I am impressed with this location! Everyone made me feel comfortable. The dental assistant knew exactly what she needed to do before the hygienist entered the room. The hygienist was very informative on healthcare measures for my teeth and gums and did a thorough clean. I had not been to a dentist in 2-3 years and this was well over due. Finally when I met Dr.Doleyres she was very soft spoken and easy to talk to. She addressed issues I was concerned about and I will be back for follow up procedures! Thank you! So happy to find a dentist and not feel uncomfortable.

Liars and thiefs. Dont go here. They had told me they would charge $69 for a deep clesning and provided me with a written quote. When I went back to get the work done they were billing me $250. Not worth your time. They will just trick you. Go elsewhere.

Very nice staff. The doctor is super knowledgeable and meticulous. She pays a lot of attention to details. She is also very honest. I have an impacted tooth that doesn’t bother me, but all the other places that I’ve gone have tried to make me do something to fix it.She didn’t. I love that! She will recommend only what you need. Mercy dental is a great place with very friendly staff everytime, last time I was treated by a rude staff member and was ready to say i wasnt going to return but the next time I returned which was 2 years ago, they had different and similar staff that were are incredibly friendly and did their best to be gentle when cleaning and treating for my Braces. I highly recommend this dentist because its quick checkups with friendly service and pleasant tooth feeling afterward with their dental products. Their Covid19 procedures are especially secure with their staff always wearing full protective suits, mask, and changing equipment after every patient.

The place is very clean and maintains social distance. Briana is very sweat and friendly. Dr. Is also very conscientious of maintaining cleanliness. Very thorough and also prices are very reasonable.

I moved from California to Texas 2 years ago, and I was hesitant on finding a new primary dentist in this valley! I read up on Mercy, and Im so glad I went with them! They treat you like family from the start! The Front desk reps are awesome when it comes to communication, reminders, and fitting you into schedules! I have to give it up to Leslie and the hygienist! These ladies are so assuring, and very friendly! Most of all the doc is a very awesome person! Shes fast, friendly, and even humorous!! Im now a Forever faithful to Mercy dental!!🌹

The staff are great. The doctor is amazing, she is so caring and super nice! They have a TV with Netflix or a radio station so that you can watch or listen to music as they are doing your cleaning or anything else.

I called to ask if they were hiring and my call got transferred to someone that didnt even say her name and needs to better her customer service skills because she was rude. She didnt even let me finish asking her a question about if they were hiring. She quickly cut me off before I said what position I was looking for. I get it some people get tired and whatnot but come on dont be rude. Was going to register my son here as a new patient due to the great reviews it has but that lady cut me off so quick, I didnt feel like asking her anything else.Might go in person though. Hope yall take this review in consideration because I may not have a lot of work experience in customer service but I know not to be rude and always answer in a positive attitude👍

To start my appointment was at 9:00 AM and I was called in at 9. The staff is very enviting and very friendly. The office is very clean and beautiful. We had an 11am appointment for my daughter , and after paperwork we were in the back by 11:15am. The office is clean and organized. Instruments are sterile and even cleaned in front of you after use. Staff was extremely friendly and made her feel comfortable. She had a tooth extraction and did not complain of any discomfort while in the chair, nor afterwards. She received a small gift and a cute container for her tooth. We will continue to go back to this dentist! Love it!!!
