Visit itself went great; they went over everything with me and asked me several times if I had any questions after the fact (which I appreciated).

Top notch office, was greeted with a smile and hello, waited like 10min only, dr chapa was very informative and took time to answer questions, all office staff very professional and great bedside manners, highly recommend, on front desk is a sign that says we are awesome and indeed they are!

I had an appt. but I had to cancel and I reschedule the next day at 2pm. Lobby is closed due to covid. I had to go online to answer questions and I called the office about 1:30pm. I was told to wait so I did outside the hot sun. I noticed other patients going in. 2pm no call.. Then the rain and I am still waiting outside. I had enough of the waiting since other patients were entering so I left very upset with a tooth ache from broken filling. I have to call another dentist for my emergency. This veteran was treated poorly.

My first dental visit in ten years and man the staff there was awesome. Very sweet very polite and respectful and willing to help you with anything. I was very happy and pleased with my visit. I TOTALLY recommend this dental clinic for reals!!!! Thank you all for your hard work.

I highly recommend Dr. Villareal and his highly qualified staff. They are very efficient and minimize wait times while providing the best patient care. My husband needed a crown and they were able to use a 3-D printer machine to make a perfect mold for his dental work. Unfortunately, Dr. V forgot to give me pain medication or anti-inflammatory medication after a procedure (as I left, I remember him being on his phone texting in a chair and I wish he would have paid more attention to my care). I ended up in the emergency room and then his office staff tried to say I owed a balance after I paid the amount before my insurance was charged to avoid owing an additional amount. When I returned to the office to fix a crown that had fallen out within a few months of getting it (the second one within this short time, they are supposed to last a lifetime), the doctor and staff were extremely rude. My family members have also had similar experiences of long wait times and a lack of appropriate patient care by the doctor. If you do use this dentist, be sure to verify you do not need medications after the procedure to avoid any discomfort and pain. Also, make sure you ask questions, my grandparents were there for over 4 hours waiting to be given another doctors information. Advocate for yourself.

Dr. Villarreal speaks to you with compassion and as a friend. He creates a bond with his patients, like none other. The office staff is very welcoming and always makes sure that you’re comfortable, feeling like you’re at home. Great job Dr. V!
