I had a wonderful experience with this facility, great staff and Dr. Walton was absolutely amazing.. I am very honored to have had him as my surgeon... I highly recommend this facility.. I was so nervous going in, whose not when we are facing reality with our weight, but not once did they make me feel ashamed, they helped change my life to a new healthier me.. I was so excited to get in to Dr Walton so quickly. Submitted my insurance information and completed the new patient information the day the appointment was scheduled. Two weeks later I arrived at my appointment. All went well until I mentioned to Dr Walton that I was on Medicare. Then he explained that the physicians dont accept Medicare. I was speechless. I cant move forward without insurance coverage. When I left, they charged me for the visit. Again, I was shocked and honestly mad. They had 2 weeks to inform me of this information. But they chose to have me come to their office so that they could charge me for the visit! Even if I choose to pay a physician, it will not be WeightWise. They were not honest with me up front.

Wonderful facility, caring staff and extremely competent doctor! I highly recommend Dr. Walton if you are seeking the highest quality of care. His bed-side manner is wonderful! I had the gastric sleeve and Doctor Walton was available 24 hours each day if I had a question or problem. So far no issues to report. Only have positive things to say about this doctor and his staff. They are changing lives!
