Dr Hayes is the first Primary Care doctor I’ve used since my previous doctor retired. He was very personable and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable enough to discuss my lengthy health history and confident I will have all my challenges responded to. The office checking in and checking out was quick and easy, personnel polite and respectful. Dr Hayes assistant, Micah, was professional and friendly.

Dr Hayes is the best. He listens, and takes the time to answer all my questions. He makes me feel he cares about my well being and staying healthy.

Dr Hayes is one in a million! Our family has been in his care for many years. He listens, never talks over you but takes the pain to explain the situation and all options available. They were professional and quick with everything! I had to get a few tests done for a physical and everything went smooth and easy. Also the DLO downstairs drew blood the fastest I’ve ever experienced which is great because I tend to pass out. Went about as perfectly as a doctors visit could have!

If you want a doctor that cares and has great bedside manner, then Dr. Hayes is your guy. I feel comfortable every time I visit him, and I trust that he is listening to me and not just looking at a chart. My family has been going to him for years, and he is great with kids up to adults. Since I moved to Oklahoma 11 years ago Ive been going to Dr. Hayes. For someone who grew up without a primary care physician he makes it so easy not to dread going to see the doctor. Dr. Hayes has been my doctor (primary care provider) for about 5 or 6 years. Hes nice and he genuinely cares about his patients. Especially me, because I either have a ton of questions about my health or Ive forgotten what I was needing to talk to him about. When he starts going through my chart, it usually jogs my memory on what I was wanting to talk about. His staff are friendly and helpful. Its an all around good Family Medicine office.

Dr. Hayes did an outstanding job and was amazing at understanding what was going on and had good options for treatment. The wait was a little much to get to see him being that it wasn’t that busy at the time and it took an hour to see him. Not bad on him at all.

We went to Dr hayes for years. Thought he was great but turned out he didnt give us the care we needed. I had stomach pains for about 3 yrs and he kept telling me it was just ulcers without looking into it. Turned out after I went to another Dr, my gallbladder was only working at 8% and needed to come out asap. Also have spinal stenosis in my neck. I was having lots of pain and problems. He told me the pain meant I was alive and kicking. Turned out i had to have another surgery to have a 3rd disc in my neck replaced. He always treated me like I was a hypochondriac and was stupid. I would never see him again.
