till 9:50!!!! Then I asked them when the Doctor was going to see me ! To my surprise they told me that he was waiting for my lab resutls!! I told them no one took any blood samples from me. Only then did the nurse apologize and ask me to have blood drawn .Ofcourse I refused and left after waiting for over an hour and a half.What a joke of a clinic. I have never seen or dealt with such unprofessional, rude staff.My condition needs regular and professional monitoring and my appointment was made three months ago!This is inexcusable negligence that could have serious repercussions on my health.Not only was my day wasted but my wellbeing was compromised!

They never answer the phone, they say leave a message and they will call you back. Well, that never happened! So I went to another doctor. Very poor service

Terrible experience over a year ago.... Was on Thyroid meds and shouldnt have been. Not by Dr Draelos but another. He said that wasnt a problem???? Really? Other doctors since said OMG that is dangerous. Read up on Levothyroxine overdose. It can kill you. Oh and diet coke is not bad for you either I guess...another thing he thinks. Dont go here please...... I could read TSH only and prescribe Levo for patients. When its hard for doctors they just brush you off like he did. Very uppitty person as well.

I have tried to see him two separate times, in 2017 and 1997. Both times he was a huge disappointment. He left me the physician room waiting for hours. I had to walk out, then he would run me down to finish up my appt. He has also billed me for services and/or appointments I didnt make or attend or my insurance company clearly denied to pay and advised I also dont have to pay.

All of the staff and Dr Draelos have been very kind and thorough!

Terrible office staff!!!!! Incompetent and ridiculous to deal with!! Messed up insurance billing, cost me 517.00. Tried to straight it out on the phone, office girl was so hateful

Front desk staff are extremely unprofessional and sloppy. I waited 1.5 hours and yet nobody was in the waiting room. You barely talk to the doctor. Unorganized office!

Went here for several years for treatment,not once did ever meet Dr. Draelos, only his P.A. who changed every 6 months, never had the same one twice. Inconsistent care. Staff is always running late. This place is terrible.
