Once in the office I was quickly attended and always had a dental professional explaining what was going on every step of the way. I highly recommend Heroes Dental. The staff is super friendly, effective and patient. They see little heroes and big heroes too! I was happy I could get my cleaning done right before my son got his check up so we didnt have to come on different days.

After visiting another pediatric specialist, I was completely put at ease and filled with peace at this establishment! Everyone from the staff I spoke with by phone and in office to the doctor, was exceptionally kind and caring and showed my daughter and me so much love! Dr Yi, Angie and the whole staff made my sons experience a great one. The staff is attentive, sweet and very gentle. Their main focus was making sure that my son was comfortable and at peace before starting anything. He loves going to the dentist because he knows what to expect every time. Absolutely amazing dentistry. The front staff is so warm and welcoming. The dentist assistants and the dentist are very very kind. They answered all my questions and were very careful with my 11 month old. I cannot express how wonderful my visit was. 100% recomend to anyone with kids or even adults.

Dr. Gonzalez was great! He knows his teeth and has a great staff at hand. They explain everything from why youre getting X-rays to what to do prevent decay and procedures they recommend for great results. My visits went smoothly and the wait was not long. I recently switched from another dentist office who’s staff messed up mine and my husbands teeth. Our experience with hero’s dental has been great! I was surprised at the minimal amount of pain I had compared to the other dentist I was seeing. Dr. Gonzalez was very gentle. Thank you.

My 9 yr old needed an extraction and we were really nervous but the entire team, including Dr Yi, were incredible! She got to watch a movie during the procedure and everyone was so reassuring. Oh and she received a ton of prizes for doing so well!!

Our first visit to Heroes Dental in Edinburg was AMAZING! The moment we walked through the door we were greeted with happy, caring staff who answered all of our questions with a smile. The dentist, hygienist, and dental assistant were also very knowledgeable and gave us great information on how to care for our 9 month olds dental routine. They gave a tour of the entire office which was SO neat. Overall, we are so happy with our son’s visit that my husband and I both plan on making appointments with Heroes Dental for Adults, right next door.

Came here with high hopes but they did not process my dental insurance correctly. I had to cancel my appointment to check with my insurance. I called to make a complaint but the person who answered took the matter in her own hands instead of transferring to the Office Manager like I asked.

Very friendly professional staff, very short wait time , dentists answered my questions . I was seeking a second opinion and they offered honest , conservative management and a preventative focus rather than procedure with anesthesia risks etc. Thank you - so glad I found this office and they are honest with their patients .

The service was horrible they first changed my appointment date without letting me know. No one had the courtesy to let me know. Second I showed up to what I thought was my appointment and they informed me that they could change the service to their Edinburg location. I agreed to be seen at there Edinburg location at 11Am. Arrived on time waited in the lobby for 30 minutes no one ever let me know anything. They did ask if I wanted to wait in a adult lobby which I did appreciate but over all the experience was horrible.I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you want to waste a day and spend your day going between two offices and not get the service your hoping to get. Then I recommend heroes Dental McAllen they can definitely help you waste a day.
